Happy Monday, Ladies!
It’s a super happy Monday for me because we are on fall break over here. We’re currently at the ranch with some friends and having a blast! I’m gonna be honest, I had perhaps the best fajitas and burgers of my life over the weekend. Food is just better at the ranch, ya know?
When we were watching football on Saturday, I did take some time to round up some of the things that caught my eye that are ALL ON SALE.
1) sweater / 2) crossbody bag / 3) scarf / 4) coat / 5) pleated neck floral blouse / 6) velvet Mary Janes / 7) Chelsea boots / 8) bow earrings / 9) necklace / 10) patch pocket boot cut jeans / 11) boyfriend cardigan / 12) frayed hem bootcut jeans / 13) itty bitty boot cut jeans /14) must have jeans
In addition to the sales above, I have one other very important sale to share…
Colleen Rothschild is having their huge FRIENDS AND FAMILY SALE right now! You can get 25% off site-wide with the code FAMILY25.
These first two products are the two products I can’t live without. I use them daily, often times twice a day.
Cleansing Balm / Glycolic Acid Peel Pads
This balm truly has a cult following. For those of you that haven’t tried it yet, it’s different than any other cleanser I’ve ever used. First of all, I apply it to a dry face. I scoop out a small amount of the balm with dry hands and slather it on to my dry face. As I rub it on my face, the heat from my hands changes the balm into more of an oily texture and it just feels incredibly luxurious. It melts my makeup away, leaves my skin feeling amazing and hydrated, and the light citrus smell is PERFECT.
And listen, if you’re concerned about the price, don’t be. This jumbo tub will last most people around 9 months! And with the 25% OFF sale going on, that comes out to under $8 per month. And $8 per month for luxury skin care seems like an absolute bargain to me.
Under the jar of the balm, you see a muslin cleansing cloth that comes with it. Made with 100% cotton, the Colleen Rothschild Muslin Cleansing Cloths provide a gentle way to exfoliate and enhance the overall cleansing experience. I just pop my cloth in the wash every several days.
After cleansing my face, I use the peel pads. I’ve been using the Glycolic Acid Peel Pads for several years now, and I absolutely swear by them. After adding them to my weekly routine years ago, I’ve never looked back.
So, what are they? Remember the Stridex pads we all used as teenagers? Well, these are the new and much improved version! They definitely remove any yuckiness that might have been left behind after cleansing. But while the Stridex pads were salicylic acid and more of an acne treatment, the CR pads are glycolic and lactic acid, both used for cell turnover. If you’re over 30, you need to be turning over those cells. 😉
The Face Oil #9 used to be too much for my skin, but now I can’t imagine it not being a part of my nightly routine. It’s at the tippity top of my MUST HAVE list too. Colleen touts it as the ultimate in skin luxury, and I have to agree. It improves radiance. RADIANCE! Who doesn’t want to increase their radiance?!?
I put 1 full pump in my hand with the Extreme Recovery Cream (also seen below) and apply it all over my face and neck. It hydrates and plumps like nothing else I’ve ever used. The Extreme Recovery Cream is thick, rich, and ultra-creamy. My skin absolutely drinks this special little cocktail up.
And I’m not the only one that swears by it in my family. My mom and sister do as well. Actually, they are both devoted users of many products in the line. My mom did a full review of her favorite products awhile back, and you can click HERE to read all of her thoughts. She’s added in new products since then, but it’s a comprehensive review of her routine at the time. My mom is in her mid 70s and looks AMAZING, so copying her skincare routine wouldn’t be such a bad idea.
My favorite eye cream is BACK IN STOCK. AGAIN. This eye cream is a true viral sensation and they are having a heck of a time keeping it in stock. YES, IT’S REALLY THAT GOOD.
It makes my under-eye area appear brighter, more radiant, and more youthful. TRULY! The formula specifically targets common concerns of tired and dull eyes, such as under-eye darkness, fine lines, dryness, and puffiness.
Here’s what’s in it and what it does:
- Hyaluronic acid: helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
- Caffeine: targets puffiness and water retention.
- Pearlized pigments provide an instant brightening effect and create a radiant, glowing appearance.
- Peach coloring pigments neutralize blue undertones, helping to balance out skin tone and create a more even appearance.
- Peptites help smooth texture.
It’s really hard to capture how awesome the eye cream is in a picture, so you’re going to need to trust me. You can use it on its own on a fresh-faced day, but it also functions beautifully under makeup. I’m telling you, this eye cream is going to WOW you.
And just FYI: I don’t like concealer and never use it, but I think this eye cream not only does the job of an eye cream, but it also functions a bit like a concealer does. Here’s the difference though: it doesn’t settle into lines or crepiness (which is why I don’t like or wear concealer).
I obviously highly recommend this product. Like I said before, IT WILL WOW YOU.
Okay, that’s all for today, y’all! I’m off to more fishing and Ranger rides!
Hope you were able to find something today and score a great deal.
