Happy Wednesday, Everybody!
Today’s post is a little bit different than normal. Today I will be showing items from last year or the year before that previously sold out, but are now BACK IN STOCK! You can rest assured that the items were super popular, which is why they sold out in the first place….and also why they are back again!
But wait, before we get to the outfits, we’ve got a serious make-up sale going on! Click HERE for all of the make up included in the sale (Bobbi Brown, MAC, Clinique, Lancome, Stila, Smashbox, etc…). Some of my favorites are in the collage below, and you can read what I have to say about them!
urban decay palette /bobbi brown brightening finishing powder /nuelash lash enhancing serum / smashbox primer /bobbi brown high shimmer lip gloss /my bronzer brush / stila eyeliner / beauty blender / clinique chubby stick moisturizing cheek color and lip balm
Our favorite urban decay eyeshadow primer is also included, although I forgot to include it in the collage!

********************Now it’s time for the RESTOCK ALERTS!!!!********************
RESTOCK #1: STRIPED SWEATER
This striped sweater was polarizing last year. People either loved or hated it, and I happened to love it. (Some were bothered by the fact that the stripes didn’t match up on the sweater, but I wasn’t bothered at all!) When I originally saw the sweater online, I wasn’t interested in it…but when at the mall, I decided to try it on. And y’all! I loved it! It’s very soft, I love how it’s cut (with the v-neck and the rounded bottom hem), and the off set stripes make it interesting! I have a small in the sweater, so I think it’s true to size.
Click HERE for the sweater. See it below with ankle jeans and shoreline converse, skinny jeans and over the knee boots, black jeans and leopard flats, and boot cut jeans and heeled booties.
Look how cute the bottom of the sweater is. It has a rounded edge, this cute little cut up detailing, and it hangs so nicely. And like I mentioned previously, the sweater is incredibly soft! It comes in several different stripe colorways this year.

RESTOCK #2: Cowl Neck Sweater
I could go on AND ON AND ON about this sweater. So I will. 😉
First of all, the cowl neck is perfection. It’s big, but not overwhelming, and the neck doesn’t make me claustrophobic (like some turtlenecks do). The sweater is so soft (I absolutely hate sweaters that are itchy!), and it kind of feels a bit cashmere-ish! The fit is great (it’s kind of fitted, but not clingy), and it drapes so nicely because it’s not bulky at all. I’m wearing the regular small (at almost 5’4″), so I think it’s true to size. It also comes in petite for you shorter gals (or for those that only want to wear with jeans). It maybe runs a bit big, so if you are just going to wear with jeans and not leggings, I might consider sizing down a size. I definitely wanted the room and the length that the regular small provided since I knew I would be wearing it with leggings.
sweater tunic/ similar leggings ONLY $19/similar over the knee suede boots/ earrings /similar neklace / cross body

RESTOCK #3: MUST HAVE BOOTS
If you’re new to the blog, the title of MUST HAVE is reserved for only my VERY FAVORITE pieces. You know I’m of course always sharing things I love with all of you…but if it’s an item that I ADORE, and I feel like it would serve a great purpose in lots of ladies’ closets, then it gets the MUST HAVE title! #itskindofabigdeal #tomeanyways #justplayalong ????
Click HERE for the MUST HAVE boots! They are true to size and completely comfortable for all day wear. I like them with all colors of jeans, but I’ve also worn them with dresses as well.
The jeans and the top in the next outfit are also both BACK IN STOCK! I love mixing black and brown together, so I think these brown boots with the black jeans is a match made in Heaven. You saw me in this top a lot last year, and I know I will keep reaching for it this year because of the coziness factor. I’m wearing a small, so it’s true to size (and meant to be a bit over-sized). You can wear it several ways, and it’s shown off the shoulder as well. I thought it was too tight to wear it like that, but I loved wearing it as a cowl neck. It’s no longer available in the color shown below, but it comes in several other color options.

