This sweater I fell in love with (and grabbed in two colors) is NOW ON SALE!

I absolutely love the fit. It’s not tight at all, but it’s not boxy either. It fits exactly like how I like my sweaters to fit. It’s 100% cotton, lightweight, breathable, and just a sweet little sweater. For size reference, I wear a medium.

OH! The ecru jeans are ON SALE too, and they are probably one of my Top 5 finds of the entire year so far. They are an incredible deal right now at 45% OFF.

These denim shorts are ON SALE too. They have a 7″ inseam, and I love them. They’re from Wit and Wisdom, so they have the AbSolution power mesh that we’ve all grown to love, and they’ve got some stretch like we’ve become accustomed to as well. For size reference, I’m wearing my regular size 4.

And look how beautiful the pink sweater is. It’s a really great pink.

Super feminine and a little preppy, this ruffle collar blouse is fabulous and NOW ON SALE. The pinstripe is a nod to menswear, but everything else is all sorts of girly! I sized down to a small like the site suggested, but I actually think I would prefer the fit of my regular size (a medium). The small is a bit tight across the chest.

This puff sleeve sweatshirt is a lightweight sweatshirt material, great for now and early fall as well. And it’s NOW ON SALE. The cuffs and hem are banded, and the puff sleeves are adorable. It also comes in a solid white, green, and blue. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

A little boho and a lot cute, I’m in love with this lace inset blouse. It’s 100% cotton with a split neck, a lace inset, and a perfectly swingy and relaxed fit. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.

The bodice of this gorgeous dress is smocked, it has little flutter sleeves with scallop detailing and eyelet cut-outs, there’s a little pleated ruffle at the waist, and the eyelet detail is carried throughout the skirt. And guess what, it’s NOW ON SALE. 😉

It is 100% cotton and lined. I’m in love with this vibrant hot orange color, but it also comes in plain white and it’s beautiful. The white one screams summer, and it could also be a great choice for a bride for a shower or luncheon. The top is very forgiving because of the smocking, so I was able to size down. I’m wearing a small.

FALL OUTFIT PLANNING

I shared a handful of fall outfit plans on Wednesday’s post, and today you get some more.

I’ve already ordered this DARLING dress (it gets here over the weekend), my necklace arrived earlier this week (it’s even better in person), and I own the boots and think they are fabulous (size up a 1/2).

You’ll see in today’s post that I’m continuing to see a lot of the same pieces that I did in Wednesday’s post, but I’m paring them with new pieces and mixing and matching in different ways.

This jacket is FAB. It’s a beautiful color, and I love the peplum styling.

Everything in this outfit is the same as above, all I did was just switch out the tee and jacket for this adorable split neck blouse.

CHARLES HUDSON SIMS

Charlie continues to amaze us every single day! He’s feeling great and is more loveable than ever. My goodness we still miss Buddy so much, but we feel so lucky that Charlie is still with us.

LONG WEEKEND AT THE RANCH

We went to the ranch for a long weekend (stayed Thursday – Sunday) and it was glorious. We absolutely love hosting people at the ranch, but this time it was just us, and it was also really nice to have a lot of down time.

Personally, I did a whole lot of nothing during the day (which was freaking awesome), and every night we meet up with our cousins to eat dinner and then go pond hopping and fishing. It was a nice way to spend several days.

All of the fishing pictures that follow are from Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. We had some fantastic weather and some absolutely glorious sunsets.
