Happy Monday, y’all! I’ve got a little of this and a little of that for you today.
Let’s kick things off with some awesome sale alerts!
One of my favorite purchases from 2020 is now 60% OFF!
I’ll admit when I saw this camo jacket online, I wasn’t interested at all. When I saw it on the hanger, I decided to give it a chance. And after I slipped it on, I fell in love and ended up bringing it home with me. The hood is removable, so if you take it off, you have a more classic camo military style jacket.
It looks boxy and shapeless on the site, but that’s not the case at all! The waist can be cinched in and out, which really helps with styling. For size reference, I’m wearing a small. I would suggest sizing down if between sizes. I LOVE THIS JACKET. And it’s an absolutely incredible deal for just under $40 (regularly $99).
My block heel booties are ON SALE for 46% OFF!
These neutral block heel booties in “tortilla suede” are GORGEOUS. The color is beautiful and the stacked block heel is the perfect height (says 3 1/2″, but doesn’t feel that high at all). They are easy to walk in and quite comfy for a heeled bootie. I love these with skinny cropped jeans, with my boot cut jeans, and they’ll look good with Fall dresses too. True to size for me.
This leopard button up is 75% OFF, and it’s one of my favorites from the last several years. It is ONLY $19.97 right now!!!! It’s light, airy, and OH SO CUTE. Wear it in the fall and winter under a jacket or sweater, and wear it in the spring and summer by itself. It’s a year round blouse.
My much beloved 1st KUT denim jacket, the one I named a MUST HAVE like 8 years ago, is still a favorite and right now it’s ON SALE for 40% OFF! Mine is in FANTASTIC shape after years and years of wearing it and probably hundreds of washes. It’s got a bit of stretch in it, which makes it very comfy to wear.
I have a deep and abiding love for it.
And I have the pictures to prove it.
For size reference, my jacket is a medium. It definitely runs on the smaller size (it’s fitted), so I would size up if you’re not sure.
For those of you that are skeptical on how versatile it can be and/or don’t think there would be that many ways to style it…
Click HERE for the jacket. And for the record, I will NEVER understand how they have it styled on the Nordstrom site. It’s just all sorts of wrong.
I’ve also got some outfit inspiration for you today! You first saw these outfits last week in overhead shots in my BOGO bracelet post, but I focused on the bracelets only and didn’t speak to any of the clothes.
Today you get to hear my thoughts on the clothes.
This first outfit is SO ME. I love a good tee and cardi combo, and I was so excited to find this cable knit cardi on Amazon. It’s the perfect oatmeal color, and I love that it has a belt that gives a couple of different styling options. Here, I have the belt just loosely tied in the back.
For size reference, I’m wearing a small.
It looks great tied in a bow or knot as well. This cardigan is an incredible deal at under $35, it has awesome reviews, and it comes in black too.
I know that cable knit sweaters can sometimes be boxy and chunky, but not this one! It’s still super soft and lays very nicely.
Ladies! Listen up!
I know lots of you purchased the black mules when I showed them last year, and now they come in cognac and gold! As often is the case for items on Amazon, the price varies depending on color and size, but they all seem to be under $40. And some are even under $30!
They fit great and look much more expensive than they are. True to size for me.
The white tee, the oatmeal cardi, and the cognac mules come together for such a classic look.
Also, the team at Kendra Scott sent me the double strand heart necklace for Valentine’s Day, which was so sweet. It’s a bit of a splurge, but it sure is beautiful.
For this second look, all I did was swap out the oatmeal cable cardi for this long line black cardi.
This black cardigan is 40% OFF, making it just under $40. It’s got a shawl collar, it drapes nicely, and it’s incredibly soft. It also comes in oatmeal, light grey, and a dark tan color. For size reference, I’m wearing a small, but I could have taken an x-small (it definitely runs big).
Let’s take a second to talk about my new square buckle belt. Y’all know I have a couple of different leopard belts that I’ve worn for years, but I love the updated square buckle on this one. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
And yes, I’m wearing the famous Amazon batwing sweater yet again. #thanksfornoticing
It’s crazy soft and is definitely one of my very favorite purchases in all of 2020. I mean, I have 4 colors, so that alone should prove my love. Click HERE to see me style the cream one five different ways. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.
If you don’t have one of these v neck sweaters, change that NOW. And please know that I’m only being bossy because it’s for your own good. There are 28 colors and patterns to choose from, the quality is awesome, and the value is incredible. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
Here’s another good look at the square buckle belt.
In order to always have awesome finds to share with y’all, I have to place a TON of orders. I place huge orders to try to ensure that I always have new items I love that can be shared. I placed several orders over the weekend from several different retailers that I’m really excited about. Here’s a sneak peek….
I’ve heard tons of great things about this J Lo Limitless Glow Sheet Mask, and after I saw the video on the site I immediately added it to cart. I also threw in this lash lengthening mascara (with excellent reviews), and this clear brow gel (because I’m now obsessed with full eyebrows that stay in place). At the very last minute I grabbed these Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops because the reviews are EXCELLENT and I was intrigued.
I ordered these camo fashion sneakers (that have total Golden Goose vibes), this blush and sea green tie dye sweatshirt, and a super cute black and white raglan lounge set (sweatshirt HERE and shorts HERE). And I promise I’ll show you the camo sandals on Friday’s post too. They’re awesome.
I’m super excited to receive these new wavy hem crop jeans from Wit and Wisdom . I’ve been wearing the same 3 pairs of Wit and Wisdom jeans since July, so I’m hopeful to add a new pair to the rotation!
These faux ear cuffs caught my attention. I hope I love them. I want to participate in the trend, but I don’t want to get any new holes because I’m wayyyyyy to chicken to ever do that.
I got a sample of this Trish McEvoy Blackberry and Vanilla Musk scent in the mail, and I immediately ordered the full size. It’s just so lovely.
I’m thinking this white and navy striped sweater will be in heavy rotation this Spring!
And y’all! I am pumped about these leopard knit loafers from Vince Camuto! They arrived late last night, so I haven’t taken a picture of them yet, but they are AWESOME! They are sooooo lightweight, they look very cool on, and THEY ARE WASHABLE! I got my true size, which is a 6 1/2. There aren’t huge gaps on me (as there are on one of the pictures a reviewer left), and I do have a pretty narrow foot. I’ll show these on Friday’s post for sure. Oh, and they are 50% OFF making them just under $40!
I ordered this bag in black. It was the strap for me.
J CREW ORDER
The second I laid eyes on this navy and green striped crewneck sweater, I was smitten.
That’s it for today, y’all! Have a wonderful Monday, and I’ll see you back here on Wednesday.
