November Top 12 — Sheaffer Told Me To

Today’s post is one of my favorite posts each month. Today I’m going to share your Top 12 picks from November.

Not surprisingly, many of y’alls Top 12 picks are in my top picks as well. All 12 items I’m featuring today are items that I added to my own closet, and because of that, they are items that you will continue to see on the blog (as long as they are in stock). And what’s extra great about this favorites list is that most of the items are UNDER $100, the majority are under $80, and some are under $50.

1) distressed leopard sweater / This leopard pattern distressed sweater is definitely a favorite of mine from November as well. It’s a great medium weight, and I love the colors, patterns, and distressing. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

2) The Glam bracelet / Tons of you bought STMT x Victoria Emerson bracelets over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday weekend, and The Glam was one of the most popular. As you can see, one has silver discs between each crystal ball, and one has gold discs between each crystal ball. The gold bracelet sold out, but the silver one is still available. Grab it before it’s gone too! It’s ONLY $11.97 right now and makes an absolutely beautiful gift. People will think you spent much more than you actually did.

3) huggie earrings / These chunky huggie earrings are my new favorites. Y’all know I love a huggie (they are so comfortable), but these are my first pair of chunky ones. All of my other huggies are quite a bit more delicate, and these make more of a statement.

This was a favorite of the month for y’all, but this is definitely one of my Top 12 favorites of the entire year. I use it and love it almost every single day.

5) quilted bomber jacket / This jacket is FABULOUS. It comes in classic black, a vibrant red, and a gorgeous green. I went with this “grey sparrow”, which I actually think of as more of a neutral than grey. In fact, I think it leans a bit bronze. I wanted something that I could easily wear with a bunch of different athleisure pieces as well as with jeans too!

The jacket has the cut of a bomber, but with a relaxed fit. It’s quilted, and y’all know I love the stand up collar. It has elastic at the cuffs, an adjustable toggle at the waist, and it’s made from completely recycled materials!

For size reference, I’m wearing a small, and it’s still oversized. I would definitely suggest sizing down. Notice the elastic at the sleeves (to keep the elements out) as well as the thumb hole sleeve on the tee. Details I appreciate!

6) pink and orange crewneck sweater / This sweater straight up makes me happy. I love the large alternating pink and orange rugby stripes. It’s a classic crew neck, has a perfectly relaxed fit, and is soooo soft. AND GET THIS…IT’S ONLY $39! For size reference, I’m wearing a small.

7) swing sweater / YEP. I ordered yet another one of these swingy sweaters. BECAUSE I CAN’T STOP. And this gorgeous red was calling to me.

I usually wear a small, but I ordered an x-small this time just to compare the fit. I definitely need a small if I’m going to wear it with leggings, but the x-small is more than fine if just wearing with jeans. It’s still oversized with a great swingy fit.

8) jewelry travel case / This jewelry travel case is fantastic. I’m so happy that so many of you wanted to try it out as well. I love everything about it because there are lots of compartments for earrings and bracelets, but it’s the necklace storage that makes it my favorite traveling jewelry case I’ve ever had. You snap the necklaces into place, and then you pull them through the elastic bands, so they stay nice and neat without getting tangled! It stores so much jewelry, and I love that it matches my over the door toiletry case too. If you have a traveler on your list, consider these items for gifts!

9) Discovery Kit / So many of y’all took advantage of the Cyber Monday sale and grabbed a Discovery Kit. If you already love CR products, you NEED a Discovery Kit so you can travel with your products super easily. If you haven’t ever tried CR products, it’s the easiest way to introduce yourself to the brand! Even at regular price, the Discovery Kit is an incredible deal and worth every dang penny.

10) chelsea boots / Y’all. I LOVE THESE BOOTS and I have been soooooo happy with them so far. It seems lots of you decided to throw caution to the wind and order them for yourself, even though I instructed you to read the reviews. Again, I am loving the boots so far, but please read the reviews on these boots carefully. I fell in love with these boots in store. I brought them home and started wearing the heck out of them. I LOVE the way they look, and I really love that they are actually lightweight rain boots….but they don’t look like rain boots AT ALL. They just look like super on trend booties.

WELL. It seems that people have had issues with them falling apart after several months. #booooooooo

I’m sooo sad because I LOVE these boots.

Still, I’m keeping them, and you are probably going to continue to see them in upcoming posts. Just purchase with caution. I’ll be wearing them until they possibly wear out. For size reference, they only come in whole sizes. I’m regularly a 6 1/2, and I sized down to a 6.

11) pom pom sweater / I have no idea how I stumbled upon this pom pom sweater, but my goodness I am smitten. It is sooooo soft, it has a great amount of stretch in it, and it is beautifully made. I was a bit worried about pom pom placement, but it seems to be strategic, so there’s no unfortunate pom pom/nipple confusion happening. Haha! In addition to the adorable pattern, look at the sleeves! They are fitted at the cuff and so pretty. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I posted a sneak peek on facebook a couple of weeks ago, and I had a friend (Shout Out, Ann!) comment that she thought it was going to be a $128 Anthro sweater! SHE’S RIGHT! It looks very Anthro and looks wayyyyyy more expensive than it is.

12) jagged hem jeans / Well, I continue to be obsessed with these jeans, and I’m not the only one. I’m getting so much great feedback from y’all. Here’s just 1 message I received….

Hi, Sheaffer! I’m 3 months postpartum, I’ve never tried Wit and Wisdom jeans before, but I’m now a true believer. I feel amazing in these jeans. I love how they hold me in and smooth everything out, but they are still so comfortable. And you are right, they are so flattering. And the hem on this pair is so fun! These jagged hem slim jeans are from Wit and Wisdom, which means they boast our beloved Ab-Solution technology. They are super stretchy, they suck you in in all the right places, and they are crazy flattering. I’m wearing my regular size 4, but most people size down in Wit and Wisdom jeans because of the stretch.

And just because…

This sweatshirt wasn’t on y’alls TOP 12…but it was a Top 3 find for me for sure. I FLIPPING LOVE THIS SWEATSHIRT. To be honest, it’s pretty much on constant rotation right now. Wear…Wash…Repeat. I wish the other colors were still in stock, because I would buy at least 2 more.

I love it so much, I had to take an #airportselfie, y’all. This mock neck sweatshirt is what my sweatshirt dreams are made of. I ordered several things from Aerie a couple of weeks ago, and I LOVE everything I ordered, but I loved this the most. I’m wearing a medium here and it’s super oversized, but I love the fit.
