Let’s talk about my Hunters for a minute.  I got my first pair about 5 years ago.  I got a tall light grey pair because when spending so much money on a pair of rain boots, I thought it was best to be practical and get a neutral color.  So I coughed up the money and crossed my fingers I would actually wear them.

That first year I wore the ever-lovin’ flip out of those boots.  I’m not kidding when I say that a 12% chance of rain was enough for me to slap those puppies on.  I wore them so much that I ended up asking for a red pair for Christmas that next year, and I got them from my in-laws!  And you know what?  I wear the red ones wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than I wear the grey ones.  They are just so bright, cheery, and fun.  I made them a Santa Alert several years ago, and that still stands.  They are an extravagant gift to give…but they are just so dang fun.  AND REMEMBER.  THEY ARE PRACTICAL TOO.  ????  Click HERE for the red that is currently available (that is closest to the color of my red boots).  It’s called military red.

In case you are wondering if you would wear rain boots with regular everyday outfits, let me provide you with some outfit inspiration.  I’m going to start out by showing you a couple of outfits with my red Hunter boots with items that are ON SALE for CYBER MONDAY!

Y’all….the long grey cardi is ONLY $23.52 and the necklace (that comes in 14 colors!) is 20% OFF!  For size reference, I’m wearing a small in the cardi and a small in the softest tee on the planet.  The tee isn’t on sale, but it’s still worth it.  It’s buttery soft, not form fitting, and great on it’s own and for layering.
