LADIES! IT’S ALMOST HERE!
If you’re an Icon, you can shop the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale tomorrow morning. If you’re Ambassador Level, you can shop the sale on Wednesday, and if you’re Influencer Level (which FYI has nothing to do with actually being an influencer), you can shop on Thursday. And then everybody can shop on Saturday (the 18th).
I hope to be a really great resource, and my plan is to make shopping the sale FUN. There are sooooooooooooo many great deals and awesome pieces, but over the next few days I’m just going to highlight the best of the best. My hope is to streamline your shopping experience. You should probably carb load and get some really restful sleep. And don’t forget to hydrate. Preparation is key. Haha!

ITEMS I OWN AND LOVE
I can really stand behind each of these items. I already own them AND ALREADY LOVE THEM. If you don’t have something on this list that you’re interested in, you should consider putting it at the top of your list. These items are TRIED AND TRUE for a reason.
Once you’re on the site, you can “heart” the items to add them to your wish list. After an item is on your wish list, it’s super easy to transfer the item to you cart on the day the sale opens to you.
And I just realized that this somehow didn’t make it on to the collage. And y’all, this is an item I buy EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. Don’t miss it. I think it’s probably the best deal of the entire sale and I know there are tons of people that buy tons every year, especially because they make great gifts.

1) cashmere sweater / This is a classic sweater with excellent reviews, and everybody needs one. Seriously. It’s pricey, but it’s worth it. I’ve purchased one a year for several years and I have black, a Kelly green, and a vibrant pink. This year I’m going to add a neutral to my closet.
2) must have bra / I’ve owned and loved this bra for years, and I named it a MUST HAVE around 1o years ago. I know there are many of you that only wear this bra and grab a new one to add to your collection every year. It’s super comfy and has perfectly rounded cups. The thick lining minimizes nip issues, but I wouldn’t actually consider it padded at all (I don’t like padded bras). And not only does this bra make your boobs look great when you have clothing on, they are also pretty on their own!
3) eyelash enhancing serum / I initially bought the serum a couple of years ago (after seeing my sister’s INCREDIBLE lashes), but it wasn’t until this past fall (several months before my high school reunion) that I started using it consistently. AND WOWZA. Conner was right, it took a solid 3 months, but I definitely noticed a huge difference in my lash length. In fact, my lashes started hitting my readers. Haha! I stopped using it after the reunion for a bit because I honestly felt like my lashes were getting too long, but I’m going to start using it again for a little refresh.
4) On Cloud sneakers / I own several pairs of On Cloud sneakers and love them all. They are light as a feather and crazy comfortable. These are very similar to one of my favorite pairs, so I was excited to see them pop up in this sale. I love the bungee cords vs. traditional laces, and I know you will too!
5) silk scrunchies / These are the only hair ties that I use anymore. They minimize damage and breakage, and they also reduce those annoying ridges caused by other hair ties. I think last year was the first time they were in the sale, so I was pumped to see them again this year!
6) diamond studs / Everybody needs stud earrings that they love. These are gorgeous. Soooo sparkly and a great size.
7) Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream set / This is a product that I’ve been devoted to for many many years. I added into my routine after reading about it on several blogs and in several “BEST OF” beauty articles. Lots of users compared it to the much more expensive La Mer line, but they said they preferred this product! That was it, I was convinced I needed to try it. I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT IT. Officially it’s a cream that floods skin with moisture for a glowing complexion in a flash. A little goes a long way with this cream, and it’s not greasy, but it is incredibly hydrating. There is a very light rose scent to this cream, and I don’t normally care for rose, but it doesn’t bother me at all. I buy this set during the N Sale every year, and it lasts me all year long.
