Recently I was gifted an animal print clutch by River Island. I thought it was a leopard pattern until I found it on their site and realized it’s actually a giraffe print.
Whatever. Let’s just call it leopard, m’kay? 😉
You know I think of leopard as a neutral, but I wanted do what I do best…
so I onsulted Pinterest for ideas on what to pair the clutch with.
And as always, she did not disappoint.
Look how the leopard clutch makes all of the outfits SOOO MUCH BETTER than they would have been otherwise!

The leopard print adds a special oomph! Don’t ya think?
Leopard just makes everything cooler.
You can quote me on that.
So I finished the above collage, and then I saw this next girl.
She had me at leopard…but then she went and doubled down with stripes and hot pink.
And I was ALL. IN.

I didn’t have a high wasted and pleated hot pink midi taffeta skirt (don’t really have anywhere to wear one, you know?!?), but I do have hot pink cut-offs.
If you have a hot pink midi taffeta skirt, well THEN BY ALL MEANS. 🙂
Anyway, I made my shorts work, and here are the results.
Here’s what I’m wearing:
Stripes and Lace Shirt HERE / large green studs HERE at S&D, similar Kate Spade studs at Nordstrom HERE that might still be on sale!
eliza necklace c/o Kendra Scott HERE
pave necklace c/o Gorgjana and Griffin but at Nordstrom HERE
This is my new favorite delicate necklace and I’m layering it with lots!
Hot Pink shorts similar HERE/ Nude Flats HERE
clutch c/o River Island HERE
MK white ceramic watch similar HERE / Stella and Dot renegade bracelet HERE
Just CLICK on what you like in the collage to take you directly to where to get the pieces!
How in the world do you not already have a leopard clutch? It really doesn’t make any sense. 😉
Again, THIS is the clutch that I have.
It’s a great size and I love the little tassel on it too.
It held my phone, my credit cards and driver’s license, and my make-up essentials that I always carry with me (lipstick, a couple of lip glosses, and my bronzer brush). Yes, I carry my bronzer brush with me so I can dust my face whenever I need to. 🙂

Yes, yes, yes! So flippin' wearable. I love how you took that fancy outfit and made it into something that we everyday women can totally wear. The giraffe clutch is too cute for words. I actually like the larger animal print on it, a little different than what you normally see.
