WHAT IS ON SALE
* There are some NEW MARKDOWNS at Nordstrom! Click HERE to see them all.
* Day 5 of Scary Good Deals is going down at Colleen Rothschild, and ALL THE CLEANSERS ARE ON SALE!
RADIANT CLEANSING BALM
The Radiant Cleansing Balm is THE product from Colleen Rothschild that I cannot live without. It’s the first product I used from the line probably 10 years or so ago, and since that first use, I’ve never used anything else because it’s JUST THAT GOOD. I’ve been screaming and shouting about it now for 10 years. The balm is what I refer to as the gateway product for the Colleen Rothschild brand. If you try it, you’ll fall in love with it, and you will be compelled to try out more products. It’s what happened to me.
It’s regularly $65, but right now you can grab it for only $48.
The Cleansing Balm totally changes the taking off your makeup game, and I’m telling you, you won’t even dread washing your face at night. I KNOW. That’s a big claim, but I stand behind it. You’ll look forward to it. IT’S LIKE AN EXPERIENCE.

This balm truly has a cult following. This regular size tub will last most people around 6 months, so it’s truly an incredible value, especially at this price because we’re talking like $8 a month for LUXURY SKIN CARE.
It will take off all of your make-up so easily and so gently, and it will leave your skin feeling very nourished. Just go read the reviews. There are now over 1,7oo reviews, and the average rating is 4.8! That’s incredible!

For those of you that haven’t tried it yet, it’s different than any other cleanser I’ve ever used. First of all, I apply it to a dry face. I scoop out a small amount of the balm with my dry hands and slather it on to my dry face. As I rub it on my face, the heat from my hands changes the balm into more of an oily texture, and it just feels incredibly luxurious. It melts my makeup away (even the most stubborn eye makeup), leaves my skin feeling so soft and so hydrated, and the very light citrus smell is PERFECT. It comes with a muslin cleansing that is 100% cotton, and it provides a gentle way to exfoliate and enhance the overall cleansing experience. I just pop my cloths in the wash every several days.

Seriously, if you haven’t ever tried this balm, TODAY IS THE DAY!
Click HERE to shop all of the cleansing products ON SALE. (This sale ends tonight and there will be a new special tomorrow.)

WHAT WE ARE EATING
Okay, so I haven’t eaten this yet, but I’m making it tomorrow and can’t wait! It’s a simple egg salad that I saw on Instagram, and I love that it uses cottage cheese instead of mayo (which means less calories and fat and more protein!).
I’m going to pile it high on some toasted Ezekial bread, and I just know it’s going to be delicious. Credit to @marinawrightwellness.

If you’re local, I highly recommend Cajun Fish Grill (at the Hardin and Eldorado intersection behind the Sonic). The seafood is legit. I’m obsessed with their clam chowder, my boys love their fried shrimp baskets, and I love their grilled platters. And I’m telling you, you have never tasted zucchini as delicious as this grilled zucchini.

Smalls Sliders pretty recently made their way to McKinney. If you’re in McKinney, you can find them at Hardin and 380 in front of the Cinemark. There’s not an indoor dining room to eat, but there are some tables outside and there’s of course a drive thru.
My entire family LOVES the burgers. You can get a meal with 2, 3, or 4 burgers… and 2 burgers a piece with the fries are enough for all of us. In fact, I could probably get by with eating just 1, but I can put down 2 without any problems. 😉
I also strongly encourage you to get a side of their queso to dip the fries in because ohhhhhhhhmyyyyyyworrrrrrrrrrrrrrd.
And if you’re from Dallas, these cheese fries definitely fall in the IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW category. #snuffers

WHAT I’M WEARING
I showed this top earlier this week with cords, now here it is with denim!
This floral blouse is ohhhhh sooooo fall. The colors are deep and moody, and the floral pattern is lovely. Head to the site and zoom in on the blouse to see all of the pretty details like the pintuck pleats across the front, the tiny ruffled collar, the velvet tie, and the wide elastic cuffs. I’m completely smitten with this blouse. It drapes beautifully and is quite roomy, so you might consider sizing down. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium below, but I think a small might be better.
These Aliyah jeans are amazing too. They are stretchy, comfy, flattering as all get out, and what I consider to be a perfect straight leg option. I know that wide leg jeans and barrel jeans are all the rage right now, but I have to say, I still find a nice straight leg jean to be the most figure flattering by far. These are a mid to high rise with a frayed hem. I like the length with these booties, but I might actually cut a bit of length off so they will show a little ankle on me when wearing sneakers or flats. For size reference, I find them to be true to size. I’m wearing a 27.

