LADIES.
I’M FLIPPING OUT OVER HERE.
You know that the whole point of this blog is that it allows me to share things I love with others.
I’m passionate about sharing things I love, but here’s something you need to know about me…
Not only do I want to share these things with you, but when I reallllllllllllllllllly love something…WELL THEN BY GOLLY I WANT YOU TO LOVE IT TOO. And if you do love it, I want us to talk about HOW MUCH we both love it.
IT’S JUST WHO I AM.
Well, today I want you to love the new Ovenware Set from Our Place.
And then I want to talk about it.
And then exchange recipes.
And then make the recipes and talk about how we love the pan over the food we just made.
And then talk about how we both love it some more.
First things first, let me introduce you to Our Place’s brand new (just released today) Ovenware Set. Isn’t she a beaut?
AND GET THIS! The code SHEAFFER10 will get you the set (and other pieces you are interested in) for 10% OFF.
Let’s get to know her a little, shall we?
The 5 piece Ovenware Set includes the following:
- 1 5QT Cast Aluminum Roasting Pan (The Oven Pan)
- 3 Ceramic Bakers – Main Bake, Side Bake & Tiny Bake
- 1 Silicone Baking Mat (not pictured, but seen later in the post)
The set is easy to use, beautifully designed, and will change the way you cook in your oven.
This should come as no surprise, but my new Our Place Ovenware Set coordinates beautifully with my other Our Place pieces. There are several colors to choose from when deciding on your Ovenware Set, so there’s something for everybody.
I decided that instead of matching my Always Pan and Perfect Pot exactly, I wanted something that just coordinated with my other pieces. I think that the spice Ovenware Set looks awesome with my blue salt Perfect Pot and Always Pan (not pictured).
And I hate to play favorites, but the Oven Pan has quickly become my ride or die piece from the set. I LOVE IT SO MUCH.
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE OVEN PAN:
The Oven Pan can be used for baking, roasting, crisping & cooking. Additionally, the Oven Pan can be used as a griddle on gas & electric stoves. It’s also deep enough to capture lots of juices.
The Oven Mat is a nonstick surface on the Oven Pan when baking & a surface to roll out dough. The print doubles as a 1” measurement. It replaces single-use parchment paper and tinfoil – sustainable and beautiful! Only to be used in the oven.
Heats up quickly in the oven, great for browning cookies.
The Oven Pan has PTFE- and PFOA-free ceramic nonstick interior in their exclusive formulation. Bakers have a naturally non-stick glaze, which means easy clean up!
Oven-safe to 450 degrees F.
The Oven Pan is so much fancier and so much prettier than my old sheet pans. My old sheet pans used to bend and pop when cooking. And let’s be honest, they looked terrible. Most of mine were like 20 years old and have had food or rust stains on them for years and never looked clean. I no longer need those pans! My new Oven Pan will be something I can use without worry.
Cleanup is a breeze with the non-stick surface and I love that it’s beautiful enough to serve in. I certainly couldn’t serve from any of my other pans.
It’s such a nice upgrade, and I’m absolutely thrilled to have it.
The Oven Pan is made from aluminum which is 3x more conductive than cast iron! WOW! That means it heats up SUPER fast and evenly. Baking cookies with it is next on the agenda for sure.
For my first recipe with my new Oven Pan, I decided to do a Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil (that I found on Pinterest of course). We typically do shrimp boils in our Perfect Pot once every 1-2 months, but I loved the idea of using the Oven Pan and having the food bake in the butter and seasoning sauce instead of just boiling in water. I mean, of course I did.
If you’re a regular follower, you know I also love the Our Place Knives and their cutting board. I grabbed the knives in the trio bundle and use them just about every single day. They are AWESOME. I also gifted them to my mother-in-law last Christmas.
The Everyday Chef’s Knife was great for cutting the corn on the cob into smaller pieces, mincing the garlic, and rough chopping the parsley. I use and love all of their knives, but if I had to choose just one, it would be the chef’s knife.

