It’s Friday, so y’all know what that means! It’s time to link up with Erika and Andrea to let everybody know what some of my favorite things are right now.

MY FAVORITE OUTFIT OF THE WEEK

I’ve shown this sweater several times over the last couple of months.  I have it in black and hot pink, and it comes in tons of other colors as well.  I think this sweater is awesome. It’s just a really great basic! It’s actually from my closet last year, and I was thrilled to see they not only brought it back this year, but they added TONS of colors. It does run large, so definitely size down.  I’m in a small and there is still plenty of room.

I’m having a ton of fun with this striped tote and bag strap, and these jeans are definitely my current favorites.  I love the hem.

Okay, so please read the reviews on these boots carefully.  I fell in love with these boots in store.  I brought them home and started wearing the heck out of them.  I purchased them specifically for my girl’s trip I have coming up, but I couldn’t wait to start wearing them. I LOVE the way they look, and I really love that they are actually lightweight rain boots….but they don’t look like rain boots AT ALL. They just look like super on trend booties.  I have them all over today’s post and all over next Friday’s post as well.

WELL.

I was so disappointed when I went to grab the link for today’s post because it seems that people have had issues with them falling apart after several months.

I’m sooo sad because I LOVE these boots.

Still, I’m keeping them, and you are probably going to continue to see them in upcoming posts.  Just purchase with caution.  I’ll be wearing them until they possibly wear out.

For size reference, they only come in whole sizes.  I’m regularly a 6 1/2, and I sized down to a 6.

Y’all know I’m a freak about cute bag straps.  I switch them out all the time, and I love the additional style they add to an outfit!  HOW CUTE IS THIS camo bag strap?!?  I think it’s tons of fun, and I think it would make a great Christmas present.

VICI IS AT NORDSTROM

I’ve always been a fan of Vici, but I’ve never shopped through their site because I wasn’t a fan of their return policy.  But GREAT NEWS, now they’ve got a great selection at Nordstrom!

Like this distressed camo pattern sweater.  I love the weight of it, I love the quality, I love the colors, and I love the pattern.  I also love the slight distressing on the neckline, cuffs, and hem.  It’s got a bit of stretch to it, and I like that it’s not super fitted, but it’s not boxy at all.  For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.  It also comes in a pale yellow and charcoal grey combo.

This leopard pattern distressed sweater has the same weight and fit of the above camo sweater, just the colors and patterns changed.  It too boasts the distressing that adds some style.

I haven’t figured out which sweater I’m going to keep, but I think I’m leaning towards this one.  Again, wearing a medium.

AMAZON PREVIEW

I leave Saturday on a girl’s trip for several days, so I’ve taken a lot of my Amazon Haul pics already, even though my Amazon post isn’t until NEXT Friday.

The problem with doing things so early is now I’m afraid some of the item might sell out between now and then.  You just never know with Amazon.

I have no idea how I stumbled upon this pom pom sweater, but my goodness I am smitten.  It is sooooo soft, it has a great amount of stretch in it, and it is beautifully made.   I was a bit worried about pom pom placement, but it seems to be strategic, so there’s no unfortunate pom pom/nipple confusion happening. Haha!  In addition to the adorable pattern, look at the sleeves! They are fitted at the cuff and so pretty.  For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I posted a sneak peek on facebook last night, and I had a friend (Shout Out, Ann!) comment that she thought it was going to be a $128 Anthro sweater!  SHE’S RIGHT!  It looks very Anthro and looks wayyyyyy more expensive than it is.

I was also thrilled to stumble upon this crossbody bag.  Small structured bags are all the rage night now, and this one has great style at a great price.  I have the camel, but it comes in 6 additional colors as well.

SANTA ALERTS

Now that it is mid November, I think we need some more Santa Alerts to help kick start our Christmas shopping!  My family isn’t one that does matching pajamas, but it’s not because I don’t want to.  I TOTALLY WANT TO, but the boys I live with shoot down my pajama matching dreams every single year.  Boo!  If your family is more cooperative, you need to check out Amazon!

KELLY GREEN FINDS

I shared a Kelly green sweater on Monday’s post. I also shared that it’s one of my favorite colors, but it’s a hard color to find. Well, I had a sweet reader give me a couple of tips, and I immediately ordered both pieces!  They are supposed to arrive this weekend!

Aerie has a pretty shade of kelly green out now in a few pieces.  I just got their quarter zip sherpa pullover in this pretty shade of green.  I think they have a sweatshirt also.  – Beth Culverhouse

SOME FAVORITE ATHLEISURE

These are some pieces that I’ve been wearing on repeat lately.  All 3 pieces are from last year, but all 3 are still available AND 2 ARE ON SALE! This sweatshirt isn’t going to be long enough for leggings for some of you taller ladies, but it works for me okay.  I have this hoodie in this blue color and in the pale pink. It’s just so dang cozy!  And y’all, the leggings are the ones I named MUST HAVE leggings last year and absolutely FLIPPED OUT OVER.  And guess what, they are NOW ON SALE in this black color, which to me is a really dark charcoal grey.  For size reference, I’m wearing a medium in the sweatshirt and a small in the leggings.

This crewneck sweatshirt isn’t on sale, but my goodness I LOVE IT.  It’s soooooooooo soft on the inside, and I love the pockets.  Specifically, I love the silky type material that the pockets are lined with.  This one should be long enough for most of you to wear with leggings.  This blush color is no longer available, but there are several great colors that look to be fully stocked.  This is one of those pieces that I look forward to wearing, and I’m sad when it’s in the laundry.  For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

LIFE LATELY

Carter had some of his besties come and watch his last soccer game last weekend.  It wasn’t a pretty game, but we pulled off a 1-0 win, and Carter was happy to have his friends there supporting him.

This was my view on Saturday morning (and pretty much every Saturday morning).  Just my 3 boys snuggling.

TRADER JOE’S FINDS

I went to Trader Joe’s on Monday, and in addition to 5 boxes of the Turkey Bolognese sauce (NO JUDGEMENT), I came home with lots of seasonal finds.

I made a little snack out of the Pistachio Pomegranate crisps, Laughing Cow cheese, and the Cranberry Orange Relish.  The relish is next level y’all.  It’s so fresh and delicious.  I’m going back tomorrow to grab another one so I can take it to Thanksgiving lunch.

The next several pictures are of seasonal items I didn’t pick up yesterday, but I think everybody needs to know about them.  Buy 2 or 3 boxes of 1 of these items, throw them in your own dish, AND YOU’VE GOT YOUR POTLUCK THANKSGIVING SIDE DISH to take to Aunt Linda’s.  You’re welcome.

The lace joggers are everything we know and love about Gibson joggers, but they are made ALL SORTS OF FANCY with lace!  I love the idea of wearing them to a holiday party and being super comfortable, while still being all sorts of sassy.  I’m wearing a small in the joggers.

For a more classic look, I paired a simple crewneck sweater with the black lace joggers.  This is the same sweater I’m wearing in the first outfit in today’s post.  I’m wearing a small in the sweater and a small in the joggers.
