Happy Friday, Ladies!

It’s a super happy Friday for me because my family kicked off our weekend by heading to the ranch yesterday afternoon. We love hosting friends and family at the ranch, but this weekend we’re excited about it being just us for a change! We had a great dinner last night (shrimp and crab! yum!), the boys went fishing when I finished up this post and caught 35 fish :), we went on a sunset walk with Charlie, and then we all stayed up late watching hockey. I’ve got two more days and nights to soak up time with my people, and I’m just tickled about it.

Before we get to my weekend sale picks, I wanted to give a quick little update on Charlie. Y’all, I am so happy to report that HE IS DOING GREAT! He seriously amazes us every day. He’s just as sweet as ever, he’s eating great, his energy levels are awesome, and we just keep pinching ourselves that he’s back to his old self. Two weeks ago we had just found out that the surgeon removed a 10 pound tumor, we didn’t yet know if it was cancerous, and we didn’t know what the immediate future held for our guy. But now we know it was benign, and we just spend all of our time with him feeling so incredibly grateful.

LONGER DENIM SHORTS ON SALE

These denim shorts have a 7″ inseam, and I love them. They’re from Wit and Wisdom, so they have the AbSolution power mesh that we’ve all grown to love, and they’ve got some stretch like we’ve become accustomed to as well. For size reference, I’m wearing my regular size 4.

I’m completely smitten with this pointelle sweater. The site calls this color “green finch”, but I would definitely describe this sweater as a yellow and not a green. It’s 100% cotton, lightweight, breathable, and a fun look for summer! The pointelle pattern is sweet. It also comes in pink and white. For size reference, I wear a medium.

Click HERE for the self-tanner that I swear by that is also NOW ON SALE! I love that it’s a mousse that goes on with a color, so you can see the application which is key! It applies very evenly, but if you miss a spot, you can immediately see that and correct it. And you can see that the color is a golden brown and not too orange at all.

This embroidered peasant top is 100% cotton, light, airy, and fabulous. I know I am going to wear the heck out of this, and I’m quite sure I’ll be wearing it on July 4th weekend. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I’ve got a FAVORITE FIND ALERT for y’all because I’m totally in love with this fabulous top. It’s seriously gorgeous, and in my mind, totally worth the price tag. It’s feminine, delicate, and has a vintage and romantic vibe that I’m loving. This red is the most perfect and beautiful red, and all of the details truly are stunning. The cascading ruffles, the eyelet pattern, the longer sleeves with the elastic and ruffle… ALL STUNNING. The material is very lightweight and airy, and while I thought it was going to require a cami under it, if you wear a nude bra it really doesn’t. Some might prefer to wear a cami with it, but I’m completely comfortable wearing it without the cami. It also comes in white, black, and a light blue.

Sizing tip: After reading the reviews, I did size up to a large. I wanted to make sure it had a relaxed and flowy look, and one reviewer recommended for bigger chested gals to size up so I did. If you don’t have a bigger chest, you can totally stick with your regular size.

I LOVE THIS TEE. This color is so vibrant, the tee is so soft, and these ruffles! This is the only color on sale, but it also comes in black, white, turquoise, and light pink. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

And these shorts! They are a lightweight linen with pull-on styling, so they are super comfortable. The perfect rise, the perfect elastic waist with a functional drawstring, and the perfect length. The link says they are a 4″ inseam, but they definitely seem longer on. They’re classy and casual, but they can easily be dressed up or down. I have super similar ones that are neutral that I love, so the navy seemed like a no brainer. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium for a relaxed fit.

ECRU JEANS ON SALE

Y’all know that these ecru jeans are in my Top 3 finds for the year, and they’ve been on y’alls Top 12 list several times as well. They are actually a great year-round jean because they look awesome with booties in the fall and winter, but they look just as great with wedges and sandals in the summer! I love the fit and the frayed hem. I’m wearing my regular size 4.

This floral flutter sleeve blouse is one of my new favorite finds. I think it’s absolutely darling. The little posies that are scattered all over the top are precious, and I’m in love with the pleating and swingy fit. The banded collar, the button up-styling, and the little flutter sleeves all come together to make this great top. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.

I’ve been loving all of the tie-front tops that I’ve been seeing all over social media, but most of them show a lot more skin than this, and that’s not my vibe. This linen blend tie front top is more modest because only the top tie shows skin. It is a boxy fit, but y’all know I happen to like a boxy fit. And the fluttery peplum hem is just my style.
