5 Days of Fabulous Day #2: Pajamas and Ugg Slippers

Today is Day #2 of Five Days of Fabulous!  Wasn’t Day #1 fun? Shay and I are already having a blast, and the prizes are going to keep comin’!

As far as pajamas go, this year you can pick between this style from PJ salvage (you might remember them from last year), this pair that Shay has on in her post (click here to see Shay in them), or this pair that I’m wearing.  Sadly, my exact design is sold out, but there are some other options available that I’ll highlight in a second!

Now let’s talk about the slippers!

Shay fell in love with these slippers several years ago (the picture below is from our giveaways last year), and I finally got myself a pair last year after hearing her talk about them all the time.  And let’s be honest, after seeing her wear them almost every single time I was at her house.

Now we both have THESE (our colors are from last year), but there are 7 colors to choose from this year!

SIZING INFORMATION:  I’m sometimes a 6 in regular shoes and boots, but more often a 6 1/2.  The sizing tips say to size up if you are a 1/2 size, but the 7s were way too big on me.  The 6s felt reallllllllly small, but the sales associate said the shearling inside would pack down and they wouldn’t feel snug after a bit.  And she was right.  I LOVE THESE SLIPPERS.  They are a luxury item, but man they’ve been worth it to me.  And get this, they have 1,536 5 STAR REVIEWS.  They are water resistant and have a tough rubber sole which means you can wear them both indoors and out.

Some of the reviews I read said that some people have 2:  1 for inside and 1 for outside!  This is actually pretty genius.  I do wear mine outside (to get the mail, to the bus stop to grab Carter, to talk to neighbors)…..but every time I do wear them outside, I wish I was keeping them clean and pristine for indoor use.  So yeah, I get the logic of having 2.  Maybe I’ll ask for a 2nd pair for Christmas?!?

These are awesome to give for Christmas.  I gave them to my Mother In Law last year!
