And if we’re being honest, you guys should know that on the 13th Day of Christmas you might find me passed out under the tree. And I might have a hot chocolate with some Bailey’s in it.
Okay, I probably will.
I’ll see if I can take a selfie and have Andrea whip up a graphic.

There are only 12 MORE DAYS until Christmas, and I’ve been getting lots of e-mails from you ladies saying you would like me to keep the gift guides coming!
(Sidenote, I know that there are a lot of awesome bloggers out there that have beautiful collages and wonderfully thought-out guides, but apparently that’s not how I roll. Maybe some day!
It seems that I just find things I love, throw them out there to you guys, and see what sticks!)
There’s never really a theme…
but I will just continue to show you things that I would LOVE to get or give!
And I will continue to hope that my suggestions are making your gift buying a little bit easier!
Let’s kick off today with some more Santa Alerts.
I received this as a gift from my sister a couple of years ago (THANK YOU SEESTER!), and I love in it and BELIEVE IN IT sooo much.
This product totally lives up to all of the hype.
And it’s a special price right now!
$229 worth of product for $150!!! You can’t beat that!!!
Click HERE for all of the other Mia choices and Clarisonic attachments.
(They have things like special cleansers you might be interested in and they even have attachments for your feet now!)
If you are on the fence about getting this system, you won’t be after reading the following.
And for those of you still wanting some more ideas while there is still time to have them shipped…
Here’s a tip:
some of the beauty sets can be divided up as gifts!
For example, THIS set of hand lotion comes with 5 individual tubes.
(The set has PERFECT reviews!)
Sure, you could give all 5 to one person…
you could divide them up and give them as stocking stuffers….
you could pop them in a cute little bag with a gift card and you have the perfect teacher gift!
I found some other things that are awesome for gifts. I got some feedback from a lot of you after featuring the Kendra Scott earrings HERE that you really liked giving the boxed sets.
I TOTALLY agree.
Something about the box makes it more festive!
Love the pink top and the striped bottom…and especially the Kate Spade logo.
So….check out all of the Kate Spade boxed sets HERE.
The 2nd part of the post today is going to highlight some of the things that are on my Christmas list.
The first one is a sweater from a new online boutique that I am absolutely smitten with.
It’s called Goodnight Macaroon...and y’all…OH MY WORD at the GORGEOUSNESS.
They were nice enough to send me a sweater and a baseball t (both awesome), but I haven’t had time to photograph them yet. Hopefully they will be up on the blog next week.
Go and check them out HERE and get ready to swoon.
Their items are absolutely gorgeous, very unique, super stylish…..
and here’s the surprising part…….
And when I opened up my two items, I was SO IMPRESSED with the quality!
You guys are going to fall in love.
Ladies……I would like to introduce you to the online wonderland that is
I don’t know about you, but the name alone makes we want to nap and eat.
Two of my absolute favorite things.
But when you see some of their items, you are going to to forget all about napping and eating.
All you’re gonna wanna do is shop.
They have ABSOLUTELY AMAZING coats (see the bottom of the post), but it’s one of their sweaters I want RIGHT THIS VERY SECOND.
Click HERE for the grey and red plaid sweater that needs to come and live with me.
I love how Olivia Palermo has it styled with sneakers for a super casual look.
I would either wear it with my skinny jeans (HERE) and cognac wedge boots (HERE),
or I would wear it with my clean cuffed jeans (HERE) and my TOMS wedge booties (HERE).
I really REALLY really love this look.
Hey, and if it’s good enough for Olivia, it’s certainly good enough for me.
AND A READER (Thanks Amy!) JUST TIPPED ME OFF:
IF YOU ENTER “FRIENDS” AS A PROMO CODE, YOU WILL RECEIVE $15 OFF!!!!
And just in case you ladies wanted another sweater choice, here’s another one that is greatness.
Click HERE for the color block chiffon trend ragland sweater.
It comes in both colorways.
Click the pic if you are thinking you might like to have an item too!
