A CUTE LITTLE SET (STYLED SEVERAL WAYS) AND SOME NEW DENIM SHORTS
I’M OBSESSED.
Like FULL BLOWN obsessed.
This outfit feels like pajamas, but you will walk out the door looking totally put together in this cutie little set! It’s playful and a little flirty (the shorts are short), and the ruffles on the blouse and v-neckline make it all feel very feminine. The set is 100% cotton with a gauzy texture and a swingy fit. The set is absolutely darling worn together (obviously), but I’m about to show you how the pieces are great worn separately too. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium, but I think I could have done a small.
Turquoise is having a moment, and this particular turquoise necklace is fabulous. It’s big, it’s chunky, it’s bold, and it’s totally a statement piece and an outfit maker. It combines braided suede with the turquoise stones for a rustic but polished look! LOVE.

The top of course looks awesome with denim shorts as well. AND THESE DENIM SHORTS ARE GOOD, Y’ALL.
I’ve been showing a pair of AGolde denim shorts a lot lately, but there have been some complaints that they’re so expensive (and they totally are).
This NEW pair I’m wearing below are more affordable at $79 (vs. $158). They have a 6″ inseam, so they provide a good amount of length, but I don’t feel matronly in them at all! I just feel covered, but cute. I still feel like a cool and hip mom, while managing to stay totally age appropriate. They are slim cut (which makes them flattering), but I love the roominess of the leg opening. I’m wearing my regular size 4.

And one more way to wear the shirt here…. with my favorite cream denim…
These wide leg cream jeans are adorable and so on trend. But although they’re called “cream”, they don’t lean yellow like many creams do, so I think of them more like an ecru. They’re just a perfect neutral. They’ve got a great amount of stretch, but they still manage to maintain their shape. And although they are definitely a wide leg, I think they are still quite flattering. For size reference, I’m wearing my regular size 4.

And the shorts from the set look great with a basic tee and denim jacket…
Speaking of tee, I’m always getting asked for a white tee recommendation. I feel like the one I’m wearing here is a dang near perfect white tee. It’s a good medium weight, it’s not see-thru at all, it holds its shape, it’s a great length (not to short or long), and it’s not boxy (but it’s not fitted either). For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
It has 364 reviews, and the great majority are 5 stars, so the people agree. 😉

A WHITE EYELET DRESS
Last year I purchased and wore the heck out of a white dress from Treasure and Bond. I bought it in black too, and I was low key hoping they would just bring it back this year because it’s SO GOOD, and I wanted everybody to have a chance to grab it if they hadn’t already.
Well, it hasn’t come back yet, but this white eyelet dress is pretty fabulous too. LOOK AT THE DETAILS! The covered buttons, the tiny pleated ruffle neck, the scalloped edge sleeves, the inverted v waist, the all over embroidery… everything is truly beautiful. It zips up the side, but I was able to just slip it over my head (which I prefer). I’m wearing a size 8 which is pretty typical for me in a dress.

AVARA FAVORITES
The color was what first drew me to this dress, but to be honest I love everything about it. The stand-up collar, the subtle puff sleeves, the belted waist, the braided trim details, and the tiered skirt are all fabulous. This dress will be great for all different sorts of occasions, and I know I will be wearing the heck out of it all spring and summer. For size reference, I’m in a medium.

A closer look at the bracelets…
multicolor bracelet set / gold bracelet stack

The ric rac trim and the mix of floral and striped patterns make this top so so charming. I like it with a 1/2 tuck, but you can see on the left that the wide banded hem make it great worn out too.
For size reference, I’m wearing a medium, but I definitely need a small. It doesn’t look like it in these pictures, but it’s quite roomy all over. I would definitely suggest sizing down 1 size.
floral and stripe top / orange and pink necklace / multicolor bracelet set / denim shorts / raffia buckle sandals

This floral print top is gorgeous in person. It’s a 100% crisp cotton (but it has a tiny bit of a polished look), and it actually has a dressy feel to it which is why I think it pairs perfectly with this cream denim. This is definitely an elevated denim look with this top, and I love it. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium in the top.
If you like these colors and this pattern, but would prefer it in a dress, click HERE!

