It’s Friday, so y’all know what that means! It’s time to link up with Erika and Andrea to let everybody know what some of my favorite things are right now.

School is out, and I could not be more thrilled.
Carter had 3 exams yesterday, got out at 11:40, and by 12:20 we were on the road to the ranch.
LET SUMMER BEGIN! WOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!

THE SWEETEST DOGS
Let’s kick off today’s post with a couple of sweet pictures of the sweetest dogs.
Here’s Charlie all wrapped up on a rainy night this week. Carter loves getting the dogs all snuggly and tucked into blankets, and while Buddy doesn’t care for it, Charlie LIVES for it.
Carter snapped this picture last weekend. When the boys are just chilling during the day, you can find them right next to each other 99% of the time. They had been napping just like this. They truly are the sweetest.

I FOUND THE DRESS AGAIN!
I first showed this dress back in March, and I continue to get questions about it. It’s sold out at two different retailers, but I’ve found it again!
AND OH MY WORD IT IS DARLING.
It’s expensive, but it’s been 1000% worth it to me as I’ve already worn it several times (and I know I will continue to reach for it). I typically buy a “special” piece every so often, and this is a special dress. The colors, the patterns, the puff sleeves, the rick rack on the hem, IT’S ALL DARLING. The split neck is a little lower than I’m used to, but I’m still keeping it. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. I’m 5’4″ (with long legs and no torso), and it’s still short on me. If you’re a taller gal, this probably isn’t the dress for you.

Loving it with this circle handle straw tote from Amazon!

Here’s a detail shot…
Look at the hem! And you can see the dress has texture too! See what I mean? She’s special. 😉

You can find all other Farm Rio pieces at Anthropologie HERE. I’m dying over this dress. If I was going to the beach this summer, I would definitely get this dress. It’s made for a beach vacation.

OVERHAUL YOUR PAJAMA DRAWER
I’ve got a question for you.
WHAT DOES YOUR PAJAMA DRAWERS LOOK LIKE?
Is it in order? Is it nice and tidy with some cute little sets? OR do you need to take a long hard look at your drawer and yourself. Haha! 🙂
Well, if you have the itch to overhaul your pajama drawer…. or maybe just grab 1 new set…. I’ve got some ADORABLE and AFFORDABLE pajamas for you.
Check out how cute this little short set is. I showed you this pair last month. The set is from Joyspun, and y’all know I love and adore the brand. I first found them a couple of years ago when I bought two different pairs of Christmas pajamas, and they quickly became the only ones I wanted to wear. This set has an adorable plaid pattern, and I love the colors. The pajamas remind me of the much more expensive Soma Cool Night’s pajamas, but these babies are only $17! They have over 800 5 STAR reviews (last time I posted them they only had 300 reviews), so pretty much everybody that tries these pjs, loves these pjs. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
They are very soft and very stretchy.
I have several new pieces to show you in the cutest new patterns. This pants set is also only $17. I’m wearing the “vibrant orchid floral dot” here, but they come in 9 color/pattern options.
Again…they are soooooo soft, sooooooooo stretchy, sooooooo comfy, and they are cooling as well.
Oh! Another thing! THEY LAUNDER BEAUTIFULLY!
They are also size inclusive coming in sizes XS – 3X. I’m wearing a medium.
Here are a couple more patterns…
And let’s talk about my glasses again in case you missed me talking about them last week.
These progressive readers are one of my favorite finds this month. They are certainly the most functional. 🙂
Y’all, I swear that within the last 2-3 weeks that my eyesight has gone downhill. I started noticing several months ago that I needed to hold my phone at arm’s length to see the text clearly, and then I started noticing that it wasn’t even super clear at arm’s length. I grabbed some readers on Amazon at that point, but I wasn’t prepared for how annoying it is to use the readers when you need them, but then not be able to keep them on when watching tv, walking around, or looking at anything that you’re not reading.
I kept seeing ads for progressive readers on Facebook, but I thought it would be a good idea to try the inexpensive Amazon version before making the leap. I got the “progressive mixed color” pack with the 1.0x magnification strength. They definitely take some getting used to, but I do like them much more than my regular readers.
In addition to sets, there are also nightgown options! Look at this little spaghetti strapped cutie. It’s the same wonderful material as the other pajamas, and it’s great for those of you that prefer a nightgown. And it’s only $10! I’m wearing a medium.
The robe is lightweight and a great waffle knit material that will be perfect all thru the summer. I’m wearing a small.

I also love a sleep shirt. I especially love an $8 sleep shirt.
The undies are covered, but I’m not wearing shorts or pants with a waistband, and I stay cool all night long. The material is so soft and silky. I’m wearing a small/medium. It’s very oversized, but it’s a sleep shirt, so I’m okay with that.
You need to check out this pajama brand for yourself if you haven’t already! Joyspun has tons of darling pajama options in all sorts of different fits and prints.

WALMART HOME
And don’t forget about the fabulous Walmart home offerings! I have so many Walmart items in my own home, and I think they are fabulous. I recently grabbed this set of melamine dishes to use outside by the pool, but we’ve been using them inside a ton too! The 12-piece set comes in 3 different options: all linen, all botanical, or mixed. I got the mixed. And y’all aren’t going to believe this, but the set is just $25.94. I got 2 sets.
I also grabbed SEVERAL of the serving pieces.
We’ve used this large serving bowl for both large green salads and for chips.
I grabbed four 2 packs of these mini bowls, and we’ve been using them for everything. For dips, for snacks, for fruit, you name it!
This oval serving platter could be used for pretty much anything, so I grabbed it too.
And because I couldn’t stop myself, I also got this divided serving bowl.
For taco night, I’ve used it for rice on one side and beans on one side. I’ve also served mash potatoes in one side and broccoli in the other side. It holds a ton, and I know it’s going to be very versatile.
Here are some more great current options at Walmart…
1) olive tree / 2) Calm candle / 3) Glow candle / 4) rug / 5) basket / 6) picture frame / 7) bar stool / 8) mirror / 9) lamp / 10) pillow / 11) pillow / 12) pillow / 13) dish / 14) runner
BONUS! I overlooked numbering the chest, but you can find it HERE.

SOME SUMMER TOPS
Okay, so it seems I can’t get off the Walmart train right now. It’s all just too good.
I found a top I loved so much that I grabbed it in 2 colors. This fresh green, and a great graphic black and white I’ll show next.
The square neckline, the exaggerated flutter sleeves, the relaxed fit, AND THE PATTERN. I love it all.
You know what else I love? The price tag. It’s a total steal at $22.
It’s a top version of one of the dresses I featured on Monday’s post. And where I wore an x-small in the dress, the x-small in the top was too tight for me across the chest, so I went with the small.

I thought this colorway was fun too.

Charlie wrapped up in that blanket is PRECIOUS! Oh my gosh, that is the cutest (and funniest!) thing ever!

Goodness, I don’t know how my family would react if I walked into the kitchen in “real” pajamas. I typically wear pj bottoms with the Madewell whisper tee or a tank top… and on occasion my oldest son’s super soft broken in old t-shirts. I mean, Sheaffer, they are SO comfortable and not binding at all. I may have to upgrade simply to see them stare in amazement at how cute I look. 🙂

This made me lol! Do it, Sandi! And then let us know! Haha! 🙂
