Blush is definitely one of the it colors right now, and I’ve got a great blush item for y’all today! A blush bomber jacket! The color is officially called “pink hush”, and I feel like that is the best description. It’s very pretty and super soft. It’s barely even pink, and it’s perfect.
The jacket has great detailing with a banded and ribbed hem and cuffs, and the quilted portion behind the zipper is such a nice touch.
Since bombers are so on trend right now, I’ve tried a ton of them on over the last couple of months (we’re talking no less than 20), and I was willing myself to like one of them. I wanted one in my closet so badly! The problem was, most of them were too cropped, too bulky, or too shiny for my liking. (I did find a camo one, but only x-small remains.)
Well, this blush number is the Goldilocks of bomber jackets for me. Not too shiny, not too cropped, but just right. 🙂 I’m wearing a small here, but this jacket is more generously cut than any of the other bombers I’ve tried on… so I would suggest sizing down if you are between sizes. I will wear it with army green pants (as seen in today’s post), regular denim, white jeans, and grey jeans (check out THIS awesome pair for $42 from 1822 Denim)! Also, I’ve dressed the jacket up today with some tall peep toe booties, but I’ll also dress it down with sneakers.
If you can’t tell, I’m very excited about this jacket. I mean, you ladies know how much I love a military jacket (one of my favorites is 40% OFF right now – size down) and a denim jacket, but this bomber is going to give me another great option to reach for throughout the year. Look how cute it is!
Here’s the whole outfit. Pairing pink with green is always a favorite combo for me, and I loved the muted tones of the entire look. The leather tassel, the neutral tote, and the gold jewelry really pulled it all together. Size References: I’m wearing a small in the jacket (again, it’s a bit oversized), a small in the tee (true to size), and a 27 in the pants (true to size).
And great news! The code tassel20 will get you 20% OFF the necklace through the weekend.
Here’s a detail shot.
The pants are comfy and have a good amount of stretch in them. I’m wearing a 27, so they are true to size for me.

And the peep toe booties ? WELL. What’s not to love. I recommend sizing down a 1/2 size for a comfy fit.
They are definitely tall, but surprisingly comfy due to the block heel. I’m going to be wearing these with my boot cut jeans too. And skinny jeans. And dresses. So yeah, you’re going to be seeing these a lot. 😉
And because I’m pretty much loving all things blush right now, here are some other other options for you!
Ooooh! Wait! I found some more blush items! I have 4 bras that have been in constant rotation since October. 2 of them are Natori, and 2 of them are Third Love. I’ll be talking more about Third Love in a couple of weeks, but look at these gorgeous blush options! Click HERE to see the bras that qualify for their Try Before You Buy Program. Click HERE to see the post I did about my Third Love bras back in October. And click HERE to read about their New Nakeds line.
You know my perforated Lucky booties that I’ve been wearing since fall? Well, there’s a new spring version as well! And they come in a blush color! They also come in the Brindle (that everybody fell in love with on the other booties, but it sold out). Click HERE for the booties. These are a great option for those of you that don’t like the tall heel of the peep toe booties I’m wearing in today’s post.
Have a wonderful weekend with your people!
p.s. Conner has a work wear post scheduled for Monday! Here’s a sneak peek. Come on Spring! The blouse and skirt are both on sale.
My military jacket is now 40% OFF! Make sure you size down 1 size because it definitely runs big, I’m wearing an x-small. I love the collar on this particular jacket and how it’s long enough to cover my bum.
Okay…..now I’m done….. 😉
