The NEW AVARA SPRING COLLECTION launched yesterday, and it’s fabulous. And not just kinda fab, it’s REALLY FAB.
Everything I’m featuring today is darling and bright and happy and will have you totally ready for spring and summer. I will be wearing these pieces to church, to girl’s lunches, to showers, to graduation parties… and I will be feeling OH SO CUTE in all of them. Some of the pieces would also be great on vacation!
Actually, the Madelyn dress is absolutely made for vacation! The colors are gorgeous, and the print contains palm trees, sail boats, blue waters, and colorful beach houses. It’s a classic belted dress, but it also has a double ruffle sleeve and v-neckline. It’s incredibly flattering, will look great with a tan, and can be dressed up or down. You could pair it with sneakers and a denim jacket, but I love it dressed up here with my favorite clear wedges. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. If my chest was just a tad smaller, I think I would have preferred a small.

The above dress might have been made for a beach vacay, but the Harlow dress could be worn to a wedding, a shower, a graduation, a garden party, a lady’s luncheon, or even to church on Easter Sunday. The colors are muted, and the floral print is so lovely. It is pretty short (but y’all know I like that). If length is an issue for you, this might not be your dress. Other beautiful details include the eyelet embroidery and the powder blue rick-rack details on the sleeves and hem. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
I’m telling you, it’s totally giving Tuckernuck and looks like it could be a $300 dress.

This pink sweater is a wonderful closet basic with a little bit of flare. I love this shade of pink, I love the relaxed fit, and I really love the multicolor embroidered accents all over. It’s super soft and between and light and medium weight. I love that it doesn’t hug the body, but it still has the banded sleeves and hem to make it flattering. I’m loving it here with my cream jeans, but I know I’ll also be wearing it with white jeans and regular denim. I’ll pair it with denim shorts too. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
I know it’s kind of hard to see in this picture, but you’re going to want to go ahead and grab yourself this colorful beaded necklace before it’s gone. Click over to see it. It will definitely be on constant rotation for me this summer.

If you like an oversized and swingy fit, stop what you’re doing and hit “add to cart” right now. This white and blue floral blouse is absolutely made for you. It’s cut very generously and has tons of room. I would recommend sizing down and feel certain you will still have plenty of room. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.
We all know wide leg jeans are very on trend, and these cream wide leg jeans are so good. They’re Kut from the Kloth (a denim brand we know and trust), and I really like the stretch and overall fit. They’re definitely wide leg, but they still manage to be flattering. For size reference, I’m wearing a 4.

Adorable is the word I would use to describe this white floral blouse. The print is so eye catching, and the colors are so bright and happy. I do want to mention that after comparing the top I’m wearing to the top featured on the site, it looks like every blouse will be a bit different with a different part of the pattern highlighted. But don’t worry, I think all of them will be cute. The collar is ruffled and banded, and the sleeve have a nice puffiness to them (that isn’t overwhelming). For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

This pink palm printed top is a gorgeous pink and red combo with a playful pattern. The decorative embroidery around the neckline and banded sleeves adds some nice design detail, and if worn out you will see a wide band pattern at the bottom of the hem that makes it great worn out as well (see it worn out on the site). For size reference, I’m wearing a medium, but I think a small would be a better fit.

Recent pieces you’ve seen that are still available…
This long sleeve floral dress is giving Zimmerman. The details are GORGEOUS. The pleating, the open eyelet details, the ruffle collar, the banded hem, the tiny little belt! I LOVE it ALL! Fully lined and seriously beautiful. This might have been my favorite dress from all of last year. It looks much more expensive than it is, and I just feel great wearing it! For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
If you don’t need a dress, but you love the vibe, you can grab the blouse HERE.

If you prefer a dress with a totally relaxed fit and lots of room (it’s very billowy), this poppy dress is your dress. Cute and comfy, you can see it looks great here with heels, but it would also be cute worn super casually with a pair of white sneaks.
This one runs really really big, so size down. I’m wearing a small and it’s still quite roomy. In fact, I could probably have done the x-small.

I love a belted dress. I think this type of dress is flattering on so many different body types, and I like to always have at least 1 in my closet. They’re just great for so many different types of occasions.
This palm print is of course perfection for a vacation look, but the print is abstract enough that I’ll also be wearing this in good ol’ McKinney, Texas. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I’ve got another great printed tunic dress for y’all. The shift silhouette with the wide bands on the cuffs and hem are darling together, and I love the classic blue and white color combo. It does run on the short side, so if you are 5’7″ or above it might be too short for you. I happen to love the length. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

This beautiful blouse is just my style. The colors are absolutely gorgeous, and the print is so fun. It’s a gauzy fabric with a relaxed fit, and I think you’ll be able to style it several different ways. It’s very lightweight. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium (but I think a small would have been fine).

I just added these clear wedges to my closet last year, and I think they’re awesome. They will extend your eye downwards and really lengthen your legs. They are quite flattering and very comfortable. For size reference, I would recommend sizing up a 1/2 size.

Comfortable, classic, and the perfect mix of cognac with raffia. They look darker in this picture than they do in real life. Check them out on the site for a true representation of the color. True to size.

This dress is feminine, flirty, and pretty much perfect for both spring and summer. The vibrant blue pattern, the billowy ruffle sleeves, the split neck, the tiny ruffle collar, the smocked waist… it is all SO GOOD. It’s comfy, flattering, and just the cutest.
For size reference, I’m wearing a medium, but I think I might prefer the fit of a small.

But seriously… look how cute the ruffled skirt is…

This printed tunic dress is FABULOUS. Only 2 sizes left.
It’s got a shift silhouette (love), some length on the sleeves (love), pockets (love), and a v-neck neckline (love). I mean, what’s not to love? And I almost forgot to highlight the ric-rac detail on the neckline and the subtle puff with the sleeves. And the colors! And the pattern! Yep, I LOVE IT ALL. It’s beautifully made and giving Tuckernuck.
For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. I’m 5’4″ (with long legs and no torso), but I’m betting if you’re a tall gal, this dress might be too short for you.

This is the definition of a throw on and go dress that will have you looking incredibly put together with minimal effort. It’s giving Tuckernuck vibes too. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. You might want to consider sizing down if you don’t like a roomy fit. Also, this is definitely longer than the above dress, so this will be an easier fit for you taller ladies.
And I adore this green and white geometric print with the pops of pink and orange!
Only 2 sizes left, so hurry!

Okay, y’all. I’m IN LOVE with this denim jacket. However, I’m wearing a medium here, but I think I might prefer a large. It has little to no stretch in it, so I think I need some extra room in the chest and back. It’s the puff and pleated sleeves that I’m completely smitten with. This jacket is absolutely adorable and perfectly feminine. I’ll be wearing it all spring and summer with white denim, with skirts, and with every kind of sundress you can imagine.
Y’all know that I think a denim jacket is a MUST HAVE, and I love the extra details on this one.

That’s all for today, y’all! Hope you found something you love!
