Merry Christmas, everybody! From our home to yours!
Now listen, if you’re my real life friend and wondering why you didn’t receive this Christmas card, it’s because I ordered 1 last night. Like I ordered this 1 card.
I originally had big plans to get Carter all dressed up in a plaid button up and red sweater. He very rarely dresses up and he was going to be DARLING. We were going to take pics of him on a gorgeous tree lined road at the ranch with the dogs, but you know what they say about the best laid plans. There was a torrential storm the day the pics were going to go down, so that didn’t happen, and I just abandoned my Christmas Card plans.
UNTIL LAST NIGHT.
Yep, last night I dug up a picture, popped it in a template, and then ordered 1 so I could have the above digital file.
Seems kind of on par for 2020, yes?
I mean, it’s a picture of my boys at their happy place, so it works.
CHRISTMAS CARD MEMORIES
Just for fun, let’s take a short walk down memory lane of some of our cards from previous years.
The card never happened last year either with the pic below.
I mean. Shame on me. This picture deserves to be on a card.
This was 2017….
OH MY WORD.
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I know it looks very different for so many of us.
It is my hope this Christmas that we all take time to be thankful for the baby that was born in the manger, that lived His life among men, and then gave that life so that we may spend eternity with Him.
What an incredible gift!
Merry Christmas and lots of love from my family to yours!
