Happy Monday, friends!
Today’s post is ALL ABOUT BEAUTY, and I’m excited to share with you some new beauty finds that I’ve added to my arsenal this spring.
While I tend to be extremely loyal to certain products, I’ve made it a priority to start consistently trying new products as well. And what I’ve found, is that when I do this, I often times find some really great NEW favorites! Such is the case today.
Supergoop Glow Screen Body / Cucumber Detox Eye Patches / Tula Balanced Beauty Probiotic / deodorant / Supergoop Glow Screen / Tocca Perfume Discovery Set
Supergoop Glow Screen Body and Supergoop Glow Screen
Okay, y’all. We’re kicking things off with some Supergoop products.
I’m THRILLED to talk about Supergoop, and I’m pumped that they now carry so many Supergoop products at Nordstrom. It makes shopping for Supergoop SO EASY.
The Supergoop Glow Screen is the only product on today’s post that I’ve been using for an extended period of time (over a year now), but it HAD TO BE INCLUDED. #becauseitisflippingawesome.
The Glow Screen is a primer that has a beautiful tint to it with a glowy finish (that’s not too glowy or sparkly)! It’s described on the site as a lightweight, pearlescent sunscreen with SPF 40 that hydrates the skin while acting as a makeup-gripping primer.
I do not enjoy a sparkly face, and I was worried that this product would make me sparkly or glittery. Instead, I was so happy to find that it just gives a healthy looking sheen and highlight. I wore it every single day in the summer last year and loved the results. It has SPF 40 in it so it protects your skin beautifully from the sun’s harmful rays AND it gives really pretty coverage. It doesn’t leave you greasy or oil, you just get protection with a pretty finish. Another bonus is that it has hyaluronic acid! Other face sunscreens I’ve used in the past leave me greasy or oily, and I feel like my makeup slides off my face, but this product doesn’t disappoint!
Sometimes I use it under makeup simply as my sunscreen and primer, but most often it’s the only “foundation” I wear during the warm weather months.
I LOVE that this product can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. It gives me the SPF I need and the coverage I want! I LOVE IT SO SO MUCH.
I’m obsessed with the Glow Screen for my face, so I knew I had to try the Glow Screen for my Body. And although I really do like it, I’m not in love with it like I am with the face product. But don’t get me wrong, I do really like it. The thing is, my love for the face product runs so deep, it would be hard to match that level of affection.
This product has a subtle shimmer (not glitter, but “light reflecting” pigments), it’s fast absorbing, and it has a subtle smell that I find very pleasant. Oh, and it doesn’t transfer to clothes.
I think the only keeping me from being obsessed is the price tag of $42.
Still, it’s a great quality product, and I wanted to include it in today’s post because I knew many of you would be curious.
On the lower half of my arm, do you notice the glow and shimmer? That’s the Glow Screen Body at work. It really does give a nice finish, I just wish it wasn’t so expensive for the amount you get. I know that the price is going to be worth it for some of y’all though, so please send in your feedback if you decide to give it a try for yourself.

Tocca Perfume Discovery Set
Y’all know I love Jo Malone fragrances, and I recently found and LOVE Trish McEvoy Blackberry and Vanilla Musk. Still, when I found this pretty little set, I knew I had to try it!
For ONLY $20, you can try out 8 new scents. I actually really like all of them, but I’ve found that my two favorites are the Colette and the Stella.
The Colette Eau de Parfum has notes of bergamot, mandarin, lemon, juniper berry, pink peppercorn, jasmine, violet, cyclamen, incense, musk, sandalwood, amber, vanilla and cedarwood.
The Stella Eau de Parfum has notes of bitter orange, blood orange, watery accord, white feesia, wild diamond orchids, spicy lily, sheer musk and sandalwood.
When grabbing links last night, I noticed that the stock was pretty low for the above set….so I was really excited to find this set as well. It contains my two favorite scents in larger quantities, but 3 others to try out too! I’ve tried out all 5 and really enjoy all 5!
Fragrances are so personal, and this set gives you the opportunity to try out several (for extended periods of time) and find your absolute favorites. Also, I love tossing this size in my travel bag or even just my makeup bag!

Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Detox Eye Patches /
I’ve been shouting about my love of the Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Life and Firm Eye Patches for a couple of years now, so I was excited to try these Cucumber Detox Eye Patches. Truth be told, I loved the packaging and felt like they were a perfect new spring product to try.
These little power house patches hydrate, smooth wrinkles, and de puff tired eyes. And I love the subtle cucumber scent. It’s refreshing! They are cool when you put them on, which feels nice. I’ve heard of others that put them in the fridge to get them super cold before applying them, but they are already plenty cold for me.
I do find that if I’m trying to get things done around the house when they are on, they tend to start slipping. So instead, I like to use them when I know I’m not going to be super active (answering e-mails, drying my hair) to help them stay put.
As far as how they differ from the gold eye patches, I think these are more hydrating. They are also $23 less expensive, so it doesn’t feel like such an investment to give them a try.

Tula Balanced Beauty Probiotic Gummy Dietary Supplement
Although I typically wouldn’t talk about a product like this until I’d been consistently using it for at least a month, I’m jumping the gun and sharing this one today simply because I’m so excited about adding it in to my routine. And I feel comfortable talking about it (even though I don’t have much experience with it yet) because the reviews for the Tula Balanced Beauty Probiotic Gummy Dietary Supplement are overwhelmingly positive. We’re talking 92% of the 111 reviews are 4 and 5 stars, and 75% are the full 5 stars.
From my experience so far with the product (I’ve only been taking them a week now), I can simply say that they are seriously yummy. I obviously can’t speak yet to any long term benefits, but I know that I look forward to taking them every day, and I feel good about the fact that I’m now taking a daily probiotic. As always, when adding something like this into your routine, I suggest doing your own research as well.

Taos Ginger Grapefruit Deodorant
Okay, real talk here. We’re all just good girlfriends, right?
Over the last 5 or so years, I’ve found that I have to rotate deodorants. If I use one deodorant for an extended period of time, it seems to stop working as well as it did when I first started using it. Years ago I fell in love with Kopari deodorant, and it worked great for me for awhile. And then it stopped working. I also used to use the Wisp wipes (I think that’s what they were called) and I LOVED them, but then they were discontinued. During the last several years I’ve also happily used Donna Karen’s cashmere mist which was pricey, but great (seems to be out of stock right now) as well as Chris’s Right Guard. FOR REAL.
When I stumbled upon this Taos Ginger Grapefruit Deodorant when searching online for products to try for this post, I immediately threw it in my cart. I’ve been using it for a little over a month now and think it’s awesome.
It goes on like a soft gel, but it quickly dries to a powdery like consistency, and it leaves no marks on my clothes.
It’s free of sulfates, phthalates, parabens, petrochemicals, mineral oil, silicone and talc; also free of synthetic fragrances, propylene glycol and GMOs.
It smells awesome….and the best (and of course most important) feature….it keeps me dry and odor free!

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Cheek to Chic Blush
This Charlotte Tilbury blush and highlighter duo is one of my newest loves. I have the “pillow talk original” and it gives such a pretty bronzy and peachy/pink glow. I take the wide base of my brush, pick up the darker color and apply it to my cheekbones. Then I take the edge of my brush to pick up the center highlighter color and apply to the apples of my cheeks for a “pop and glow”.
It’s shimmery, but not glittery.
And when doing a 5 minute face, I use the smaller end of my brush and use the center color for eyeshadow as well.

LIP COLORS
This lipstick is “Very Victoria” and I would describe it as a matte pinky neutral (with brown undertones). When paired with the jewel gloss in “champagne diamonds” , it just gives a super shiny overall neutral look with some soft color.
I love a shiny lip, so I would never wear a matte lip without a gloss. This gloss is high shine and has staying power. It’s a tiny bit sticky (that’s what gives it it’s staying power), but not overly so. It feels very hydrating on my lips.

Here’s a shot of my camera roll, showing single shots of some of the steps in my makeup routine. None of them were really blog post worthy, but I thought a collage showing some of the “process” was fun!