(I’m aware of the technical difficulties with the below widget, I’m working to fix it now!)
are things that I’ve posted before…..but if I get over 10 e-mails
about an item, I tend to post them again. I feel like when others
endorse an item then you ladies might want to know!
had my eye on this coat for several months, but they didn’t have it at
Stonebriar, and I never talked about it because based upon the pictures
on the website, I thought the collar had the potential to be way too
large and awkward. When I made it to Northpark, I finally got to try it
on, and guess what…the collar is my favorite part!
own several of your must have items (wedges, vigoss jeans, and
leggings) and love them all. I got this coat and think you should name
it a must have too! It fits so cute, and you were so right about the
collar. It’s the best part about the coat! Anyway, just wanted to say
that it might not be a Pinterest Told Me To must have, but it’s an Allie
Greeners must have. I love it!
received hundreds (not even kidding) of e-mails about the must have wedges (can’t believe they still have them in stock) and the must
have denim jacket (sold out months ago)…but I think these boots are
nearing 3rd place for the most e-mails ever received.
of an e-mail that I received from a reader (and since this one had a
super cute picture attached, I had to include it!):
owned. I wore
Click HERE for the boots that are still 40% off!
I can’t believe they are still available, but lucky for you they are!
And Meagan! COULD YOU BE ANY MORE DARLING? The answer is NO.
Love your outfit. Love your hair. LOVE.
thing to know, if you have larger calves these boots might not be for
you. The shaft of the boot is small. Still, I’ve had some readers
with “muscular” or “runner’s” calves say that these do in fact work for
them. I happen to LOVE the fact that they have a close fit because they
look AWESOME with leggings.
I just know that if Marty and I met, we’d be great friends! 🙂
an “older” mom, I probably have no business even reading your blog. I
should be on my porch in my chair or something. I don’t even know.
I found your blog through some unknown fluke and now I read it pretty
much daily. I have a 20 something daughter and a 20 something
daughter-in-law-to-be…and some other girls who are hanging around my
SO when I saw your reviews on the HUE leggings, I bought them for
stocking-stuffers for the girls in my family. Well. My daughter needed
her leggings early, so I just went ahead and gave the leggings to them
early. They LOVE them. Seriously. And my little future
daughter-in-law…she raved about them to her family,
and now her mom, aunt, sister and cousin ALL are getting HUE leggings
also love me some pjs. I’m pretty picky, so I just ordered one pair of
the flannel pjs (for myself) from PJ Salvage…you know, just to check them out. Well, I LOVE them…and so guess who will be giving super fun, super soft pjs to the girls in her family for Christmas? ME!
“you’re HIP, Mom!”
I’ve literally had around 10 different people e-mail me saying that
they bought it for somebody on their Christmas list, and they had to buy
a 2nd one because
(Who thought of that MTV series when you read the above line?!?)
with her 2 sisters, 1 daughter and 2 daughter-in-laws (and herself of
course), that meant 6 blardigans! She promises to take a picture on
Christmas morning and send it to me!
That made me think of one more e-mail to share with you guys!
Last week I walked into Nordstrom and asked where to find the blardigan.
The sweet salesgirl had no idea what I was talking about and said that they didn’t have it.
I even asked her to check her computers.
It took me like 5 minutes to remember that YOU named it the blardigan and it wasn’t actually called the blardigan. The sales girl and I got a pretty good laugh out of it.
Well, I tried it on and bought it on the spot.
It seemed silly to wait until Christmas.
And for the record, it should TOTALLY be called a blardigan.
Thanks for introducing me to it!
I know you would love it.
You seriously can’t even imagine how cozy it
I’m picking on my dad here because he’s been known to wear 2
sweatpants and 2 sweatshirts AT THE SAME TIME when just hanging around
the house. AND A SCARF. INSIDE THE HOUSE.
And my mom swears it’s not cold in the house! 🙂
MOM – TURN THE HEAT UP!
to wear the blardigan.
I found a super soft and cozy blanket for him to cozy up to while watching t.v. at night in the recliner.
Click HERE for this soft and luxurious throw with a great price tag at under $50!
Plus, in addition to being cozy to cuddle up with, it would just look pretty thrown over the back of your couch!
Now, before you go….I wanted to give you a little bit bigger look into Goodnight Macaroon.
THESE COATS are GORG.
Click HERE for Goodnight Macaroon coats.
Can you believe how well priced they are?
And I’m telling you, the quality of their items is TOP-NOTCH.
All right….enough shopping…time for our recipe of the day!
Shay has been mixing and matching her little hiney off, and you are gong to be so impressed with this next creation.
I don’t even like pecans, and yet I still want to eat this pie.
That’s it for today ladies!
I hope everybody has a wonderful weekend.
Get your Christmas shopping done, get to wrapping, and we’ll see you here again on Monday.
