A great pair of white jeans is hard to find. And I should know, because MY WORD I’ve searched high and low each and every year since I started the blog. I always want to find an awesome pair of white jeans for all of us!
There’s been a year or two when I’ve come up short, but lately I’ve been lucky. This year was a really lucky year, and I found 2 pair for us!
You might remember that it seems when I was cleaning out my closet earlier this year that I accidentally gave away my favorite white jeans from last year. I was completely annoyed with myself, but totally committed to finding a new pair that we would all love.
So I ordered TONS of different white jeans from several different brands. I mean, I probably ordered 10 pairs. Let’s just call it research. I’m basically a scientist.
After trying all of them on, I settled on 1 pair that I loved.
And when I went to grab the link the first time I was linking them this year, it occurred to me that they might be the same white jeans from the year before. After a little research, I confirmed that they were in fact THE SAME JEANS. I obviously didn’t realize that they had brought them back this year, or I would have just ordered them again!
So the moral of the story is this: YOU CAN TRUST MY LOVE FOR THESE JEANS BECAUSE I’VE CHOSEN THEM TWO YEARS IN A ROW.
The other moral of the story: CHECK YOUR ORDER HISTORY BEFORE YOU GO ON A QUEST FOR A NEW PAIR OF JEANS.
Now, the great thing about the quest I went on is that I found an awesome pair of white bootcut jeans too! 2 PAIRS OF WHITE JEANS IN 1 YEAR, Y’ALL!
You need to get excited for today’s post. Because in addition to singing the praises of two pairs of white jeans today, I’m also sharing TONS of different ways to wear them. You should probably just go ahead and bookmark this post so you can refer to it all spring and summer long.
WHITE ANKLE JEANS
Let’s start out with the skinny ankle jeans. And in this first outfit, I’ve styled them with an easy breezy top!
This popover blouse is super breezy and light. It’s a Lightspun double-layered cotton gauze (100% cotton), and I love the way it feels. The flowy and relaxed fit is just my style, and I love the split neck that isn’t too low. The color is gorgeous, and the tie-dye details is unique and fun. If you head to the site you can see the pleated detail on the back. LOVE. For size reference, I’m wearing a small and there is still plenty of room. I would consider sizing down.
Check out the convertible earrings! That top hoop is a huggie earring (and you know I’m obsessed with huggies), and the bottom dangle can be taken on and off! Also, one side of the dangle is silver, and the other side is gold, so you can wear these earrings 3 different ways.
I picked up this layered quartz necklace in store a couple of weeks ago when I popped in to make returns. It’s dainty, but it still makes a statement with the large quartz stone. So pretty!
Time to talk about one of the stars of today’s post!
These jeans are really stretchy, very slimming, and incredibly comfortable. Now, don’t get confused when you click the link, because these are actually called “Ab-Solution High Waist Skinny Ankle Pants”. But don’t worry, they just feel like super stretchy jeans, and I totally style them like jeans. (Also, for what it’s worth, I think of these as more of a mid-rise.)
I love the white button and the little side slits at the ankle. They aren’t see thru, but I of course still recommend wearing nude undies. They actually come in 8 colors, and I predict that some of you will like the fit and comfort so much that you will end up ordering them in at least 1 more color.
Now let’s talk sizing. Last year I wore these in a regular size 4. This year I ordered them in a 6P. Now remember, I didn’t realize I was ordering the same pair of jeans, but I liked the idea of them being not super tight and a little bit cropped. I often order up a size in white jeans, and if I’m getting a petite I often order up a size too (which is why I went with the 6P).
To sum it up, these do run a bit big, so you probably want to consider sizing down from the size you normally get in white jeans. Both the regular 4 and the 6P both fit me, but this year I’m going to be rocking the 6P.
These gold chain sandals are fabulous. They look designer, but are much less expensive than you’d think. BECAUSE Y’ALL, THEY’RE ONLY $34.95! They are very comfortable, true to size, and I love the super slim profile. And I of course think the chunky gold chain makes the sandal. Now I will say this, the chain makes a bit of a clanking sound when I walk…but I don’t think I care. BECAUSE LOOK HOW CHIC.
I wanted you to see that this popover also looks great with a half tuck.
It’s one of those tops that I think is a little bit special, and it looks amazing with white jeans.
I know it might be hard to believe, but I’m styling this cardigan (that you’ve probably seen at least 5x on the blog already) in today’s 2nd outfit. Styling it with white jeans is a total no brainer.
We’re talking about THIS CARDI yet again because it helps complete this perfectly monochromatic outfit.
I’m so happy I have it in my closet.
