Let's Get Fancy with Black Lace — Sheaffer Told Me To

While browsing Pinterest a couple of Saturday mornings ago, I saw this picture.

Black Lace, Jeans, and a Red Lip.
There was no source to the picture (so sorry!), but I knew I could use my new lace top from PiperLime to recreate the look.
I also had every intention of trying a truly red lip for the first time, but I just plain forgot to do it for the picture. Oops.

So…at about 8:30 a.m. on that Saturday morning, I played dress up to try it out.
Chris walked in the bathroom and was like “What the heck? Where are you going?”
Um, nowhere babe.

But I tell ya what, it was Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. and I was all sorts of ready to have a date night or a girl’s night out.
Instead, I changed back in to my pajamas, played Chutes and Ladders with the little guy (kill me now, I hate Chutes and Ladders), did a little laundry, and worked on a report for school.
