Today’s post is one of my favorite types of posts to do. It’s part of a series I call Style It Again, Sheaffer where I take an item that I love, and I style it several different ways. I love highlighting an item’s versality and giving styling ideas that help stretch all of our ideas on how a piece should be worn.
Today we are styling these black Pistola jeans 4 different ways!
OUTFIT #1
I love the jeans soooooooooo much.
They’re not a faded black, but they’re not a solid black either, which is just the way I like them. They are very stretchy and incredibly comfortable, and they manage to hold their shape. They are officially called “crop bootcut”, but I personally think they are more of a straight leg (I expect boot cut to flare a bit more). The raw hem is super cute, and you could wear these with anything from sneakers to heels. True to size for me.

Sadly, these black Pistola jeans went on sale sometime during the last couple of days, and now they are almost sold out.
Because of this, I wanted to provide another black jean option for y’all in case you want to recreate some of today’s outfits.
These Wit and Wisdom jeans are a great option! As you can see, they look super similar to the Pistola version. They’re stretchy and comfy too, but the denim is a bit thicker (but not too thick!). And they are quite a bit more affordable than the Pistola jeans.

Now let’s talk about the blazer.
If you’re a blazer girl, you’re going to want to grab this one.
If you’re not, you still might want to give this one a chance.
It’s stretchy with a notch collar, a slim fit, and a pinstriped lining that makes the blazer extra cute when the cuffs are rolled up.
The link suggests to size down, but I wish I hadn’t. The small feels tight and pulls across the back a bit. A medium would definitely be a better fit on me.

These are the bracelets you are going to see in every outfit in today’s post.
This pave coil bracelet was y’alls #1 pick in August!!!
And listen, I totally get it. The bracelet is gorgeous. It totally gives David Yurman vibes for a fraction of the price. It’s definitely the best bracelet I’ve purchased in a very long time. Sometimes I wear it on its own, sometimes I stack it with a tennis bracelet, and sometimes I stack it with colorful beaded bracelets. It looks great with everything. Seriously, it would look just as fabulous with a little black dress as it would with a white tee and denim shorts. It’s classic.
The turquoise and green bracelets are feminine, dainty, and they add a nice pop of color. In addition to the green and blue, they also come in a light pink and a dark pink.

Let’s give a minute to these shoes, because WOW.
First of all, if you don’t know, LEOPARD IS BACK IN A BIG WAY.
Now if I’m going to be honest, it’s always been “in” for me. I think the pattern is totally chic and classic, and because of that I never stopped wearing it. But if you follow the trends closely, you know that now it’s officially back.
You know what else is trending? Mary Janes!
These leopard Mary Janes are undeniably fabulous.

They have excellent reviews, they are incredibly comfy, and you can easily dress them up or down. The strap is adjustable with a great buckle closure, and I think that they are a very flattering fit. True to size for me.

I mean… DARLING.
My goodness I love them.
I love the whole look actually.

OUTFIT #2
For outfit #2, I switched out the blazer for a cardigan, and I traded bags and shoes. The tee, the belt, the earrings, the necklace, the bracelets, and the jeans are ALL THE SAME.
This cardigan is the most gorgeous blush color. It’s warm and cozy (it has a bit of wool in it, but it’s not itchy), and I love the v-neck styling with the big buttons, the ribbed sleeves, and the ribbed hem. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. I’ll also be wearing this sweater a lot with regular denim ankle jeans and sneakers! You could also wear it to the office with a nice pair of slacks.

Look at the cute detailing on the sweater.
Let’s also take a moment to talk about the belt. I’m wearing it in 3 out of 4 of the outfits today. It comes in 4 colors, and this one is the pecan gold. It’s real leather, and I like the brushed bronze hardware. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

This cognac bag is the most beautiful cognac color, and the gold hardware compliments it so well. It’s a faux leather, but it doesn’t look plastic-y at all (which is often the case with faux leather). This one also comes in black.

OUTFIT #3
Now let’s switch out the cardi for a twill jacket and the booties for some leopard loafers.
twill jacket / white v-neck tee / earrings / charm necklace / black jeans / belt (pecan gold) / Rothy’s leopard loafers
This twill jacket is really really good.
It has a good amount of stretch in it, the olive color is a perfect neutral, and the subtle cropped and military styling gives it a modern flare. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

These Rothy loafers are a new obsession for me.

They are an investment for sure, but I know I’m going to wear the heck out of them, so I took the leap. True to size for me and sooooooooooooo comfy. Rothy’s are definitely known for being insanely comfortable.
Here’s what you need to know about Rothy’s:
- Fits true to size. For best fit, order your regular size.
- Soft, flexible upper.
- Dual-density insoles create an exceptionally comfortable feel.
- Gum outsoles with raised nubs for extra grip and durability.
- Machine Washable: Toss in the wash. Air dry. Wear again and again.
- Knit with Rothy’s signature thread, which is spun from recycled plastic bottles.
Click HERE to see all of the Rothy’s choices because they have lots of different colors and styles including round toe Mary Janes, square toe Mary Janes, pointy toe ballet flats, braided loafers, loafer mules, and the choices continue!
I like how this outfit is just a combination of elevated basics.

OUTFIT #4
And last but not least, I went with a super sporty look with the black denim for look #4.
Kut denim jacket options / white v-neck tee / earrings / dainty cross necklace / black jeans / adidas sneakers
I accidentally grabbed a Kut from the Kloth denim jacket out of my closet that is no longer available, but there are several current options you can choose from to get a similar look. The first two on this page are even on sale! And spoiler alert, I own and love both of them. The first one is a bit oversized and a medium wash (and it’s 32% OFF) and the second one is more fitted and a darker wash (and it’s 36% OFF). Both have some stretch which I love, and I wear mediums in both.

Ladies.
These sneakers are adorable and they really pack a punch! I’m wearing the “Ice Lavender/ Orange/ Violet”, but they do come in several other color combinations.
The vintage vibe is totally cool, and they are quite comfortable! The first time I put them on, I thought my foot looked kind of wide, but all I needed to do was tighten the laces, and then I thought they were very flattering! I would suggest sizing down a 1/2 for sure.
If you already have a denim jacket and a pair of black jeans you love, use this outfit as styling inspiration to just add a pair of colorful sneaks.
