3 FABULOUS Dresses Under $35

Thursday is the last day of school in our neck of the woods, and I could not be more excited. If we’re being honest, I’m straight up giddy. I cannot believe that Carter’s 1st year of high school is almost over, BUT I LIVE FOR SUMMER. I’m tired of my 5:00 a.m. alarm, and we’re excited to spend lots of time at the ranch over the next couple of months. We actually head there on Thursday right after we grab Carter, and we’re not even sure when we’re coming back. WooHooooooo!

Now, on to today’s post….

I’m SUPER excited to share 3 DARLING dresses with you today! And get this, they are all UNDER $35. Two of them are even under $30, but by looking at them, you wouldn’t have any idea. These are really great dresses that will serve you well! They’re all adorable, and the fact that they are also so incredibly affordable is just a bonus.

DRESS #1

Y’all.

I! LOVE! THIS! DRESS!

The colors, the pattern, the fit, the drawstring waist, the flutter sleeves, and the pockets! I LOVE IT ALL!

The quality is EXCELLENT, and it feels and wears like a much more expensive dress. It’s even lined!

And you’re not going to believe this, but it’s only $28. TWENTY EIGHT DOLLARS.

I’m telling you, I would pay $128 for this dress without even batting an eye.

For size reference, I’m wearing a small. It’s a little tight through the chest (I have boobs and a big ol’ rib cage), but the medium was too big everywhere else, so I went with the small.

I can think of tons of different occasions to wear this dress, and it can easily be dressed up or down. I’ll show it dressed down in just a sec!

This crossbody bag is really great. It’s got a faux leather strap and trim, and the body reminds me of a thick linen. As one of my readers said after she grabbed it the first time I talked about it, “it looks much more spendy than it is!”. I couldn’t agree more. 🙂

Notice the cute little drawstring. You can easily cinch in the waist to your liking.

I really did it up with the arm candy stacking 3 bracelet sets right on top of each other.

And look how cute these sandals are. They’ve got a nice chunky heel, they are easy to walk in, the braided detail is simple and pretty, and the cognac color is perfection. True to size for me and under $25! The reviews are excellent. I’ve had them for a couple of months ago and have found myself reaching for them over some similar more expensive sandals because these are just so dang comfy (and cute to boot)!

Both the bag and the sandals made the STMT Top 12 list a couple of months ago. I’m so happy that y’all love them too.

And here I’ve dressed it down with a tote and sneakers. This is how I see myself wearing it the most. In fact, I wore this exact combo all around town 2 days in a row this past week. 😉

And how about the fact that this designer inspired tote is just $25! It holds all the things and is just as cute as can be.

The platform sneakers are a bright white and will pair well with jeans, skirts, dresses, or shorts. They are quite comfy with a cushioned footbed, and I love the little bit of height they give. They are true to size for me.

I bought them and first showed them to y’all back in March, and I’ve reached for them countless times.

DRESS #2

You saw me highlight this dress last year in solid black, solid green, and a pink and orange floral. So for those of you that are keeping track, I NOW HAVE 4. BECAUSE I LOVE IT JUST THAT MUCH. Hey, when you find a $28 dress that works well for you, you don’t even need to feel bad when you grab it in several colors. #itjustmakesgoodsense

And seriousy, this dress is 100% cotton and 200% DARLING. It’s a crisp cotton poplin and absolutely looks like it costs at least 4x more than it actually does. It’s very well made, and I feel like a million bucks in it.

Size wayyyy down. I’m in an x-small, and I’m most often a medium in dresses.

And if you like the dress, I think you’ll like the square neck top too! I grabbed it in both the black pattern (just like this dress) and the green “jelly bean combo” that’s so fresh and summery. I will show them in a future post, hopefully by Friday! The tops don’t run as large as the dress does, but I would still suggest sizing down 1 if between sizes.

DRESS #3

I’ve got one more dress for y’all today, and it is absolutely CHARMING.

I fell in love with this adorable green print, but it also comes in solid black, a solid red, and the same black and white geometric print as dress #2.

It has functional buttons all the way up and down, and the cap sleeves and oversized belt are just too cute. I tied the belt in an exaggerated bow, but if you’re not a bow girl, you could easily just knot it. I’m between sizes in this dress, but I went with the small (even though it’s a bit snug in the chest).

You can see the quality of this dress here. It’s a sturdy cotton, and it’s beautifully made.

The layered necklace is under $8, and I’m wearing just two of the 3 layers. The 3rd layer is just a simple gold link chain.

The print, the colors, the belted sash… it all oozes charm.

It could take you to church, a baby or wedding shower, a lunch with girlfriends, or Paris! Haha! But seriously, how cute would you be strolling European streets in this dress.

Look how DARLING these pink slides are. The color is perfection, the canvas fabric is so chic, I love the wide band, and my word the tortoise buckle is just about the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. And while I think they look like over $100 sandals, they’re actually just $24.99.

I KNOW.

It’s shocking.

And awesome.

I got my regular size, but I wish I would have sized up a 1/2.

I actually grabbed these last year, and I was thrilled to see them back this year and in NEW COLORS! Pro Tip: I would recommend scuffing them up on the bottom. They come out of the box super slippery, but it’s nothing a good scuffing on some pavement can’t fix.

They add so much style and fun to so many different outfits! Can’t you see yourself styling them in lots of different ways too?

So I’m dying to know, which dress is your favorite? You might be finding it difficult to believe that they are all so affordable and all from Walmart, but quite frankly I’m no longer surprised! I’ve been shopping, wearing, and LOVING Walmart clothes for several years now. If you haven’t given them a try yet, please trust me! I just know that you will be beyond impressed.
