It’s Friday, so y’all know what that means! It’s time to link up with Erika, Andrea, and Narci to let everybody know what some of my favorite things are right now!

THE KENDRA SCOTT CODE ENDS TONIGHT
This is very important, and definitely one of my favorite things this month! It’s time to focus, ladies!
The 20% OFF code that Kendra Scott gave me to celebrate my new role as brand ambassador EXPIRES TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT! I did request for it to be extended until Monday, and they weren’t able to make it happen, SO THE CODE REALLY DOES END TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT CST.
So…if there are any Kendra pieces that you’ve had your eye on, NOW IS THE TIME! I thought I would show you some new ways that I’ve styled some of my favorite pieces, just in case you needed some more inspiration..
First off, they sent me this pair of earrings on Wednesday, and I actually gasped when I opened the box. They are GORGEOUS, light as a feather, and so unique. They are pricey, but a 20% OFF code (and FREE SHIPPING!) sure does help!
The code for all of the Kendra Scott jewelry in today’s post is SHEAFFER20.
Let’s talk about the rest of the outfit. Y’all already know that I’m obsessed with the itty bitty boot cut jeans (they make me look a couple of inches taller and at least 5 pounds thinner), but look at this cute new sweater! It’s soft, bright, happy, and UNDER $30! I’m wearing a small here, but I like the oversized fit on the model, so I would suggest sizing up. And I love the navy, but it also comes in black, red, and grey.
sweater / teardrop statement earrings / itty bitty boot cut jeans / neutral wedge booties
Did you see my 5 Bags Under $60 post on Monday? Here’s the cross body bag from that post. It’s vegan leather and comes in 6 colors, but I always love a great cognac bag (this one is officially called “tan”). The whipstitching on the perimeter of the bag and the cross body strap lend a little bit of a Western chic vibe to the bag, and I totally dig it.
sweater / teardrop statement earrings / turquoise bracelet /cross body bag/ itty bitty boot cut jeans / neutral wedge booties
The earrings in this next outfit are hard to see in the picture, but make sure you head to instastories this morning to get a better look at them. They are VERY big, VERY light, and VERY comfortable. I’ve actually received lots of feedback from readers that bought them last week and received them this week. People are LOVING them!
The sweater is a great Spring and Summer sweater. It’s very lightweight, and although I’m not wearing a cami in this picture, it definitely needs a cami. It has a perfectly slouchy and relaxed fit, comes in several colors, and will also be great with white denim jeans and denim shorts. AND IT’S JUST UNDER $20! WOW!
star sweater / dainty pendant necklace / colorful hoops / colorful wrap bracelet / turquoise bracelet/ itty bitty boot cut jeans / wedges
Here’s a better look at the bracelet, and the earrings are just like the bracelet! I think the wrap bracelet looks awesome stacked with the turquoise cuff.

AND Y’ALL. I AM DYING OVER THE WEDGES. I’m holding my jeans up here so you can get a better look at them. I fell in love with the coral, but they also come in black and neutral. I’m wearing my regular 6 1/2, but you can see how my toes are hanging off a bit, so I think sizing up a 1/2 would actually be a better choice. THESE WEDGES ARE ABSOLUTELY DARLING. I think they look designer and much more expensive than they are.
The next 3 pics are all the same outfit, but I’m changing up the jewelry in each outfit to showcase some of my other current favorites.
The abalone earrings are big, but lightweight, and the colors are stunning. I wear them with lots of different colors, but I love how the pink in them comes out when I pair them with pink. The multistrand necklace would be great for all of you that work in an office, and I think it’s a really great value, especially with the 20% OFF code!
light pink cardigan / white tee / abalone earrings / multistrand necklace / itty bitty boot cut jeans / neutral wedge booties
Here I’m wearing the same necklace, but I switched out the abalone earrings for the big statement hoops . I’ve loved wearing them casually, but they are definitely nice enough to wear with a fancy dress too!
light pink cardigan / white tee / statement hoops / multi strand necklace / itty bitty boot cut jeans / neutral wedge booties
Same outfit again, but now with the colorful hoops and bracelet!
This cardi is very lightweight and a perfect layering piece for Spring and Summer.

