Right when we arrived, Carter started playing a game of basketball in the driveaway when I was unloading things. All of a sudden I heard him calling me.
When I came out he said, “Look! All the cows are watching my skills!” 😉

This little dude is Carson. If you’ve been following me for awhile, then you’ve seen Carson on here before. We call him Carter’s cousin….but Carson’s grandaddy and Carter’s grandaddy are really the ones that are cousins!
Carter’s daddy (Chris) and Carson’s daddy (Clinton) are great friends, and I love Clinton’s wife (Moni)….and we are all so close!
When we go to the ranch, this is who we spend most of our time with!
And that’s Carson’s little sister, Willa. She’s a mess!

FAVORITES #2 and #3: THESE JEANS AND THESE FLATS
Okay, girls.
So these are the $49 Vigoss jeans that I’ve been talking about for the last couple of weeks now.
I started out with my regular size 27.
And then I went down to the 26s…..but I still thought I could maybe go down on another size.
I tried the 25s yesterday and loved the fit.
They are VERY SIMILAR to the Vigoss jeans from the anniversary sale that I called the pajama jeans (except they aren’t distressed and they are more of an ankle jean). And for those of you that have those jeans, I ordered 1 size down in those (a 26)…and again, I ordered 2 sizes down in these (a 25). I know it’s confusing, but I hope it’s helpful.
They are soft and flattering and will hug in all the right places!

FAVORITE #4: CRESCENT NECKLACE
I featured a crescent necklace sometime last month, and it sold out immediately.
It was cute, well-priced (at $18), and everybody wanted it and loved it when they got it.
Well, THIS ONE hit stores this week! I tried it on at the mall yesterday, and even though I didn’t get it (because I have the one from a couple of months ago), I thought many of you would want to know about it!

FAVORITE #5: COZY SWEATSHIRT NOW ON SALE

This sweatshirt is crazy comfy (it’s stupid soft on the inside), light weight, comes in lots of fun colors, and has fantastic reviews! The color I’m wearing isn’t on sale, but there are 2 great colors are ON SALE HERE!

It’s a mid-weight jacket. Most of my military jackets are lighter than this, but I wouldn’t call this one heavy either. It’s just a nice mid-weight. And although it says “shrunken”, I don’t find that to be the case. My regular size small is fitted, but I still have some room in it!

I bought the jeans in store and ended up sizing down 2 sizes as well. They really are like pajama jeans and they make me feel so skinny.

I bought the jeans but only sized down 1 size (because I have a big ol' bootie). Ha! I love them and so does my hubby! He never comments on my clothes, and he said "I like those jeans on you." I'm taking that as a win.

Great post today! I'm definitely checking into the SPARK, it sounds exactly like what I need for my afternoon pick me up at work. Do you find it to be gritty at all or does it dissolve fairly well? I loooooooove Spark!! I generally have it first thing in the morning as I get out of bed, followed by some MIO flavored water (I'm with you, I don't really love drinking water!) until 2:30pm, when I treat myself to a second Spark to make it through the afternoon crazy! I was on a pink lemonade kick for about 2 years, though recently my favorite is Green Apple – to me, it tastes like a green jolly rancher!

Too much caffeine in Spark! I do love my Plexus Slim though! I love the long lasting natural energy with no stimulates! I can still breastfeed with it and not have a pukey baby! Love the jacket and tee. Must go get them now!

You need a sonic ice machine! We bought a Scotsman at a discount this year (It had been repaired) and it is the best purchase we have made in a long time. It's expensive, but the whole family always has a glass of water at all times because the ice is just that good. We weren't big water drinkers before, but that's basically all we drink now.
