It’s Friday, so y’all know what that means! It’s time to link up with Erika and Andrea to let everybody know what some of my favorite things are right now.

GOOD FRIDAY
This weekend we celebrate the fact that Jesus loved us so much that he laid down his life for us. We celebrate that Jesus, perfect in every way, paid the price for all of our sins. We celebrate the fact that 3 days later he rose from the dead as our personal Savior!
He did this for YOU. He loves YOU. He desires to have a personal relationship with YOU.
It is my hope this Easter weekend that we all feel the love that God has for each of us. Let’s celebrate His love and our redemption!
Our church always has a truly incredible Easter service, and you can always watch online. If you don’t have plans to visit a particular church Sunday morning, I encourage you to watch HERE!
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16

SOME FUN NEW FINDS!
This embroidered top is fabulous. The embroidery is gorgeous, I love the black and white combo, and the fit is great with the elastic at the sleeves and waist. This neckline is my favorite, and I think very flattering for those of us that aren’t blessed with long and graceful necks. 🙂 The relaxed and blousy shape makes the top very forgiving. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
I showed it with cream denim a couple of weeks ago, but I think it looks awesome with regular denim too.

This gauzy button up is so good. It’s not sheer, it washes beautifully, it’s lightweight and very soft, and it doesn’t require an iron. I mean, WHAT’S NOT TO LOVE! It also comes in classic white, a light blue, and a cornflower blue.
I stuck with my regular size (a medium) and it’s long and quite blousy, but I wanted it to be very blousy. I actually think this top would be great as a cover-up too. If you want it to fit more like a standard button up, you are probably going to want to size down.

I’ve got a pair of linen blend drawstring shorts for you that are both totally on trend as well as super comfy.
They’ve got an elastic waist (PRAISE!) and an adorable rope drawstring tie that lets you cinch in the waist as much or as little as you want. The buttons are totally functional, but I like to pull the shorts off and on without having to unbutton them at all.
They’re mid-rise and mid-thigh, so they’re a good length for moms on the go.
I’m wearing the “blush tint”, but they also come in “ivory” as well as “dried basil” (which I think looks more like a heathered charcoal grey).
For size reference, I’m wearing a small.

OUTFIT PLANNING
Did you see my huge OUTFIT PLANNING POST earlier this month?
I have some more outfits today that stem off of these outfits that I highlighted a couple of weeks ago. Click HERE if you want links to anything you see in the collage below.
And here are the NEW outfits I’ve put together…
The sweater and the sandals are both ON SALE. The bracelets and the bag are tried and true items that I style again and again in tons of different outfits. The cuffed boyfriend jeans were one of the top items in March.
striped sweater / colorful necklace (better necklace that I just found and bought HERE)/ rope hoop earrings / woven bag / gold bracelet stack / boyfriend jeans / slide sandals
Here’s almost the exact same outfit as the one above, all I did was switch out the navy and green striped sweater for a white tee.
white tee / colorful necklace (better necklace that I just found and bought HERE)/ rope hoop earrings / woven bag / gold bracelet stack / boyfriend jeans / slide sandals
And the same outfit again, but this time I switched out the white tee for this black puff sleeve top.
black puff sleeve top / colorful necklace (better necklace that I just found and bought HERE)/ rope hoop earrings / woven bag / gold bracelet stack / boyfriend jeans / slide sandals
Here I kept the top, but I switched out the cuffed boyfriend jeans for my favorite white denim.
And I’m highlighting the checked tote and the embroidered sandals (from the first outfit planning post) again. I’ve received so much amazing feedback from y’all about the sandals. Lots of you purchased them, and nobody can believe the quality and the $18 price point! The cognac is selling out fast, but they come in black too.
black puff sleeve top / favorite white denim / checked tote / rope hoop earrings / disc necklace / colorful bracelet / gold bracelet stack / embroidered sandals
Here’s the same top, but in blush instead of black. I love it with all of the light colored accessories.
blush puff lsleeve top / denim jacket / white denim / beaded teardrop earrings / straw hobo bag / gold bracelet stack / raffia sandals
AND HOW CUTE IS THIS NEXT OUTFIT.
It’s got the same base of the white tee and boyfriend jeans, but I really dressed them up with this fancy cardi, mules, and beaded bag. Use the code STMT10 for 10% OFF the bag!
cardigan sweater / white tee / boyfriend jeans / pearl necklace / pearl earrings / gold bracelet stack / raffia mules ON SALE / beaded bag
I showed the striped shirtdress on me on Wednesday’s post, but I styled it a bit differently below.
striped shirtdress / disc necklace / rope hoop earrings / colorful straw bag (rainbow 3) / gold bracelet stack / platform sandals
I tried this blue and white striped shirtdress for myself, and I was SO SAD that it didn’t work for me. I needed a medium up top, but the medium was too big across the hips for me and it wasn’t flattering. If the small would have fit me up top, I know I would have kept this dress because I loved it so much. The quality is exceptional and looks very expensive. The reviews are excellent, and I seriously cannot believe that it’s under $30.
shirtdress / rope hoop earrings / colorful necklace (better necklace that I just found and bought HERE)/ small straw bag / woven link slide sandals
Check out this maxi dress with some extra style! It looks to be more fitted than a standard maxi dress, and the side knot really kicks things up a notch.
tie waist midi dress / colorful necklace (better necklace that I just found and bought HERE)/ rope hoop earrings / woven bag / gold bracelet stack / platform sandals
I styled this dress two different ways on the other post, and I have two more ways today!
utility tie waist shirt dress / colorful necklace (better necklace that I just found and bought HERE) / rope hoop earrings / woven bag / gold bracelet stack / platform sandals
utility tie waist shirt dress / turquoise layered necklace / rope hoop earrings / gold bracelet stack / straw bucket bag / woven link slide sandals

SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS WEEK’S POSTS
This week I had two sponsored posts, and both posts had an item in them that I wasn’t able to link because they were from a different retailer than the one who was sponsoring the post.
Whenever I don’t link items, I always get questions about the one item that wasn’t linked, and this week was no different.
On Monday’s post, everybody wanted the link to the colorful necklace. Hey, I get it. This necklace is darling. Monday was the first time I’ve worn it, so I totally understand that y’all wanted the link!

pink utility jacket / white tee / sunglasses / earrings / bracelet / jeans / tote / embroidered sandals
On Wednesday’s post, y’all wanted to know about the woven bag. I’ve already shown it countless times on the blog, but something about it not being linked makes everybody want it! Haha!

AMAZON ITEMS STILL IN STOCK
I have this babydoll tee in white and red as well. I obviously like it a lot, which is why I keep ordering it year after year. It has EXCELLENT reviews and comes in tons of colors. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.
babydoll tee / chunky hoop earrings /orange necklace/ white bootcut jeans / wedges
I think this chiffon blouse looks awesome with these white jeans, but it’s definitely nice enough to pair with slacks to wear to the office. The sleeves have a subtle puff, and all of the detailing from the v-neck to the pom pom pattern is so pretty and feminine. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
chiffon blouse / chunky hoop earrings / white bootcut jeans / wedges
Do you like kimonos? I go back and forth. I think some are pretty cheesy, but I love this one. This kimono is the “0-floral1/Multicolored” and has excellent reviews. It’s flowy, breezy, and I will style it with white jeans, regular denim, denim shorts, and even with a swimsuit as a cover-up! For size reference, I’m wearing a small. There are tons of pattern and color options.
kimono / tee / chunky hoop earrings /orange necklace/ white bootcut jeans / wedges
And here it is styled with a light wash straight leg denim.
kimono / tee / chunky hoop earrings /orange necklace/ straight leg ankle jeans / sandals
In the next two outfits I’m wearing a white tee and white boot cut jeans, and I just threw a cardigan on top. It’s a quintessential spring outfit. I’m wearing a small in the cardigan, which comes in over 25 colors.
crewneck cardigan / tee / chunky hoop earrings /turquoise necklace / white bootcut jeans / wedges
And here’s the same base outfit styled with a navy cardi! I absolutely love the navy with the turquoise jewelry. This cardi is v-neck (the camel one was crewneck) and also comes in over 25 colors. I’m telling you, you NEED this cardigan in at least 1 color. I wear this one casually all the time, but it’s definitely nice enough for the office.
v neck cardigan / tee / camel cross body bag / chunky hoop earrings /turquoise necklace / white bootcut jeans / wedges
This cross body with the embroidered strap is a great Amazon find! I’m in love with this strap (the design and the colors).
crewneck cardigan / tee / cross body with embroidered strap / chunky hoop earrings /turquoise necklace / white bootcut jeans / wedges
True to size, size up a 1/2 if between sizes. They truly are super comfortable and very easy to walk in. These babies will go with just about every outfit you can dream up.
True to size, size up a 1/2 if between sizes. They are quite comfy and the perfect cognac color, although they also come in black. The look great with sundresses, but they are definitely casual enough to wear with shorts as well. These could be your GO TO spring and summer sandals.
These are the sandals that Conner used to highlight in her work wear posts. I own two colors as well and reach for them all the time.