I boiled the corn and potatoes in my Perfect Pot until just tender, and then I added them to the Oven Pan. In the future, I think I’ll eliminate boiling, and I’ll just bake the potatoes and the corn in the oven for about 20 minutes or so on their own before adding the sausage and shrimp. Then I’ll only have 1 pan/pot to clean!
Spread out the boiled corn and potatoes, the sausage (we used turkey sausage), and the raw shrimp all in the pan. The pan is quite large and will hold a ton of food! This is going to be great for large families.
I quickly mixed up the sauce to pour over everything. It was just melted butter, freshly chopped garlic, and Old Bay seasoning. The sauce was so yummy that next time I think I will double the sauce recipe so we can reserve some for dipping. I’ll also add some more Old Bay to the butter, because we like things spicy around here. And who in the world wouldn’t love extra butter sauce.
I poured it over everything and made sure it was all coated with this yummy and slightly spicy sauce.
I threw it in a 415 degree oven and baked it all for about 30 minutes. (The recipe only called for about 15 minutes, in a 400 degree oven, but we found that it needed a higher heat and more time. I guess that mostly depends on the size of your shrimp.)
I pulled it out of the oven, sprinkled some finely chopped parsley on top, and then finished it off with some freshly squeezed lemon.
Isn’t it GORGEOUS? And I love that the Oven Pan performs so well in the oven AND serves my food so beautifully!
Here’s the money shot, y’all!
How amazing does this look!
It was so easy to make, the clean up was a breeze (because of the non-stick surface), and my goodness it was delicious.
Don’t you worry, I’ve already pinned several other sheet pan meals on Pinterest and will be cooking them up real soon! I’ll definitely share them with you when I do.
This was the first meal I made in my Oven Pan, and I became an instant fan.
So I forgot to take this picture until after we had polished off most of our dinner, but this shot shows how the lip on the pan was plenty tall enough to contain everything. I had no worries about anything boiling over or any of the liquid getting sloshed out when putting it in or removing it from the oven.
I absolutely love this pan.
I love that Our Place believes that sharing a home-cooked meal is foundational to connection. We believe that at our house too. We sit down together almost every single night for dinner as a family. We make it a priority. We feel like it’s important to sit down, pray, talk about our days, and just enjoy each other’s company. We have had some of our best times around the dinner table.

The sheet pan shrimp dinner was a huge success! We all gobbled it up, and clean up took all of 5 minutes!
And you can see here that storing the set is so easy because Our Place designed the bakers to nest inside the Oven Pan to save space. Genius. After taking this picture, I did read the tip to use the silicone mat in between the Oven Pan and the Ceramic Bakers to help protect all the pieces. #fancy

We’ve only had the set for a little over a week now, but we’ve loved using it so far and I can’t wait to continue using it and finding new recipes! It’s time to shake things up around here!
Last week I baked a coffee cake in the Main Bake (the biggest of the ceramic bakers), and we fried eggs on The Oven Pan.
Protip: The Oven Pan goes from oven-to-stovetop so that you can make an entire hot breakfast on one pan. We didn’t have any bacon on this day, but I look forward to putting bacon on it and baking it in the oven. And then once it’s cooked through, I’ll move the pan to the stovetop to make eggs, hashbrowns, etc.
The eggs cooked beautifully on the pan.
The fact that the Oven Pan functions as both a sheet pan AND a griddle is mind-blowing! You just place it across burners like this, and turn one or both burners on (depending on how much you are cooking). I LOVE the surface area on this pan and the fact that I could fry at least 8 eggs on this at one time! OR, I could pile it up with eggs, hashbrowns, and bacon!
SERIOUSLY. I need y’all to get this pan, and then we all need to talk about how obsessed we are.
Everybody was excited about the coffee cake too!

Sheaffer says
Oh no! Let me check with the brand!
Sheaffer says
I’ve reached out to my contact and I hope to hear back soon, Maura! I’ll keep you posted! xoxo
Sheaffer says
Hey, Maura! Okay, I haven’t heard back from the brand yet, but I saw another influencer’s post and she said her code was available for all NOT NEW items on the site. That wasn’t specified to me, but I’m guessing that’s what they are going to end up replying. I couldn’t find that information listed in the briefs they gave me, but I will let you know as soon as I get the official word. So sorry for the confusion! I’ve updated my post for the time being. xoxo

Off subject and random comment here…..I know you love Judith March caps, did you see that they have a hat of the month subscription? I have asked myself, “how many hats do I really need” apparently “all of them” is the answer
Sheaffer says
Oh, that’s so fun! And Michele, I think “all of them” is a totally reasonable answer. I laughed out loud. xoxo 🙂
Amy says
Is it only sold as a set? I love the oven pan but not really in need of the other ones.
Sheaffer says
Hi, Amy! Yes, it’s only sold as a set. I was really hoping they were going to offer the oven pan separately, but they don’t. Maybe they will in the future if enough people request this?!? However, no plans for them to do this as far as I know. xoxo
