I’ve got tons of great items I’m excited to share with you today, so let’s get started!
A GREAT MILITARY JACKET
I showed this outfit to you last Friday in an overhead selfie shot, but I thought y’all might want to see the outfit in a mirror selfie too.
This military jacket is an incredible deal at ONLY $39 and it’s DARLING. It’s 98% cotton and 2% elastane, giving it a great amount of stretch. The fit is awesome, and as always, I love the stand up collar. I’m wearing the grey, but you have 7 colors to choose from, including 2 new colors that were added just last week. The “fig” is a gorgeous Fall color and the “surplus” is the classic military green/brown.
For size reference, I’m wearing a 6. This is often true to size for me in a jacket like this.
Use the code SHEAFFER20 for 20% OFF the gathered cap sleeve top.
A FAVORITE CARDI
It’s Fall y’all. And my t-shirt tells you so! It says FLANNAL, PUMPKIN SPICE, HAYRIDES, and BONFIRES. I showed this outfit to you in an overhead shot last week, but again, I thought you’d like a mirror selfie too.
For size reference, I’m wearing a medium in the men’s fit of the tee.
Please listen when I say that this cardi is one of the softest cardis I own. Get it, you won’t regret it. Sometimes I even throw it on over pajamas because it’s that cozy and soft. I’m wearing the small/medium in the cardi.
Here’s the same sweater in grey. The ratings are really fantastic, and I couldn’t agree more. It comes in 13 colors, so there’s something for everybody. I got this last year and have worn it so many times, and I keep finding new ways to style it. Again, I’m wearing the small/medium.
MORE AMAZON FINDS
I’ve been having the best luck with Amazon lately. I order stuff all the time (wayyyyyyy more than any normal person needs to order) from all different retailers, just because I’m trying to find some stuff I love to feature for y’all. Well, Amazon has been consistently hitting it out of the park lately.
This v neck sweater is a closet staple. You saw it last month styled with black jeans, but I love it here with regular denim and my leopard sneakers. It’s a thin material, which makes it perfect for layering, but it’s not so thin that it needs a cami. It’s 100% merino wool, but I don’t find it to be itchy at all.
For size reference, I’m wearing a medium in the sweater and my regular size 4 in the jeans.
We all need a great basic black sweater, and this is a great basic black sweater. It’s UNDER $30 and has excellent reviews!
For size reference, I’m wearing a small, but I need a medium. It’s hard to tell in the picture, but it’s more fitted than I would like across the bust.
Sharing this MOM MODE sweatshirt. Yes, again. This is third way you’ve seen it styled on the blog.
It also comes in black and grey, but I fell in love with the blush. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium for a very relaxed fit.
I’m a total sucker for a slouchy (but not sloppy) sweater, and this one really delivers. Mine is the “apricot leopard”. I love that the leopard design is a little bit whimsical.
For size reference, I’m wearing a small.
The beautiful red is what initially drew me to this sweater. It’s a perfect Christmas red. It’s a thick cable knit and very well made. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
And although I don’t have them yet, both of these are en route to me. I found them on Amazon on Thursday morning and literally ordered them within 60 seconds of finding them. I won’t keep both, but I wanted to show both. I have a long puffer that I love, but I’ve had some requests for a shorter puffer. And don’t forget the short bronze puffer I highlighted earlier this month because it’s now back in a couple of sizes.
HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS
I’ve got a couple of more outfits with items from my friend Cassie’s collection.
You saw all of these pieces last week, but I’m just styling them in a different way today!
The top is incredibly soft, and it’s got the prettiest shirred neckline and these great little cap sleeves. The fit is forgiving, yet very feminine. I grabbed it in this neutral leopard, in oatmeal, and in black. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
The joggers are fanfreakingtastic. I have a small in the joggers too, and they are fine, although I think I probably could have done the x-small in these too. These pieces are very forgiving and the fits of both are very relaxed on me. If you want a little bit more of a fitted look, definitely size down.