We’re about to stop talking about the jewelry, but I wanted to show some of the pieces styled one more way…..with an edgy moto jacket!
The hoops and the multistrand necklace really do look great paired together.
moto jacket / white tee / statement hoops / multi strand necklace / itty bitty boot cut jeans / neutral wedge booties
And here I paired the lacy teardrop statement earrings with the dainty pendant necklace. Also a great little combo!

So I’m going to remind you one last time, before the code expires tonight at midnight.
The code SHEAFFER20 will get you 20% OFF your Kendra purchase (+ FREE SHIPPING)!

MY FAVORITE PUPS
These two are definitely favorites of mine all year long. They are sweet as can be and the best of friends.
This shot makes me laugh. Look at Buddy’s jowls!

GETTING HEALTHY
I’ve been slow to start with the exercising over here, but I’m 100% starting next week. We have been going on extended walks with the dogs, and I’ve been doing a great job with my food choices. I cannot even tell you how many fresh veggies I’ve eaten over the last several weeks. My favorite way to prepare them is to roast or grill them. I make big batches each time, and then I have them to eat off of for several days.
Here’ s a lunch I’ve been eating on repeat. Roasted tomatoes, roasted broccoli, steamed butternut Squash, and Zucchini penne pasta. It’s DELICIOUS and incredibly healthy! I also love to roast red peppers, yellow peppers, squash, zucchini, and mushrooms. If I have leftover protein from the previous night’s dinner, I will also add leftover grilled chicken or salmon to this dish.

COLLEEN ROTHSCHILD CUSTOMER APPRECIATION SALE
On Monday I talked about some of the special bundle deals that Colleen Rothschild had available for Valentine’s Day week (including the new body bundle, the glycolic acid peel pad bundle, and micro mineral duo). Click HERE what I have to say about those items. I will say Chris has now commented twice on how soft my skin looks, and I believe it’s due to my use of the glycolic peel pads!
And I’ve got great news! It’s time for their Customer Appreciation Sale!
You can get $25 OFF your $100 order with the code LOVE25.
You can get $50 OFF your $200 order with the code LOVE50.
Click HERE to shop the entire sale.
Whenever Colleen has a site wide sale, I always get TONS of questions about my recommendations. My best advice is actually to go on the site yourself and search for products that you would benefit from using by clicking on the “SKIN CONCERNS” tab. You can click on issues like “fine lines”, blemishes”, “uneven skin tone”, and “dehydration”.
For those that inquired specifically, my favorite product is definitely the radiant cleansing balm.
If you are new to her products and want a detailed review, click over to my Colleen Rothschild Told Me To post. This sale is a great time to finally take the plunge and try her products. And if you are already a devoted user, these sales are a great time to restock things that are getting low.
Now I also get questions pretty frequently about MY MOM’S FAVORITE COLLEEN ROTHSCHILD PRODUCTS.
When I did a post with my mom at the end of last year, y’all were FLOORED (for good reason) that my mama is 73 years old!!!
So many of you asked what she does to look so great! Well, she stays pretty active, eats healthy for the most part (but the woman can put away pizza and french fries like you wouldn’t believe), drinks lots of water, AND USES COLLEEN ROTHSCHILD SKIN CARE PRODUCTS!
I called my mom and told her I needed her to take a picture of the products on her counter. I wanted y’all to see that she truly uses and loves the products. You can see that she’s just about out of some of them and needs to go ahead and take advantage of today’s sale!
I also asked her what her RIDE OR DIE products are. I actually asked her to pick her Top 3, but she said she couldn’t pick just 3.
Right now she is absolutely swears by the face oil, the extreme recovery cream, the retinol eye serum, the mandelic acid radiance serum, and the hair products (which we’ll talk about in a second.). Click HERE to hop over to the site, read the detailed descriptions of the products and the issues they are targeting, and definitely take a minute to take a look at the reader reviews.
My mom actually did a full review of her favorite products awhile back, and you can click HERE to read all of her thoughts. She’s added in new products since then, but it’s a comprehensive review of her routine at the time.
And here’s the truth, she used to not bat an eye at spending serious bucks on skincare. Like, SERIOUS bucks. She felt like her skin was important and it was worth the money to take care of it. However, after my dad retired, she started to become more cautious about the money she was spending, and she was disappointed that her skin wasn’t looking as great as it had in the past.
Enter, Colleen.
The CR products revived her skin over two years ago, AND SHE CONTINUES TO BE A DEVOTED USER.
Colleen’s hair products are the newest addition to my mom’s arsenal. A couple of months ago my mom was complaining to me and my sister about how her hair was “just getting old“. She said it was dry, not as shiny as it used to be, and frizzy. At the time, Conner was already using (AND LOVING) the CR hair products, so she let my mom borrow them for a couple of days. My mom immediately noticed a difference after the first use, and now she swears by them.
She says she uses the Quench and Shine Restorative Mask on wet hair. She just massages a little bit in, and she doesn’t even rinse it out all the time. She feels like it does a really great job repairing her damaged hair. She uses the Smooth and Shine Hair Serum on hair that is already styled. She rubs a little in to reduce frizz and add shine.

