Summer Faves Under $50

I’ve got lots of summer favorites for you today under $50….. some are under $40….. and some are even less than that!

I personally own and LOVE several items, including the following:  Dolce Glow self tanner (#3), Lumi glotion (#5), the Havianas flip flops (#7), the Colleen Rothschild clarifying shampoo and conditioner (#10), the longer denim shorts (#12), the Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen (#13), the beaded bracelet stack (#14), the clear wedges (#15), the crochet cover-up in several colors (#16) and the eyelet dress in Kelly green (#17).

So let’s check out what I found for under $50…

3) The Dolce Glow self-tanner is my favorite self-tanner of all the self-tanners I’ve ever tried. It’s a mousse and goes on with a color, so you know if you’ve missed a spot or if it’s streaky and you can immediately and easily correct your mistake. The color is really great on my skin tone. It’s a golden brown, with no hint of orange at all. I put it on in the morning and get immediate color, although it does continue to develop over the next couple of hours. I do suggest showering the first night, or you will probably have some transfer to your sheets overnight. I never notice transfer onto clothing, but I definitely saw it on my sheets after not showering one night.

5) The Lumi glotion is an absolutely incredible product. I can pretty much guarantee you that if you try it, you are going to love it too. I used to wear it only in the summer, but now I wear it year-round as my only “foundation”. It’s light and feels great on, and it’s a beautiful sun-kissed color. I wear “medium”.

6) I’ve ordered this pink striped blouse with the ruffle collar for myself, and I can’t wait to get it!

7) I’ve owned these Havianas flip flops for at least 5 years now and they are the flips flops of summer. They are PERFECT for the pool or beach. They are waterproof, flexible, and comfy. I highly recommend these babies.

10) The Colleen Rothschild clarifying shampoo and conditioner are the newest products in the Colleen Rothschild line. I’ve been using both products for about 6 weeks now, and I love them. They both deeply cleanse to remove build up, and I didn’t know my hair needed these products, but I’m already noticing a difference. I don’t love the regular CR shampoo, but I actually do love the clarifying shampoo. And right now you can get bundle pricing (for under $50!) and you can get a set of 3 skinny silk scrunchies too.

12) Do you feel like your shorts are too short? I knew I needed some longer denim shorts in my closet and these babies have been perfect for me. The longer length is actually totally on trend, and these are both comfy (with a stretchy waistband) and flattering. True to size for me.

13) One of my ride-or-die products all year long is the Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen. I hate the feel of most sunscreens, especially on my face, and this one goes on like a silky makeup primer. It is absorbed into the skin immediately and you don’t even feel it on. I wear it under my make-up, but you can also easily reapply it over makeup. It’s awesome.

14) I own a couple color combos of these Ink+Alloy beaded bracelet stacks and think they are a super easy way to add a pop of color and some fun to all of your summer outfits.

15) I just recently got these clear wedges for myself, and they are fabulous. They really lengthen your leg, they’re easy to walk in, and they are comfy. I would suggest sizing up a 1/2 size for the perfect fit.

16) I own several colors of this crochet cover-up and know that so many people have and love it. My personal favorite is the “stripe rainbow”, which is more of a colorblock.

17) This eyelet dress is one of my very Amazon dresses ever. I own it in the Kelly green. True to size for me.

18) Now that this ruffle sleeve tee is on sale, it’s under $50. I have the vibrant orange and love it. I’ve worn it and loved it with regular denim, white denim, and navy linen.