RESTOCK #5: FREE PEOPLE COWL NECK
So about 3 years ago I found this Free People Pullover that I fell in love with. And I fell hard. And then LOTS of y’all fell too.
I got the dark grey one back in 2014, and it’s still on constant rotation in my wardrobe. And then last year I got the wine colored one. And now it comes in an olive, a rust, and a rose color. AND Y’ALL. The power of this top might be more than I can handle. Click HERE for the top. It’s a very lightweight material, but it still manages to keep you warm. I wear the x-small/small. I have found that some of the colors are sized a bit differently, but I wear the x-small/small in all of them.
When I posted this top on facebook yesterday afternoon, I had several readers comment with other places that they had bought the tunic ON SALE! You can find it at Macy’s HERE (in 4 colors) and at Evereve HERE (in grey only), and you can apparently find it at Costco as well! #whoknew
A reader left the following comment the last time I posted about it, and I thought I would share it here: I have 2 of those Free People tops (the grey and the rust one they used to have), and I’m going to buy the soft pink one now. I don’t even feel badly about it, because I know how much I wear the other two. It might just be my favorite shirt I’ve ever owned. I’m so excited about the pink one! I’ll be wearing it with white jeans into Spring! Thanks for the comment, Samantha! It will be so cute with white jeans!
Here are the colors currently available:
RESTOCK #6: PEA COAT
THIS coat is back (but only in pink). It’s on SUPER SALE for $30.31. FOR A COAT. FOR A DARLING COAT.
Now, this coat is not for everybody, because it runs really small. On advice from some readers that already had the coat, I ordered up 2 sizes and got a large. I was skeptical, but I absolutely couldn’t have gone any smaller. Look at the detailing on the sleeves! Look at the collar! I am sooooo happy with this coat. It’s only available in PINK now……but HOW FUN IS A PINK COAT! Now, I probably wouldn’t spend a lot of money on a pink coat….but THIRTY DOLLARS for a pink coat seems like a deal!
Click HERE to see the coat in PINK!
And before you go, EVERYTHING at The Loft is 40% OFF!!!!! My sister has a WORK WEAR post coming up on Monday, and these are some of the items you will see:
Hope you enjoyed the look back at some of these awesome pieces THAT ARE NOW AVAILABLE AGAIN! See y’all back here on Friday!

Hello! I love your blog and your style. As we enter fall and winter and the colors get darker, I find that your pics are harder to see clearly. You used to post pics taken outside that were beautiful! Are you going to be taking only dining room pics from now on?
Sheaffer says
Hi, Carol! I’ll try to mix it up a bit! xoxo, Sheaffer 🙂

Where did you buy your dining room table and chairs?
Sheaffer says
Most of the furniture in my house is from Weir’s, but the dining room table and chairs is from Stacy Furniture in Allen! I got it 3 years ago. xoxo, Sheaffer 🙂

I’ve always liked the naked pallets but I love the two faced chocolate bar and sweet peach ones too.. I have so many pallets.. I’m a collector ????????
Kayla Parker says
Are they never going to restock your color in those boots? 🙁 They only have black, and then the suede!! I have wanted those for sooooo long!! They look amazing!
Sheaffer says
I have no idea, Kayla! So sorry! 🙁
Mary says
I think they might just look like suede. The description says distressed leather. I hope they aren’t suede!
Sheaffer says
I think you’re right, Mary! I’ve never seen them in suede!!!! Yay! xoxo, Sheaffer 🙂
Michelle says
I live in that Free People top! It has to be one of my most used purchases over the last couple of years!
Shelly says
Do you know if Nordstrom price matches online prices? I think I need that grey Free People top????!
Sheaffer says
I’m pretty sure they do if you call! But only to other major department stores. xoxo, Sheaffer 🙂
Mary says
I want to buy a pair of brown riding boots and I have had my heart set on the Sam Edelman Penny style, but now you have me wondering if I would like the Born boots better. Unfortunately they don’t have the brown in wide calf which I might need. What are your thoughts comparing the two boots?
Sheaffer says
Hi, Mary! I know a ton of people have AND LOVE the Penny boots. I found the Born ones to be more comfortable, and the leather was not as shiny…which I liked. Hope this helps! xoxo, Sheaffer 🙂
Liz says
I love everything you shared today! The Born boots only come in a 9 and I usually get a 9 1/2 in boots. Do you think they run big? I really want them!!
Sheaffer says
Hi, Liz! Thank you! They ran pretty true to size for me. Sorry I’m not more help! xoxo, Sheaffer 🙂
Kate T says
Hello, for size reference can you tell me what youre wearing in the poncho? Thanks so much! Great post.
Kate T says
Disregard my comment I see it’s one size, I feel silly, ha!
