August Amazon Haul

I’ve shown you this shirt dress in a couple of different colors in previous months, but I couldn’t resist showing this soft blush too. Officially, this is the “soot powder” and I think it’s such a pretty color. I know lots of you have it in other colors and love it! For size reference, I’m wearing the medium here.

This dress is totally classic and good for so many different types of occasions. It’s got functional buttons all the way up and down, a great collar, cuffed sleeves, and tiny little pleats all around the waistline. Now listen, when reading the online description it says “vintage buttons aim to free your boobs and show your sexy.” I would like the record to show that I don’t want to free my boobs or show my sexy, but I still like the dress. I’m wearing the grey-blue, but it comes in 10 additional colors.

This next outfit is one of my favorites of the post. This ruffle skirt is DARLING. Mine is the T7 color which is a really pretty red in person, and it looks great with the bag and strap combo! So let’s talk about the jewelry for a second.

Okay, this bag isn’t in any outfits in today’s post, but I still felt compelled to share it!

I grabbed this clear stadium bag last year for Carter’s football games, and it was perfect. The strap that came with it was ugly, so I chose a strap to make it more me. Are you wondering what the kitchen towel is doing next to the bag? WELL, let me tell you. When watching a football game in 105 degree heat, if you’re wearing shorts your legs tend to get burned and or sweat like crazy on the metal bleachers. If you set this kitchen towel on the bleachers before you sit down, you will save your legs!!! #themoreyouknow

I’m flipping out a bit over this floral shift dress. It’s a beautiful multicolor print with lots of lovely details like pintucks across the neck and bust and little lace insets across the cuff of the sleeves and the hem of the dress. It’s lined (yay!) and beautifully made. I’m wearing a medium and it’s quite roomy from the hips down, but I definitely needed a medium for the bust.

I LOVE a short-sleeved sweater, and this puff sleeved one is DARLING. This link has v-neck options, crew neck options, and even square neck options! I’m wearing the C-beige, and while I’m definitely keeping this one because I think it’s the perfect neutral, I’m also going to get a bold color. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I took this right out of the box because it arrived while I was doing my try on, so it hadn’t yet received the wrinkle spray treatment, but how great are these sleeves! The boxy pleats, the subtle puff, and the banded hem… I love it all so much! This sweater has excellent ratings.

If you’ve been around for awhile, you will remember this striped t-shirt dress. I first purchased it around 3 years ago…maybe even 4 years ago, and I’ve worn the heck out of it every single year. It’s not clingy, but it’s not boxy either, and it has the cutest little ruffle at the hem of the sleeves. It comes in 9 colors, and it launders like a dream. Here’s another striped dress…

I’m wearing the “A-blacked striped” dress here.  It’s a good length, classic scoop neck, it comes in tons of colors, and IT HAS POCKETS! It’s a rayon and spandex combo, so it’s got some stretch to it and most colors and sizes are UNDER $30. I love that it’s not a clingy fit.  For size reference, I’m wearing a medium for a more relaxed fit here.

This next dress is one that I was influenced to buy a couple of months ago. I remember I added to cart before the anniversary sale, but I just recently got around to trying it on! It’s a gorgeous dress and looks much more expensive than it is. It hangs beautifully, and I love the fit with the gathers and ruffles. This is the “red”, but it comes in several colorway/pattern options. I’m wearing it with flat sandals here, but it could easily be dressed up with heels for a summer wedding. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

This bag holds a ton, and while I love this classic brown, there are several colors to choose from. It’s a beautiful fall bag and a great price point at under $60. The ratings are excellent.

This DARLING skirt has thousands of FANTASTIC reviews and comes in TONS of colorways and patterns. I’m wearing the “C.beige”, but I truly love so many of the options. It’s lined and very well made. For size reference, I’m wearing a small, but I’m thinking I would be a little more comfy in the medium.

This puff sleeve tiered dress is FABULOUS.

There are lots of prints and colors to choose from, but this cheetah really spoke to me.

It’s lightweight, great quality, and I love the fit. It’s not form fitting, and I love how it’s flowy without being frumpy at all. Wear it with sandals now, or style it with a denim jacket or cardi for fall.

This blouse is totally unique. It has wide pleated straps and a great square neck.

I. LOVE. THIS. TOP.

The pictures really don’t do it justice. It has a super relaxed and swingy fit that I find to be very flattering. You can wear it out or you can do a 1/2 tuck. I’m wearing it with shorts today, but it will obvious look great with jeans or a denim skirt.

Here it is worn out. I think it looks great with white denim and regular denim. The shorts are from Democracy, so they have the AbSolution technology we’ve all come to love! They are soooo comfy and incredibly flattering. I’m wearing my regular size 4.