And I’m lovingly telling you that you need it too.
Mine is the “tan cobblestone heather” and it’s a beautiful neutral, but it comes in several other colors if you’re looking for something else. It’s lightweight with an open front, and it drapes beautifully. Its weight makes it a PERFECT spring and summer cardigan. I’ve worn it to church (with bootcut jeans), to lunch with my dad (with girlfriend jeans), and to a girl’s lunch (with white jeans). I’ll also wear it with straight leg jeans, skinny jeans, denim shorts, and black slacks! It’s SUPER versatile and can easily be dressed up or down. For size reference, I’m wearing a small. I love it so much.
If you don’t have these sunglasses yet, fix that now! They are UNDER $15 and they are FABULOUS! Inspired by the much more expensive Karen Walker sunglasses, these are an absolutely incredible deal. I have them in tortoise and black, and I wear them all the time.
I had a reader ask if this cardi was hot because there is some wool in it, and I don’t think it’s hot at all. In fact, I never would have guessed there was wool in it. It’s lightweight and a perfect layer for spring and summer.
This gold bracelet stack is quite a steal at under $20.
We talked about the jeans already. Update: I still love them.
The wedges arrived this week. I took them out of the box and immediately fell in love. They are a great height and surprisingly comfortable. I actually have the tan suede option from last year (still in stock) and continue to love those as well! The reviews for these wedges are FANTASTIC and I whole-heartedly agree. For size reference, I would recommend sizing up a 1/2.
If you need more inspiration for outfits with white jeans, I’ve got you covered! We’re talking like 20 more outfit ideas!
For this outfit, almost everything is the same as the outfit directly above, but I made it much more casual by switching out wedges for sneakers and by adding a big bag with this awesome embroidered bag strap.
Okay, so this is kind of a cheat, but I’ve already numbered all of the outfits, so it’s staying. This is the exact same outfit you saw in the outdoor pics above, just the selfie version.
This is the same cardi as above, but in black! I had mentioned that I loved the neutral one so much and was wearing it so much, that it only made sense for me to grab the black too. #imadeithappen
I highlighted this cross body with chain when I first found it last month. I actually ordered it from Nordstrom and absolutely FREAKED when I got it. It looks designer, and I love that the chain makes it edgy. It sold out super quickly at Nordstrom, but we found it on Amazon! I’ve received lots of feedback from readers that ordered the bag, and everybody loves it.
If you know me, you had to know I would style the white jeans with a denim jacket for at least 1 outfit. I think this is a cute and sporty look with the sneakers and black cross body.
Here’s just a bit different of a variation with the neutral combo. I switched up the jewelry and the shoes.
This crewneck sweater is business in the front, party in the back. I mean, it’s a preppy party, but it’s still a party.
It’s soft in the front, and the pinstripe fabric in the back is like a button-down shirt material. I’m wearing a small, and there is still plenty of room, so I would suggest sizing down.
This top is a gauzy cotton blend, and I’m in love. I’m wearing the “violet stone”, but gosh I love the white and the coral too. The sleeves are a double flutter, the neckline has tiny little pleats, and the split neck is just the right length. It’s just a pretty little top! I’m wearing a medium.
This is actually the top that I ordered in white this week because lots of you were wanting me to review it (and make sure it wasn’t see thru)! I think it arrives later today.
And an up-close bracelet shot, just because I’m loving this little combo so much!
This floral flutter sleeve top is from the same maker as the top above, and it’s the same cut too! There are differences though.. the fabric is more of a silky rayon, and it’s obviously a floral print. It’s adorable. I’m wearing a medium in this one too.
So I’m not really sure if this is a true military jacket or not, but I’m calling it one because it’s army green and because I’ll totally style it like I do other military jackets. What makes this jacket better (totally superior, actually) is that it’s incredibly soft and stretchy. Like it feels like a cozy sweatshirt, but it looks oh so chic! This jacket is FANTASTIC. Prepare yourself to see it in lots of future outfits. For size reference, I’m wearing a small, so I would consider sizing down.
This split neck top is a great blouse with longer sleeves, and I know many of you who work in office environments prefer tops with longer sleeves. The vintage floral print is so pretty, and I love the detailing of the shirred neck and the gathered hem of the sleeves. It’s lightweight and the fabric is kind of crinkly, which makes it interesting. It also comes in a bright and happy coral floral. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
This ombre top is a great Nordstrom Rack find! It’s an easy breezy blouse and the colors are absolutely gorgeous! I’m wearing a small in the blouse. I generally like to do a half tuck with all of my tops, but you’ll see online how it looks great worn out as well. I think it looks great with my white jeans! Such a great summer outfit for girl’s night or a date night.