SALE ALERTS!
Y’all know I love a great sale, and I’ve found several items that I’m excited to highlight today!
This cardi is ON SALE! You can never have enough super soft cardigans, and this color (mocha mousse) is UNDER $15! WOWZA!
Click HERE to see it on me in a mirror selfie (and read my thoughts and sizing information).
light weight cardi / white tee /dainty necklace / my favorite earrings / crystal wrap bracelet / cropped girlfriend jeans / similar leopard booties
These boots (one of my Top 5 favorite purchases this year) ARE NOW ON SALE!
They are fully waterproof, have an elastic insert on the inside and asymmetrical zip closure on the outside. They are easy to get off and on, and they have a removable padded insole. I love the wedge heel and the chunky textured sole. They give me some height, elongate my legs, and are still incredibly comfortable. True to size for me, but after reading reviews online, it seems like if you are between sizes that you should go up a 1/2 size.
And the Democracy jeans are 20% OFF with the code LOVE. If you like Wit and Wisdom jeans, you will love these.
In addition to the functionality, let’s talk about the fashion. Because they look GREAT.
They somehow manage to be sporty, yet chic.
roll neck sweater / snakeskin bracelet / wedge booties
MY FAVORITE JOGGERS (full length and warm) ARE ON SALE, but I’m not sure for how long, so don’t miss it!
This is exactly how I like to run around town: looking put together and feeling very comfy. And besides the necklace, every single item I have on is from Amazon! You’ve seen the jacket before, and I still highly recommend it! It’s a bit longer and has a bit more of a relaxed fit than the original must have denim jacket, but I actually love the more generous sizing.
denim jacket / jersey tee / Judith March hats / earrings / joggers /mesh sneakers ( 06702 Black )
Now I’m wearing the same joggers you saw above, but now I’m wearing them in grey. They also come in a heathered navy.
This pullover feels like a light fleece and is oh so cozy. I love the blush I’m wearing, but it also comes in olive and light grey. Some readers report pilling, but I haven’t experienced that. If it starts pilling though, I’ll be ready! I just ordered this handy dandy little gadget that gets rid of pilling that I’ve been hearing RAVE reviews about.
pullover / pave huggie earrings / Judith March Christmas hats / joggers / slip on mesh sneakers
Y’all remember my favorite glorified sweatsuit? The top is 40% OFF! And some colors of the joggers are on sale too.
For size reference, I’m wearing a medium in the top and a small in the joggers. It’s from the Lou and Grey SignatureSoft line, so you know it’s stupid soft. I would say that it’s as comfy as pajamas, but it’s actually more comfy than some of my actual pajamas are.
sweatshirt / joggers / my favorite earrings / black sneakers with gold accents
The jogger set and the sneakers are BOTH ON SALE!
I mean, when you put this cute little set on, you can’t help but have a little extra spring in your step. It practically makes me WANT to run around the block.
Nike zip up hoodie / Nike capri joggers / similar white tee / huggie earrings / water bottle / pink Adidas sneakers
That’s it for today, y’all! Have a wonderful weekend with your people!

Laura says
I would love to know how you roast the vegetable that you mentioned with the pasta. It looks soooo good!
Sheaffer says
Hi, Laura! I line the pan with foil and spray it with Pam. I cut up all sorts of vegetables, spray them with Pam, sprinkle whatever you like on top (ex. garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, everything but the bagel seasoning, your choice!). I roast them at 400 degrees probably for about 25 minutes or so. I just keep checking until they look good! xoxo