Here’s the same outfit that you see above, but in all black, with a denim jacket thrown on top for good measure. I’m wearing a small in the jacket.
And here’s the same top with jeans.
These three are favorites for sure.
The boys miss their brother so much when he’s at school. They have a sweet little reunion every day when he gets home.
TimeHop KILLS ME. These two pics popped up on me last week.
Look at all those babies!
And I’m teary over this pic of Carter and Scout. My goodness he was a sweet dog.
MORE JOGGER SETS
And because I’ve officially declared 2020 as the year of the jogger sets, I’ve got a couple of more for you.
This one is a muted camo in a brushed knit. The top is lightweight with a curved hem and a v neck. It’s of course super soft and very cozy. The joggers have a flattering fit. I’m wearing a small in both.
This set is french terry. The material is a bit more substantial than the brushed fleece above, but it’s not quite as soft. It’s a cute fit, and I love the seamed inset down the side of the pants. I’m wearing a small in both.
I showed you my camo jacket with a grey sweater and black jeans earlier this week, but I wanted to remind you how cute it is styled with a white tee and regular denim. And it’s STILL ON SALE! AND SO ARE THE WEDGE SNEAKERS!
This camo jacket is one of my favorite items in my closet and right now it’s 40% OFF. It’s a great length, it’s got an awesome fit (you can use a drawstring to cinch in the waist), and I love the blush accents on the hood and drawstrings. For size reference, I’m wearing a small. I would suggest sizing down if between sizes.
And the sneaks went 40% OFF yesterday!
This “tan camel” is just the neutral I was looking for in a great pair of neutral wedge sneakers, but they come in leopard and black too. They are very easy to get on with the side zip and heel tab, and the the comfort level is ON POINT. I think a wedge sneaker like this is an essential part of a Fall wardrobe. True to size for me.
Several of my makeup favorites from my Fall Beauty Refresh post are NOW ON SALE!
Oh! And my must have earrings are ON SALE too!
These are the most comfortable flats I own. And to be honest, I don’t know if I’ve EVER seen them on sale! You have to choose the width to see the sale price.
THESE SLIP ON SNEAKERS ARE FANTASTIC and 60% OFF!. I hadn’t even noticed them when browsing online, but when I saw them in store, I knew I had to try them. They’ve got a tiny bit of a platform, are extremely comfortable, and they don’t slip off at all when walking. True to size for me.
Most sneakers like these that I’ve tried in the past tend to be a little too clunky for my taste, but not these! They have a slim profile and look very feminine. I went for the camo (even though it’s a darker camo than I wouldn’t typically go for), but the “black” and the “pavement” are great options too and I love the texture on the solid colors.
I’m so thankful that Colleen Rothschild almost always has some sort of a sale going on. Right now it’s BUY ONE, GET ONE 50% OFF.
FYI, last night I used this product. I hadn’t used it in about 2 months or so because I had misplaced it (it was in a random drawer), and I forgot how soft it makes my face! I’m going to start using it once a week again to slough off the dead skin. It helps my skin absorb my other products better, it makes my skin super soft, and it contributes to the glow! I could not stop touching my face last night. It felt so clean and so soft!
If you missed my last Colleen post, Colleen herself actually answered the skin care questions that y’all sent in!
Click HERE for the post. You can also see her answer some of the questions in video form if you head to “Colleen herself” on my instastory highlights. I went ahead and saved them last night so you can always have it to refer to!

GET A HEAD START
Y’all know I love shopping Nordstrom for all things Christmas. I’ve got some gift guides across several retailers that I’m about to start working on, but you can click HERE if you want to get a head start yourself at Nordstrom. Down the left hand of the page, you will see that Nordstrom has done a great job breaking things down into categories. They have gifts broken down by price, by gender, and by categories/interests.
That’s all for today! Have a wonderful weekend with your people!