Here’s a close up of the bracelets I’m wearing above.
I’m in absolute love with this tennis bracelet. My friends at Kendra Scott sent it to me last month, but it was still in the box and I hadn’t even taken the tags off of it. I put it on earlier this week, and it hasn’t come off yet. It’s GORGEOUS. I would never spend the money on a real tennis bracelet, but I really love the look of them, so I’m thrilled to have this one. IT IS GORGEOUS. The “diamonds” are bezel set and have such nice sparkle to them. It is such a classic piece. I’m telling you, the picture doesn’t do this bracelet justice at all.
This tie neck blouse is the loveliest pale blush. It’s made of ribbed pointelle fabric with a crocheted feel, but there are no open holes WHICH I APPRECIATE. It’s pretty and a little romantic. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.
WHITE BOOTCUT JEANS
Okay, we’re switching gears now and talking about the awesome pair of white bootcut jeans I found!
This striped peplum tee is breezy, super cute, and the fit is very forgiving. It’s also super fun and flirty! I love the stripes, but it comes in several solids and other color stripes as well. It’s not totally cropped, but it’s definitely on the shorter side. I’m wearing a small here, and it’s pretty fitted across my bust, so I think I might actually prefer the fit of the medium.
Okay, time to talk about the bootcut jeans! They are Democracy, so they have the Ab-Solution technology like the Wit and Wisdom jeans we all know and love. They are stretchy, comfy, and incredibly flattering. I think white jeans look so crisp and fresh, and the boot cut styling will make you look and feel taller and thinner that you actually are. I’m so happy to have them in my closet. I’m wearing my regular size 4.

I have this babydoll tee in white and red as well. I obviously like it a lot, which is why I keep ordering it year after year. It has EXCELLENT reviews and comes in tons of colors. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.
Y’all know I’m a total sucker for embroidery, so I couldn’t resist this top. This embroidered top is a color that I don’t normally gravitate towards, but I love it styled with the white jeans and the turquoise bracelet stack. If you have a long torso, this will most likely be too short for you. I like it worn out, which is good, because it’s a bit short for a successful half tuck. The fabric is cool and gauzy, and it also comes in black and lavender. For size reference, I’m wearing a small, but I need a medium.
I think this chiffon blouse looks awesome with these white jeans, but it’s definitely nice enough to pair with slacks to wear to the office. The sleeves have a subtle puff, and all of the detailing from the v-neck to the pom pom pattern is so pretty and feminine. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
Do you like kimonos? I go back and forth. I think some are pretty cheesy, but I love this one. This kimono is the “0-floral1/Multicolored” and has excellent reviews. It’s flowy, breezy, and I will style it with white jeans, regular denim, denim shorts, and even with a swimsuit as a cover-up!
For size reference, I’m wearing a small. There are tons of pattern and color options.
I absolutely love the navy with the turquoise jewelry. This cardi is v-neck and also comes in over 25 colors. I’m telling you, you NEED this cardigan in at least 1 color. I wear this one casually all the time, but it’s definitely nice enough for the office.
This cross body with the embroidered strap is a great Amazon find! I’m in love with this strap (the design and the colors).
This striped puff sleeve tee is super soft, but it’s got a little bit of weight to it, so it’s kind of 1/2 way between a tee and a really lightweight sweater. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
Social Threads sent me this embroidered blouse and the embroidery work is GORGEOUS! The details are so feminine and pretty, and I’m smitten with the colors. If you have a long torso, this shirt might be too short for you, but it’s not a problem for me. I’m wearing it out here, but I can still do a little 1/2 tuck as well. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
GIVE THEM A TRY
That’s a lot of outfits y’all! I hope you were able to see how versatile white jeans can be.
And listen, I know white jeans can be intimidating to find, but I’ve done the work for you by finding a couple of really fabulous pairs that I’m confident y’all are going to love too. They will add some fun and freshness to your wardrobe, and you will really enjoy styling them.
So who is going to give these white jeans a try? Are you more drawn to the cropped skinny or the bootcut? If I had to order just 1 pair, I guess I would grab the cropped skinny, but only because I can wear them with sneakers (and I can’t wear sneaks with the bootcut). One pair is from Nordstrom and one pair is from Amazon, but they come with free shipping and free returns, so it’s literally ZERO risk to give them a try.
One more thing, if you’ve been afraid of white denim in the past (I’ve heard this from many readers), DON’T BE! If you find the right pair for you, you will feel GREAT in them and you will love how they totally extend your wardrobe!