BEFORE WE GO….Did you see last month’s beauty post? I was all about SELF CARE FINDS! Several of the products I discussed have made their way into my daily or weekly routines, so I thought I would mention them here again.
Tula skin reviving treatment pads /
I ordered these treatment pads years ago when they were first released on the Tula site, and I LOVED them. I have no idea why I didn’t order them again back then, my only explanation is that because I wasn’t ordering anything else from TULA, it was just too much of a hassle and then I just forgot about them. WELL. Now that they are on the Nordstrom site, they are readily available to all of us, AND I AM PUMPED.
If you don’t have a good exfoliation step in your weekly skin care routine, you definitely need to add one, especially if you are over 30. I tell ya, we need all the help with skin cell turnover that we can get! Haha! These treatment pads “provide both chemical and physical exfoliation without any of the downtime”. I MEAN! And a total bonus is that they are individually packaged so they are a breeze to travel with.
Also of importance is that these pads are very gentle. I have fairly sensitive skin, and I don’t experience ANY stinging or redness after using these pads. None at all.
HOW TO: Apply on clean skin 2–3 times per week. Put your fingers in the pad and rub the white side all of your face. All of the plant fibers and extracts will be on your face, and then you flip the pad and rub the other side all over your face (in circular motions) for 1-2 minutes. I splash my face with warm water and wipe off the excess product with a rag.
After you rinse the product off and your face fully dries, you won’t believe how soft and clean your face feels. My face also feels quite a bit tighter after using these pads.

I’ve actually been using this product for 4-5 months now and really enjoy it. I got it awhile ago, and then misplaced it, but I’ve been using it nonstop after finding it again. It glides on very easily and has a wonderful cooling effect on my eyes. I don’t really deal with dark circles (which many say it helps tremendously), but I use it every morning and I do feel like it brightens my eyes and wakes up my face. It gives a really nice sheen and just a healthy little glow. I sweep it on under my eyes, on my brow bone, and even sometimes on my cheekbones.
HOW TO: After you moisturize, apply around the entire eye and on the orbital bone for a brighter appearance. You can even use it as a highlighter on your cheekbones, cupid’s bow, nose or anywhere else you want a glow effect. Due to the unique balm texture of this product, you can reapply throughout the day to energize and brighten the eye area.
As mentioned, if you know me, you know I’m obsessed with keeping my lips moisturized. I HAVE to wear a lip mask to bed at night (seriously can’t go to sleep without it), and now I’ve kicked things up another notch by using this lip scrub a couple of times a week before bed. I don’t deal with overly chapped or dry lips, but I still love using it. And I hear this scrub is a serious game changer for those who truly struggle with dry lips.
HOW TO: Take a very small amount and massage it into your lips using small circular motions and then wipe off with a tissue.
BONUS: It smells heavenly and tastes delicious. (Disclaimer: I don’t eat the scrub, but the taste is pleasant. Haha!)
I have a night lip mask I love that I talk about all the time, but many of you have asked me for an option that you can get at Nordstrom. This lip balm smells great (I have the peach) and a little goes a long way. Use it every night right before bed and also swipe it on when at home during the day.

I have SUPER sensitive skin (acne prone) and the Super Goop setting powder works SO well for my face! In case any readers are looking for an alternative to lotion! Do you know if they ever have sales, because I am with you on the pricetag?! I thought maybe Nordstrom would price-match if so?! https://www.nordstrom.com/s/supergoop-resetting-100-mineral-powder-foundation-spf-35/5799478?origin=keywordsearch-personalizedsort&breadcrumb=Home%2FAll%20Results&color=250

Hi, Haley! I actually have that powder too and LOVE it! I ran out and have kind of forgotten about it, but it truly is awesome and I should totally talk about it in a future post! I’ve rarely seen Supergoop products go on sale, but I do recall maybe seeing it once or twice a year? If they do go on sale, I do think Nordstrom would price match. Hope this helps! xoxo

I bought the Supergoop Glow Screen on your recommendation last year, and it’s my holy grail product. I love it and cannot imagine living without it. It just wakes up my face and always gives the glow I’m looking for. I think I’m going to need to try the body product too.

So happy to hear that Taylor! It truly is an incredible product. If you do get the Glow Body product, let me know what you think about it! xoxo