COLLEEN’S BEST SELLERS SALE
Use the code BEST25 for 25% OFF all of the FAN FAVORITE products found HERE.
The Face Oil #9 used to be too much for my skin, but now I can’t imagine it not being a part of my nightly routine. Colleen touts it as the ultimate in skin luxury, and I have to agree. It improves radiance. RADIANCE! Who doesn’t want to increase their radiance?!?
I put 1 full pump in my hand with the Extreme Recovery Cream (also seen below) and apply it all over my face and neck. It hydrates and plumps like nothing else I’ve ever used. The Extreme Recovery Cream is thick, rich, and ultra-creamy. My skin absolutely drinks this special little cocktail up.
And I’m not the only one that swears by it in my family. My mom and sister do as well. Actually, they are both devoted users of many products in the line. My mom did a full review of her favorite products awhile back, and you can click HERE to read all of her thoughts. She’s added in new products since then, but it’s a comprehensive review of her routine at the time. My mom is in her mid 70s and looks AMAZING, so copying her skincare routine wouldn’t be such a bad idea.
Next up, the hair mask!
The QUENCH & SHINE RESTORATIVE MASK is a color-safe conditioning treatment to soften, detangle and revive all hair types without weighing your hair down. An ultra-rich blend of Kokum, Shea, Capuacu and Bacuri Butters quenches thirsty strands, enriching hair with nourishment and hydration. Argan and Moringa Oils smooth unruly split-ends and deliver a healthy-looking shine. Improved hair elasticity and strength help reduce frizz and texture, resulting in supremely soft, irresistibly touchable hair. This mask can be used daily as a conditioner or as an intensive weekly treatment.
So before they came out with the conditioner, I would use small amounts of this mask as my daily conditioner. In fact, I loved how my hair felt so much after using it that I was pretty sure I wouldn’t love the conditioner as much, and I would just continue to use this mask as my conditioner.
HOWEVER, I fell in love with conditioner too, and now I use the mask more as an intensive hair treatment. My goal is to use it once a week, but the truth is, I just use it when I have some extra time to spend in the shower. Instead of using just a tiny bit like I used to, I now use a good amount, massage it all over my head, and I like to leave it in for a bit to get the full benefit. I like to leave it in for a minimum of 5 minutes, but a couple of times I’ve even been known to get out of the shower and vacuum the house or something with it in before rinsing it out.
My mom loves the mask too. She absolutely SWEARS by this product.
Here’s my mom’s story with the hair products….
A couple of years ago she started noticing that her hair was “getting old” – her words, not mine. 😉
My mom has always had great hair, but she said it had all of a sudden started to become dry and brittle.
WELL. She swears that the mask and the serum completely revitalized her hair.
I called her yesterday to hopefully get a couple of quick quotes from her for today’s post and she went ON AND ON! Haha! I actually asked her “So you really think these products changed your hair too?” And she was all “I KNOW they changed my hair.” 🙂
She told me how before using the products she had noticed a while ago that “a chunk of hair on the left side of her head” had become “extra dull and dry”. She said that she started applying small amounts of the mask to her dry hair at night (specifically just to the patch that was giving her trouble), and when she would wake up in the morning the patch would be more hydrated and more manageable!
She also said that she when she first got the mask that she was using it every single time she washed her hair, but now she doesn’t have to use it nearly as often because her hair is in so much better shape now! She truly feels it has REPAIRED her hair. It doesn’t just LOOK better, but it IS better. It’s healthier!
Just look how thick, rich, and creamy the mask is.

Y’all. There’s no questions here, the lady looks FANTASTIC for her age. Heck, she looks fantastic for somebody 15 years younger.

JEAN REVIEW
I’ve got 3 pairs of great jeans for you today, ALL FROM AMAZON!
You’ve seen this pair of jeans before. These “light blue” jeans (definitely more of a medium wash) are stretchy, flattering, totally comfy, and ON SALE! They do have some distressing, but there are no open holes, which I like. I’m wearing my regular size 4, but most size down if between sizes. I do wish these were shorter on me (I’m 5’4″ with long legs for my height). As you can see below, I have them cuffed a couple of inches in order to be the perfect ankle length on me. I’m actually considering cutting these off at ankle length for a frayed hem. p.s. They have the Ab-Solution technology we all know and love!
similar tee / chunky hoop earrings / medallion necklace / gold bracelet set / medium wash jeans (officially called “light blue”)/ chunky heel booties (1-light brown)
The site calls these “vintage skinny jeans”, but I think they are a straight leg for sure. I would actually describe them as a slim straight leg, which I love. You get the benefit of the very “in” straight leg silhouette, but you still get the flattering vibes of a skinny jean. These are the “light blue vintage”, and the light wash is super on trend, even for fall. They’ve got Ab-Solution technology too, so you know they are both comfy and flattering as all get out. For size reference, I’m wearing my regular size 4.
similar tee / chunky hoop earrings / medallion necklace / gold bracelet set / light blue vintage straight leg jeans / chunky heel booties (1-light brown)
These jeans are a great light-medium wash that is totally on trend. I originally recommended them early this year, and I’ve received tons of feedback (at least 50 comments or e-mails!) from y’all letting me know that you ordered the jeans and love them too. They aren’t normal jean sizing, but at a regular 27 or sometimes 28 (depending on the jean brand), I ordered the medium. They have some serious stretch to them, so I think a small would have been fine, but I’m good with the fit of the mediums. They’re roomy, but I like that I have a slouchy pair of jeans.
My exact pair is the “36 sky blue”. As you can see online, they have a really jagged hem, but since I cuff mine up, you can’t see that hem.
I really like these jeans, and at under $40 they are an incredible buy. They’re obviously VERY distressed, so you won’t be wearing them to the office or anything. Haha!

And for those of you that are considering buying one of the above pairs of jeans, I thought it would be helpful to see them side by side to compare….
