SPRING HAS SPRUNG! And I have the outfits to prove it. ;)

Well, Spring has finally sprung in my neck of the woods!!!  It was chilly (but still gorgeous) yesterday…and before that, we had several days of high 70s and even some low 80s.  So, we’re talking wedges, sandals, sleeveless tops, and even shorts.  I mean, SHOW ME TO A PATIO WITH A MARGARITA! #frozen #withsalt

I have several outfits for you today, but before we get to those, I want to share a question that lots of you had for me on Monday.  Many of you wanted to know my nail color and some had questions about my lip color.  My nail color is OPI “That’s Berry Daring”.  And my lipstick is Lancome “Fashion Icon”.  The picture of the lipstick  looks A LOT darker online than it actually is.  It’s the only lipstick I wear, and I just mix it up with different glosses.  Sadly, I don’t remember what gloss I was wearing on this particular day, but great news…the lipstick is 15% OFF right now!

Did you notice that the NUELASH IS ON SALE!?!? I started using Nuelash after my sister recommended it (those are her eyelashes below! the text is from several months ago), and I’ve LOVED my results since I started using it. In addition to my sister’s glowing recommendation (via her picture below!), the online reviews are also fantastic. My results are amazing too, but for some reason I can’t get a good picture like my sister did. The big tube lasts for several months and makes such a huge impact on your lashes.

Another product I swear by is this lash primer (I put it on each day before my mascara)!  I highly recommend the Nuelash, but it is definitely expensive.  If it’s not in the budget right now, then you can start with the lash primer.  It extends the length of your lashes every time you apply it, and you will just swipe it on quickly before you apply your mascara!

OKAY!  LET’S GET TO THE OUTFITS!

Last week I did a post where I planned 9 different Spring and Summer outfits.  Yes, it was a weird number.  It was originally supposed to be 8 outfits, but a really cute pair of sandals I bought the day before the post went live inspired the 9th look.  I got the sandals in the vibrant orange, but they come in tons of colors.

Today I’m going to show you several of the outfits that I planned on Friday’s post.  They are going to come off the dining room table (where I do all my flat lays which is #totallyprofessional) and hop on to me!  I think it helps to see the outfit pieces both on the table and on my body, so today you are going to get to see both!

OUTFIT #1

Just a heads up, I’m loving my sandals seen below…and a reader freaked out the other day when she realized they come in rose gold too!  Check them out in rose gold!

You know this tee and this denim jacket are long time favorites, and I couldn’t resist this skirt.  It has embroidery AND pockets.  Well played, LOFT.  😉  I sized up to a medium in the tee and the jacket.  I’m wearing  a small in the skirt, but I’m actually going to try the x-small.  Or maybe the petite small.  It’s a little big in the hips, and a teeny bit long for my liking.  The whole outfit is incredibly comfortable, but looks really put together!

When I planned the outfit above, I had it with flat sandals and a statement necklace….but I ended up going with statement earrings and my newly named MUST HAVE wedges instead!

OUTFIT #2

You saw this top on me last week with white jeans and a denim jacket (click HERE for the post).   The layered sweater is mixed media and perfect for Spring.  The front is sweater like material, and the back is the same “tulip garden” material as the peplum hem.  I love the elbow length tulip sleeves, because they lay with a bit of a ruffle and are so feminine.  The top is very flattering and the colors are gorgeous for Spring and all the way into Summer.  I have a small in the sweater, but if you don’t have a large chest, I would suggest sizing down.  It’s quite roomy.

And look how pretty it is with these blush jeans!  The jeans are a very pale and soft blush (which was what I was wanting), and they are super stretchy and comfortable.  I have my regular size 27s in these jeans, and they are wonderfully soft and stretchy.

OUTFIT #3

This blouse is GORGEOUS and has excellent reviews.  It has a high neck, the arm holes are flattering, and it has a sweet little tie in the back.  I’m wearing it here with white jeans, but it’s definitely nice enough to wear with nice slacks or a pencil skirt.

I’m wearing a small in the blouse (true to size), a 27 in the jeans (true to size), and I sized up to a medium in the denim jacket.

I also loved the look of the floral shell with my favorite denim cut offs.  I’m telling you, this top can be easily dressed up or down.  And listen to me, I know these denim shorts aren’t for everybody because they are distressed and pretty short, but they are a MUST HAVE for me (and have fantastic reviews).  I got them last year, and was so excited for y’all when they came back with them this year.  Get them right now during TRIPLE POINTS AT NORDSTROM!

OUTFIT #4

Y’ALL.  This outfit!!!!!!

I sized up to an 8 in the button up (I often do this in button ups to prevent pulling), and I love the fit.  I’m wearing a 27 in the shorts, but size down if between sizes.  Size up a 1/2 in the sandals.

And these earrings are quickly becoming new favorites for me.  They are just so fun!

OUTFIT #5

This was the bonus outfit on Friday’s post, inspired by the shoes and the tee I got at the mall the day before!  I sized up to a medium in the tee, a 27 in the shorts (true to size), and the sandals were true to size for me as well (go up a 1/2 size if between sizes).  The tee is thin, but a cami isn’t required because of the scene on it.

AND GIRLS.  How cute is my tote?  I’ll be featuring it in a Vince Camuto post next week but I thought it was so cute with this tee and couldn’t wait to share it!

Here’s a close up of the sandals. OMG.  They just make me happy.   Y’all know I did the cognac sandal post a couple of weeks where I showed you 4 different pairs of cognac sandals, and I ended up keeping the strappy ones. I had thought about keeping a second pair (the criss cross ones), but now I’m so glad I didn’t! Because I got these beauties!!!!! They weren’t available last week (which is why I didn’t review them then), but they are now! I got the vibrant orange, but they come in tons of other colors too (including cognac)! These are actually true to size for me (but with no extra room), so I would go up a 1/2 if you are sometimes in between sizes.

THE CAMO DRESS IS BACK IN STOCK AT NORDSTROM!!!!  It comes in a navy stripe too that has also been restocked (you can see the navy stripe one on me HERE).  I’m wearing a small in the dress, and it’s just perfect for running around town.  I’m wearing it with sandals here, but I will also be wearing it with my shoreline converse!