This cable sweater is expensive, and the reviews aren’t great (there are only 2), but I happen to love it! It’s so incredibly soft and cozy, I love the chunky cable pattern, and y’all know I always love an exaggerated collar like this. And I think this color is YUMMY. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. The medium is actually pretty roomy, so a small might be better.

Purple and all versions of purple are big this fall. I was immediately drawn to this lilac sweater. It’s quite cozy, very oversized, and great for wearing on its own or layering. I’m wearing a medium here, but I would definitely prefer the fit of a small, so I think most should size down. It’s a great transitional piece.
If lilac isn’t your thing, it also comes in a dark grey, cream, and cherry pop.

This long belted maxi dress is different than anything else I have in my closet, but I’m really liking it! The fall floral and ikat pattern is so pretty, the ruffled collar feels special, and I think the belted waist makes it quite flattering. My one critique is that I wish the belt had some way to fasten it. The belt doesn’t have holes, so it can kind of just slip around. Maybe there’s an easy fix, and I just haven’t thought of it? For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

This floral minidress is a little bit sassy and feels like a party dress! It’s gauzy and ruffly with a low neckline and smocked waist. The double ruffle skirt is so flirty and pretty, and the fall floral pattern is beautiful for this time of year. It’s lined, so there’s no need for a slip! Yay! For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I’ve shown this sweater with both cropped jeans and with neutral cords, so I thought I would show it one more time with some boot cut jeans. This exact sweater is low in stock, but luckily you can find 2 other color options with better stock HERE! My favorite is the chocolate brown with a blush pink, soft blue, and cream floral pattern. There’s also a taupe option with blue, gold, and cream accents. There’s just something about a zip-up and stand-up collar like this one that always has me feeling put together. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
Now let’s talk about the frayed hem boot cut jeans. The leg is slightly flared, and I love the frayed hem. They have the mold and hold technology that we’ve all come to love, and they will make you feel like a million bucks! Again, I for sure feel taller and skinnier with them on.

I’ve shown you a neutral version of this boatneck sweater several times already (in “heather oatmeal”), and I liked it so much I was compelled to buy it in the “coral punch” too. But I would definitely describe this sweater as red (and not coral), which is great because I love red. Last week I showed it with the above full length boot cut jeans, but I wanted to show it to you with the cropped bootcut too.
The scallops on the neckline are beautiful, and the detail all the way down the top of the sleeves is really lovely. It’s very lightweight and can easily be dressed up or down. It tucks in nicely, but the banded hem is very flattering and looks great worn out too. I showed you the heather oatmeal in a medium, but I’m wearing a small in this red version. I much prefer the fit of the small. It definitely runs on the large side, so I would consider sizing down.
These crop bootcut jeans are new to me. I grabbed them because of the cropped fit and because I thought the detailing at the bottom was so cute. This is my first time buying (or even trying) Good American jeans, and I can now officially say that I’m a fan. They’re a very soft denim with great stretch, so they hug your curves in all the right places. The seams on each side of the bottom of each leg are my favorite part. It’s such a nice detail, and they really modernize the whole look.

WHAT I’M LOVING
The relationship between Carter and Charlie has grown so much over the last couple of months, and I’m loving it so much. I’m so grateful for it.
I think I’ve shared this before, but Buddy and Carter were extra super close. Carter lost a big part of his heart when we lost Buddy earlier this year, and although he’s always loved Charlie (and Charlie always loved Carter), they just didn’t seem to have the special relationship that Carter had with Buddy.
Well, they’re getting closer and closer now, and it makes my heart so happy. This was the two of them out on a walk when we were at the ranch a couple of weeks ago.

WHAT I’M REMINISCING ABOUT
This popped up on my Facebook feed, and I audibly gasped. Look at that little blonde baby in his dinosaur shirt.

The third season of The Diplomat released on Netflix, and I binged all of season 3 in just 3 days. It’s so freaking good. Gosh I love Keri Russell.
