Y’ALL KNOW I LOVE A SET
Y’all know I love a set, right?
I really love a casual lounge set, and I’ve shown you so many of those over the years. On occasion I find a dressy set I love too.
Maybe you remember this one from a couple of weeks ago. I thought this one was so cute that I immediately ordered both pieces. And I got the necklace too. Because look how cute!

And guess what! I love the pieces even more in person! The neutral graphic botanical pattern is such a vibe.
Both pieces are a linen blend, and when paired together, they almost look like a romper. It’s hard to tell here, but the blouse has a tie at the waist. I’m wearing a medium in the top and a small in the shorts, but I think I might prefer a medium in the shorts so they would have a more relaxed fit.

If you don’t love a matching set, maybe you would prefer to wear the graphic shorts styled with a classic black tee. And I think the necklace is fantastic with the look. The beads are obviously different colors, but they’re also different shapes and sizes, so the necklace has a very organic feel.

This sweater is on EXTRA SALE! It has rave reviews, and I’m so happy to have added it to my closet. I’m in the “pale teal” and the “dusty pink” is on sale too. This sweater is special. Just look at all of the pretty details! Y’all know I love an elbow-length sleeve, the scallops are so feminine, and the pointelle stitching is just lovely. I think it looks great worn casually with cream denim, but it’s definitely nice enough to wear with slacks at the office too.
We all know wide leg jeans are very on trend, and these cream wide leg jeans are so good. They’re Kut from the Kloth (a denim brand we know and trust), and I really like the stretch and overall fit. They’re definitely wide leg, but they still manage to be flattering. For size reference, I’m wearing a 4.

It’s cute with shorts too (as seen below), but it’s definitely nice enough to wear to the office as well.

This embroidered shift dress is on EXTRA SALE too. It’s a really great red with really fun embroidery! It’s 100% cotton and y’all know I love the shift fit, but there are several details that make it really special. The square neckline is very unique, and the geometric cut outs and embroidered flowers make it really stand out. It has a hidden zipper, but I was able to just slip this one over my head (which I prefer).
It is lined underneath in the same red colorway, so there’s no need to wear a slip. I’m wearing a small here, but I actually think a medium might be a better fit. It looks a bit roomier on the model, and I think I might like it better that way.

FUN FINDS
This dress is a lightweight linen blend, fits great, and is fully lined. I really love the neckline because it allows you to show off a necklace, and the subtle puff sleeves add interest without being too overwhelming. The little tie belt adds some nice definition at the waist, and the buttons going all the way down the front are lovely. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

Sadly the black version of this dress sold out immediately, but the white option is still available. You can see on the site that the white dress highlights the pretty details of the dress much better than the black. It’s got a lacey square neck as well as lace trim tiered down the skirt. It also has small puff sleeves and a straight fit. It’s an organic cotton with just a tiny bit of stretch to it.
The site says the dress runs small, but I got my regular size medium and am happy I did.

If you prefer a dress with a more swingy fit, I think you’ll love this option. It’s a cotton gauze with a flowy fit and a tiered skirt. I’m wearing the ivory pink blossom, but it also comes in a solid navy. For size reference, I’m wearing a small. I sized down because the bottom seemed like a lot of fabric, but I will say that the small is tight across the chest. I actually think a medium would be better for me in the chest, but I definitely needed a small for the lower half.

BEIS LUGGAGE
I know I shared that Carter went to church camp at the beginning of the summer, but I forgot to talk about his new luggage that he took, and it’s awesome.
Beis reached out to me a couple of months ago to see if I would like to try some of their pieces, and I couldn’t say YES fast enough! I got a new set of luggage for myself a couple of years ago that I’ve loved, but if I ever upgrade, I’m definitely going to get Beis for myself too.
It looks great, it’s super lightweight, and it functions well. The carry-on has a large packing capacity, and it provides excellent organization with multiple compartments, compression straps, and pockets. Oh, and it glides and spins like a dream. The sport duffle backpack was the perfect size for all of his toiletries, his shoes, his pool and bath towels, and his sunscreen.
