Pinterest Told Me To is officially 2 years old!
!!!!!CUE THE PARTY HORNS PEOPLE!!!!!
(Oh no! I just got up and checked my post, and I see that something is very wrong. At least 75% of my post is gone, and one picture is on there over and over again, even though it looks right on my draft. Working on fixing it now.)
I tell ya what, I don’t know where the time has gone, but over the last 2 years this little blog (that I started on a total whim!) has brought me more happiness and smiles than I ever could have imagined.
It has become a true blessing in my life, and that is because of all of you ladies!

Thank you Kendra!
If you’ve been reading the blog for a bit, you know that since April I’ve been full blown obsessed with Kendra Scott.
I was gifted a Rayne necklace in April by Kendra Scott (to be honest, I was never really interested in any of her pieces prior to receiving the necklace – I have no idea what was wrong with me!) but oh my word that jump started my love for the brand.
And now, well now I just can’t get enough.
I really had no earthly idea how much I would love her pieces and how they would become staples in my wardrobe and almost necessary for lots of my outfits!!!! Her pieces really pack a punch and I find myself reaching for them again and again. And again. 😉
I own Kendra Scott earrings (the elle are my favorite), necklaces (love the rayne the most), rings (I’m totally crushing on my new drusy rings), and a couple of different pieces from the totally
cool Color Bar…..and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE everything I have.
All pieces in today’s post c/o Kendra Scott.
So, here’s what I’m doing today, and why the code is going to come so in handy for all of us.
I’m naming new MUST HAVES!
STOP THE PRESSES GIRLS!
The last time I named a TOTALLY NEW MUST HAVE was back in 2013 when
I named the blardigan.
And then the 2014 version of the 2013 MUST HAVE shirt came out during the Anniversary Sale, and that HAD to be named a MUST HAVE too, because it is even better than the 2013 version!
(Remember I recommend black and sizing down a full size. I’m wearing an x-small.)
So….it was HIGH TIME for me to name a new MUST HAVE, and I’m telling all of you, you MUST own a piece of this jewelry!
When talking about Pinterest Told Me To MUST HAVES, you know I take naming items VERY seriously. Like probably a little too seriously if we’re going to be honest. If you’re relatively new to the blog, click HERE to see all of my MUST HAVES!
Sometimes I name a MUST HAVE the second I find it (like the denim jacketg), but sometimes I name an item a MUST HAVE after I’ve lived with it for awhile and I see how it’s such a GO TO item for me (this is what I did with the blardigan). This is the case today. After wearing my Kendra Scott pieces at least 3 days every week since receiving many of them in April, I realized they were a MUST HAVE for me and should be for you too!
So basically today I’m naming SOMETHING from Kendra Scott a MUST HAVE.
I’m definitely going to give you some guidance by showing you around 734 outfits I have styled with her pieces :), but ultimately the exact piece and color you get will be up to you!
If you don’t have them, I know you too will be surprised at how often you will reach for them.
And if you do already have them, you already know how often you grab them, so I’m guessing you are going to use the 15% off and free shipping code to justify getting more pieces.
here are some colors to consider:
neon pink HERE (the picture and the previous link are for the Danielle, but I prefer the smaller size of the elle HERE)/
abalone HERE (love, love, love, love, love)
neon yellow HERE (I prefer the smaller size, but the link goes to the bigger size. Sorry!)
And here the earrings are on me (all with my black MUST HAVE shirt).
elle earrings in abalone HERE / skylar earrings in neon yellow HERE (mine are the smaller version, but I can only find the larger version online)/ elle earrings in teal HERE
If you prefer to make a pendant necklace your newest MUST HAVE, see below for some options!
charlsea necklace in white pearl HERE (gold earrings HERE)
rayne necklace in magenta HERE (neon yellow skylar earrings HERE)
rayne necklace in teal HERE (turquoise color bar earrings HERE)
Here’s a little tip for you. I prefer to not wear matchy matchy sets. So you can see how I mixed it up with my earring choices below.
And here are just a few examples of when I’ve worn my magenta necklace over the last several months (the one I’ve had since April).
I MEAN. It really does go with EVERYTHING!
So we all know that I’m cuckoo over the elle earrings and the rayne necklace (and have been for some time now), but do you know what my newest obsession is?
The new GLAM ROCKS collection.
And I love sparkly things.
If you like simple and sparkly, the new drusy collection is for you!
The pieces are hard to see in my selfies in front of my closet door, but I have no idea why?!?
Just kidding. I know why. I’m taking selfies on my cell phone in front of my closet door for crying out loud! 🙂
earrings HERE / necklaces HERE
And click HERE for the drusy rings in the GLAMROCKS collection.
The rings in the picture below do a good job of showing you what the other pieces really look like.
Here’s a tip for you that I touched on earlier, but I want to talk about a little more right now.
I don’t recommend wearing a rayne necklace with the elle or danielle earrings because I don’t like things to be too matchy matchy.
You’ll see in the pictures below how I mix and match it up with my necklace and earring choices.
Remember my Piperlime dress from Monday (see full post HERE)?!?
Well, I decided to have some fun and style it with my grey MUST HAVE leggings and my FRYE boots…and some Kendra Scott jewelry! Because duh.
teal rayne necklace HERE
color bar studs in turquoise on left HERE
danielle earrings in neon pink HERE
Love the dress with my leggings and boots!
Now just in case you are having trouble deciding which piece(s) you want, I thought I would review some more of my previous looks with Kendra Scott jewelry.
Previous Look #1
abalone earrings HERE
I think the abalone earrings are PERFECT to pair with denim!
Previous Look #3
Here’s just one picture showing you how THIS necklace can totally elevate an outfit (sorry, couldn’t find earrings link). No jewelry on left, Kendra jewelry on right. Quite the difference, right?
Previous Look #6
Previous Look #7
Neon Pink Danielle Earrings

Previous Look #8
I wore THIS necklace (in magenta) and THESE earrings (in neon yellow).
And in closing, another collage I created previously with several outfits all styled with Kendra jewelry! Here’s all you need to know. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG.
I know that lots of you have told me before that you just get so confused trying to decide what piece(s) to buy, and you kind of just become paralyzed when you are trying to choose. Don’t do that… JUST CHOOSE! Listen. You will absolutely love what you end up with!
