I did it for me.
I did it for YOU.
I did it for all women across America that didn’t even know we needed to own a pair of nude flats.
I’m a giver.
And a trail-blazer.
UNITED WE STAND, WITHOUT NUDE FLATS IN EVERY CLOSET WE FALL!
Or something like that anyway.
after some internet research and several e-mails from some of
you guys (my super smart readers!), I found tons of great flats.
I settled on THESE flats because I loved their casual shape and the fact they were patent.
Plus, the reviews sold me on the fact that they were comfy too.
I don’t happen to be one of those girls that sacrifices style for comfort.
Nope, not me.
I don’t care how cute they are, if they aren’t comfy, I’m not wearing them. Period.
you’re still on the fence about needing a pair of nude flats, I have a collage that
will convince you that not only do you need a pair of nude flats
IMMEDIATELY, but it will also make you think you were a total moron for
not having them until now.
No offense, of course. 😉
HOW IN THE WORLD did I not have a nude colored flat before last week?
Can somebody say WARDROBE STAPLE?!?
When looking at the pics above, it is obvious now to me that nude flats look just as great with a white eyelet dress on the beach as they do with colored skinnys, a button up, and a sweater in the fall/winter. Who the heck knew that?!? I certainly didn’t.
And in every picture above I think they add an element of style and class.
Do you agree?
Yes?
I thought you probably would.
Like I said before, DUH!
happen to love that mine are patent (I like the shiny aspect), but if you are not a fan
of patent, I rounded up some other great choices for you.
Cause I’m telling you, patent or not, you need a pair!
I like THIS pair from Sam Edelman that one reviewer described as the “BEST FLATS EVER!”
reviews are FANTASTIC on this flat. The one bad review said that the
shoe was too narrow for her wide foot, so keep that in mind if you feel
like your foot is on the wider side.
It’s plain and simple without any embellishments so it’s a good option for those of you that lean towards simple and no frills. They look very similar to mine, but are just leather (not patent).
These are the most comfortable shoes I have
ever worn. Thank you Sam for making them and Nordstrom for selling
them. I have 6 pairs, does that say enough?
I’m thinking that 6 pairs speaks volumes.
And they come in both regular and wide!

I thought you ladies might like a comparison picture
My Ellen flats on the left (HERE).
The Felicia flat on right (HERE). The one on the right is the one with the fantastic reviews.
All of the other colors available in the Felicia flat can be found HERE.
If you are a person that doesn’t like to be confused with too many choices,
stick with one of the above 3. All are in large print and bolded.
All 3 have fantastic reviews and you can’t go wrong.
If you like more choices, then keep reading.
Or, if you’ve already made your nude flats decision, then just skip to the bottom for some additional news and a reminder!
ADDITIONAL CHOICES:

Ol’ Sam was really busy making nude flats at some point.
HERE is another option with an understated buckle.
I like these a lot, but they are 33% off and already there are only 4 sizes left.
THIS option is Born, so you know they are comfortable!
What about this pair of Yosi Samra flats HERE (a light and a dark pair).
Have you ladies heard of Yosi Samra?
They were just recently in People Style Watch!
your purse for whenever you need to change things up. Whether you’re dying
to get out of your heels or just like to have options on hand, these ballet flats are the answer to all of your fashion woes. Who says
you can’t be practical and stylish?
They even come

love this pair. I can throw them in my bag if I want a ‘just in case I
need to change out of my heels’ back up and they look good with nearly
any outfit. Will be definitely buying more shades and patterns.
And if you’re not a totally nude kind of girl, here are a couple of jazzed up options for you:
Neutral with a pop of hot pink patent HERE.
no attention to my pasty white legs. The situation has already been fixed!) 🙂
I hope I made it perfectly clear that we all need a pair of nude flats.
And listen, if you already own a pair of nude flats and knew how
important they were for every wardrobe….
WHY DIDN’T YOU TELL THE REST OF US?
Oh…and I’ve got some GREAT NEWS for some of you!

Love the pointed toe and the sexy little ankle strap.
This one HERE from Ivanka Trump is GORGEOUS! The cut out leather is so unique!
Love THIS pair too from Via Spiga with a peep toe and a wooden heel!
It is a really nice shoe (normally almost $200, but 50% off right now)!
And a cap toe pump from Michael Kors HERE for under $100.

I went and bought a pair of nude flats after your first post on the ones you bought. Then went to the doctor the next day and he said he doesn't want me wearing flats because of plantar fasciitis. So, I sadly, returned them not even wanting to be tempted by them. I guess I need to find some nude wedges now.
Susan Jeffries says
Thank you thank you thank you! I have been searching for a pair of nude flats and you just helped me decide!! I am also eyeballing that blazer! Thanks friend! Susan

Love that you highlighted the importance of nude flats! I totally agree. They go with everything, well, except maybe khakis the same color. 😉 I've said it before, but I own the leopard Felicia's & I LOVE them! I wear them more than my expensive Tory Burch flats because they're so comfy!

I love how you're getting your readers on the nude flat kick. Nude flats have been a staple in my closet for two years…ever since I picked up a random (but cute) pair at Target. I have another pair, but they hurt my feet. I need to spend the money for Nordtrom's "Ellen" flat. They are perfect!

The Angie ballet flats are very light weight, and offer a decent amount of support despite having no arch support.