Y’all know I love a pink and red moment, and this floral top really delivers! Plus, the floral block pattern is absolutely DARLING. The neckline, the collar, and the subtle puff sleeves all come together for 1 fabulous top. And once again, it looks great with the cream denim. If you don’t have these jeans yet, you need to fix that. 😉

OLIVE JEANS BACK AT NORDSTROM!
About a month ago I bought a pair of olive green jeans from Nordstrom, but by the time I linked them they were sold out at Nordstrom and lots of y’all were sad. Well, THEY’RE BACK BABY!!!
I’d been having so much fun styling and wearing my cream wide leg jeans that I knew I had to grab these olive wide leg jeans the second I saw them. These are incredibly comfy and have quite a bit more stretch than the cream ones, and the wide leg isn’t quite as wide. I actually like the fit of these better. And my goodness they are the perfect match for this top. For size reference, I’m wearing my regular size 4. I’ll style these pants with solid white, solid black, light pink, and stripes… and that’s just off the top of my head.
This Peter Pan collar blouse appears to be stocked in all sizes right now, and it surprised me in all the best ways. In fact, it was one of my Top 3 personal finds last month! You can still use the code STMT20 to get 20% OFF (but the code ends this weekend).
I just think it’s a super cute fit, and I know I will reach for it all the time. It’s hard to tell in my pictures, so I think you should click over to the site to see the really pretty scalloped detailing and pleated ruffles. It’s tailored, but totally feminine and girly. LOVE. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. It also comes in a really pretty pale pink and now white. I ordered the white one earlier this week, but it hasn’t arrived yet.

If you’ve been following along for a while, then you know that this type of top is a long-time favorite of mine. So no surprise here, I’M FULL BLOWN OBSESSED with this olive tassel tie top. RESTOCKED AND NOW ON SALE (use code STMT20)!
It has a swingy fit that looks great with both a 1/2 tuck and worn out. It has subtle puff sleeves with an elastic band that reach almost to the elbow, and the colors and pattern on this one are totally unique with the navy, olive, cream, and rust color palette. Because of the seam near the chest, I need a medium for some extra room, but otherwise I think I would prefer the fit of the small.
If you already have the top, you probably need these olive jeans. 🙂

AND DON’T FORGET ABOUT THE SOCIAL THREADS SALE
The 20% OFF SITEWIDE SALE has NO exclusions, but it ends on Sunday! They don’t do these site wide sales often, so it’s time to take advantage. You can click HERE to check out all of their new arrivals.
Code: STMT20
I’m absolutely dying over this dress, especially since it is NOW ON SALE. The brown checks, the double ruffle sleeves, the flattering fit… it’s all so good! Y’all know I’ll pair it with a denim jacket. 😉 (UPDATE: I ordered it earlier this week and hope it arrives today!)

These Risen straight leg jeans have no distressing and near perfect reviews. And you can find the red jacket HERE. BOTH ON SALE with code STMT20!

You can go ahead and freak out about these sneakers because they are seriously adorable and NOW ON SALE! And they were the most popular Social Threads item with y’all this past month. There are only 3 sizes left, so cross your fingers that the size you need is still available!
I love the color combo, and they are very comfy. I’m wearing my regular size here, but I wish I would have sized down a 1/2. (Important info: the first 10 or so minutes I wore them on my wood floors, they squeaked when I walked…. but then they stopped and don’t squeak at all anymore! Whew!)
Click HERE to shop all sneaker colors available (but there are limited sizes).
Risen barrel jeans / Gola sneakers

This layered crew pullover is a perfect basic. It’s incredibly comfy and soft. I’m wearing the “light moss” here, but it also comes in clay (a really pretty neutral), butter yellow, and navy. The sweatshirt is super soft and the little crewneck that is peeking out from the neck and the hem really elevate this sweatshirt and will instantly help you look pulled together. I’m in a medium, and it’s a perfectly relaxed fit and roomy fit. A small would definitely fit, but I like the oversized look of the medium. If you don’t want it quite so oversized, size down. It has 31 reviews, and almost every single one of them is 5 STARS.
The pullover and the sneakers are seriously cute with denim shorts too (not from Social Threads, but ALSO ON SALE!).
