If y’all are anything like me, you are still hustling and bustling about with tons of errands, a couple of last minute presents (there’s a couple of people on my list I forgot about! oops!), grocery store runs, and HEAVEN HELP ME a trip to the post office today.
  This time of year is always busy, but I love it so much.
I had such a great weekend with my little family and friends, and it started out on Friday with Carter’s class party. I threw on my new sweater and scarf with my UGG boots and the outfit was comfy, cozy, bright, and cheerful!
And I’m going to go ahead and put it out there…
you need this sweater.

This is for sure my favorite sweater that I’ve purchased over the last several years.
I love the little detail on the sleeves, and it’s just so dang soft!
And it’s a perfect loose (but not baggy) fit.
I cannot pull off the super over-sized sweaters that are so popular right now because they add too much bulk for my frame, and I can do that on my own thank you very much.

Anyway, this sweater is the perfect middle ground.
And the bright colors just make me happy!
I mentioned last week that Shay even talked about her love for it in one of her previous posts (she has the coral striped one I believe), and man was she right!

Here’s everything you need to know about the outfit:

For size reference, I’m wearing a small in the sweater and a medium in the jeans.  The new slim profile classic UGGs are true to size, so don’t order up like you often do with other UGG boots.

And here’s a close up of the bracelets.  I bought them on a whim at the mall several weeks ago as a total treat to myself (I initially thought I might be putting them under the tree), but that didn’t happen since I’ve been wearing them pretty much non-stop.

For size reference, I got a small, so I believe it’s true to size.
My 3 favorites are the ones on the top row.  I obviously love the navy, but I also love the light pink and the coral with the grey!  So cute!

 I temporarily misplaced my abalone earrings (like for 3 months!), but I found them in a pocket of a purse last week! WooHooo!  They immediately went back in the rotation and I thought they were perfect for the above utfit.  The abalone really does go with pretty much everything.

I love this picture because you can really see the new slim toe bed and how much more feminine these new boots are than the classic UGG boots we are all familiar with that are much more clunky.