This chiffon dress comes in both short sleeve and long sleeve options and comes in several colors/patterns.  Certain colors and sizes look like they won’t ship for a bit, but the black one actually looks like it’s full stocked and readily available in most sizes!  The skirt of the dress is lined, so a slip is not required.

Love the subtle flutter sleeves, love the tiered skirt with ruffles, love the modest v neck, and you can’t see it in these pictures but the top of the neckline is pleated and so pretty!  For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. There are several fall colors as well!

This long sleeve babydoll dress is just a simple closet basic that I think would serve a lot of ladies well. Heads up: it arrives VERY wrinkled, but it’s nothing a little steam or wrinkle spray can’t fix. I like the v neck and the tiered skirt a lot! For size reference, I’m wearing a small, but I wouldn’t mind a little extra room in the chest.

This split maxi dress is a great olive color and I think it looks great styled with the navy cardigan.  The dress looks now to be on a delayed ship, but the cardi is full stocked and comes in lots of colors.

This cardigan is an essential piece for teachers.  Actually, it’s an essential piece for EVERYBODY!  It has excellent ratings and is perfect throwing on over dresses and tees.

You absolutely cannot go wrong with a long black maxi.  It’s a perfect teacher dress. Top it off with a cardi and you’ve got a super comfortable and super cute outfit for a day full of teaching!  I’m wearing a small in the dress.

This particular dress is very picked over, but if you take a small, you can grab black or olive right now.

I love this dress, and I’m not the only one.  It has a couple of thousand of near perfect reviews.  It’s not clingy or form fitting, but it doesn’t hang like a shapeless sack either.  Another perfect travel dress.  For size reference, I’m wearing a small.

I love a great shirt dress. Always have, always will.

This particular dress has excellent ratings, so it’s clear that lots of ladies love a good shirt dress. This one is lightweight, comfy, breathable, and so easy to thrown on and go. It’s also super flattering and would look great on a variety of different body types. I also love the olive, black, white, hot pink, and light pink. For size reference, I’m wearing a small here, but I would prefer the fit of a medium.

Maybe you remember when I showed it in olive? I’m wearing a medium below and much prefer the fit of the medium. (When I ordered the pink one, I thought I remembered that this one was a small and it was the right size. I was wrong. Ha!)

Okay, ladies! This floral maxi skirt is another one of my favorites for the day. The blue and brown color combo is so unique, and the pattern is so pretty! If the blue and brown isn’t your thing, there are over 20 colorways to choose from! For size reference, I’m wearing the small.

It’s great with sandals, but I will be wearing it with booties too.

This is a dress I’ve shown in multiple colors over the years, and while the black one is probably my favorite, I do think this green pattern is super cute. It’s super soft, super forgiving, and super comfy. It would be great with a bump too. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.

This pintuck blouse has lace detailing, tiny little buttons, and pintuck pleats. It’s SO pretty, and this blush color is lovely. For size reference, I’m wearing a small. The “A Red” is actually a really pretty maroon that would be great for fall (and you Aggie fans).

These jeans sport our much beloved Ab-Solution technology, and I love that you can grab them on Amazon! I’m wearing the “light blue vintage” in my regular size 4.

This blouse is light and airy, with a bit of stretch! There’s smocking across the top, the little cap sleeve has a flutter to it, and there’s lacy detailing on the body. This is the “pink”, but I think of it more as a smoky lilac. For size reference, I’m wearing a small, but I think I would prefer the fit of the medium.

It looks pretty summery styled here with white jeans and sandals, but imagine it with boot cut jeans and booties.

And for probably my favorite portion of today’s post, we’re talking lounge sets and pajamas!

This set is awesome. I don’t have any idea why I ordered this color because it will show dog hair like crazy, so I’m going to return it and grab it in a lighter color. It’s a thin waffle knit, and I love it’s just as cute as it is comfy. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I first freaked about these slippers last year, and I’m still wearing the heck out of them and loving them. They have hard soles, so they are perfect for running out to the mailbox driving carpool, etc. They have over 6,000 reviews, and the majority are 5 stars! If you’re a half size, I would size up.

These pajamas are super similar to the Nordstrom pajamas I’m always talking about, so these are a great option that are a bit more affordable. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

This plush robe is everything I hoped it was going to be AND MORE. It is incredibly plush, so soft and cozy, and cute too! It runs a bit big, so I grabbed a small.

It’s no secret that I’m often pantless at home. Like I do wear lounge sets like I highlighted above, but I reallllllly enjoy not wearing a waistband, which means that night shirts are my jam. This one is super soft, a great length, and comes in lots of colors. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