8) crop pajamas / I love and adore the Nordstrom pajamas. I buy a pair in the sale every couple of years. Actually, I just buy a new pair if there’s a new pattern I really love because they hold up so well that they don’t need to be frequently replaced.
9) Barefoot Dreams pajamas / If you’ve never treated yourself to a Barefoot Dreams piece or set, MAKE THIS THE YEAR. They are seriously the absolute softest things you will EVER put on your body. I got my first piece (a blardigan!) around 10 years ago, and I’ve never looked back. Click HERE for all of the Barefoot Dreams items in the sale. And don’t just think of yourself, consider grabbing some pieces as gifts. They make THE BEST gifts for moms, mother-in-laws, grandmothers, sisters, pretty much anybody and for any occasion.
10) Donna Karen Cashmere Mist deodorant trio / I will buy this deodorant 3 pack every single year that it’s in the sale, and it better be in the sale every year. I get that it’s a total bougie move to wear deodorant that’s this expensive, but I can’t help it. I LOVE IT. I think I told the story about my friend Meagan complimenting how I smelled one day (we were working side by side while volunteering at the Manda Strong Golf Tournament a couple of years ago), and I was like “Thank you, it’s my armpits“. It’s true, y’all. Plus, it not only smells great, it also WORKS.
11) Bliss undies / GET THESE UNDIES. Get them now. Please. I beg you. Just try them. They truly are MUST HAVES. If you’ve already been converted to these undies, then I know you stock up every year during the sale! Most people that try these end up slowly replacing all of their undies with these babies.
12) Hanky Panky undies / I’m not a regular thong wearer, but when my outfit requires it, I always wear Hanky Panky. You honestly won’t even feel like you’re wearing undies and there will be ZERO lines. They are one size fits all, which I know sounds crazy, but somehow it works because the lace is so stretchy.
13) Wit and Wisdom wide leg black pants / If you work in an office, then you probably need these pants. They’ve got a flat front, and I would say they are a similar fit to our beloved must have itty bitty boot cut jeans! If you love those, you’ll love these! They are stretchy and comfy, but I think they look like a tailored pair of pants. Again, if you work in an office, I highly recommend giving these babies a whirl. I’m wearing the regular size 4. I’m 5’4″ with long legs for my height and no torso.
14) Wit and Wisdom boot cut jeans / LADIES. If you haven’t tried the itty bitty boot cut jeans yet, what in the world are you waiting for? Do you not want to look 5 pounds thinner and 2 inches taller? These are the perfect medium wash for fall. At 5’4″ I get the regular size (not the petites). The petite sizing in this particular pair of jeans is way too short for me. I wear my regular size 4, but some size down.
15) Wit and Wisdom faded black jeans / I’m so happy to have these jeans in my closet. They’ve got the beloved Ab Solution technology, they’re stretchy, they’re comfy, they’re flattering, and they’re a great ankle length on me (I’m 5’4″, but with long legs and no torso). I’m wearing my regular size 4, but most people size down in this brand.
16) Zella 7/8 leggings / Once you try high-waisted leggings, you’ll never go back. These from Zella are some of my favorites, and the 7/8 length are a perfect ankle length. Regular length are wayyyyyyyyy too long for me, but these are PERECT and hit me exactly where I want them to at the ankle. Everybody needs the black for sure, but if you already have the black, you can grab one of this year’s new colors. I wear a small.

OTHER TRIED AND TRUE FAVORITES I HIGHLY RECOMMEND…
* Unseen Sunscreen bundle / If you haven’t tried the Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen, YOU MUST. My skin absorbs the product very quickly (like IMMEDIATELY!) and there is NO TRACE of it. It’s not oily or greasy, it gives a matte finish, and it doesn’t leave any white residue behind either. It feels and acts very much like a high-end makeup primer going on. Also, from reading reviews, it seems it’s awesome for people with super sensitive skin. I’m telling you, the product is absolutely incredible.
* True and Co bralette / If you’re not a fan of underwire, this is your bra. It has thin removable pads that do a great job covering the nips, and you’ll still get a nice rounded and perky shape (even sans underwire).
