Happy Monday, Everybody! My family is on Spring Break right now, is yours?
We are headed to the ranch later in the week, but right now we are just taking it easy at home. Carter is a kid that hates missing school, so we are hammering out 3 appointments during the first several days of the break, and then it’s going to be RANCH TIME! I’m ready to soak up some great quality time with my people.
Last week I highlighted some adorable skirts in some outfit planning collages. I fell in love with them, and I ordered 3 for myself! I couldn’t help it. Yep, I was #influenced. Haha!
And I’ve gotta say, I have a sneaking suspicion that today I might #influence some of y’all as well.
In all 3 outfits today, I’m wearing the same tee and denim jacket that are both awesome and under $20. I’m rotating in different skirts, and I’m accessorizing with different bags and shoes.
SKIRT #1: FLORAL POPLIN MINI SKIRT
Do you remember this skirt from last week? I mean, I ordered it as soon as I spotted it. Because of course I did. LOOK HOW CUTE!
When it arrived, I couldn’t believe it.
I HAVE NO EARTHLY IDEA HOW THIS SKIRT IS ONLY $28.
It looks like a skirt that I would pay $128 for.
It’s FUN, FLIRTY, and FABULOUS.
And the colors and large floral pattern are absolutely to die for.
As soon as it arrived, I knew I had to photograph it and get the blog post live as soon as possible. I have no doubt this baby will sell out quickly.
The skirt is 97% cotton, 3% spandex, it’s machine washable, and it’s lined. It’s a pull-on skirt with an elasticized waistband in the back which makes it so easy and comfortable to wear. AND IT HAS POCKETS. And my goodness, I know all of us love a skirt with pockets.
For size reference, it does run big. I first ordered a small, but after it arrived, I ordered the x-small. Remember that it is a pull on, so it was a little challenging to shimmy over my hips and bum, but I like the way the x-small fit once I got it on.
The white tee is awesome, and it’s only $10. It comes in 47 colors, and I seriously recommend picking up like 3 or so for spring and summer. They will be your GO TO tee. I own white, grey, the tangerine tango stripe, and the winter bloom stripe. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
The denim jacket is just $17.99. It’s got a bit of stretch in it, which is a non-negotiable in a denim jacket for me. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
Are you dying over the skirt? #becauseimdying
And this little pink bag is just as cute as can be. It also looks much more expensive than it is, and it’s a gorgeous pink.
And the sandals? You aren’t even going to believe me when I tell you.
They are $12.98. They have a memory foam footbed, so they are super comfy. I know I’ll be slipping them on all spring and summer long! True to size for me.
I love the whole look.
SKIRT #2: WAVY GINGHAM MIDI SKIRT
Still pink, still DARLING, but this one is a fun wavy gingham pattern and a midi length.
If the mini skirt is too short for you, then this midi skirt might just be for you!
I typically prefer a shorter skirt, but I couldn’t say no to this pattern.
It’s positively CHARMING.
Like the first skirt featured today, this one is also pull-on styling. It also has an elasticized waistband and pockets! I’m wearing an x-small in this one too. Again, I have to shimmy it on, but once it’s on I love the fit.
It’s easy, it’s breezy, it’s fun, it’s vibrant, and it’s DARLING.
These braided sandals look super similar to an $80 pair at one of my favorite department stores, but this pair is just $16.98! That is quite a savings! The braided bands and the square toe totally read designer, but these are a very economical option. And they have a memory foam footbed for all day comfort. True to size for me.
What’s not to love.
SKIRT #3: BLACK POPLIN MINI SKIRT
So if the pink floral and the wavy pink gingham are too much for you, I’ve got a classic black that could be a wonderful staple piece in your closet.
This is the exact same skirt as the #1 floral mini skirt, but just in solid black.
- 97% cotton, 3% spandex
- machine washable
It’s a pull-on skirt with an elasticized waistband in the back which makes it so easy and comfortable to wear. AND IT HAS POCKETS.
For size reference, it does run big. I first ordered a small, but after it arrived, I ordered the x-small. Remember that it is a pull on, so it was a little challenging to shimmy over my hips and bum, but I like the way it fits once I get it on.
I think this skirt will serve just about everybody well. Just a classic piece to have in your closet to pull out for a myriad of different occasions.
These are the same braided sandals I showed in cream above, but now in black!
And the pink bag adds a fun pop of color, don’t ya think?
So I’m dying to know, ladies!
Which skirt is your favorite? #1? #2? or #3? Sound off in the comments!
