Okay, y’all. NORDSTROM is having a HUGE FALL SALE, and it’s sooooooooooooo good! Sometimes when Nordstrom does a sale, it’s just kind of eh… BUT NOT THIS TIME! There are so many great items included, and some of the deals are pretty insane.
I actually had a different post originally planned for today, but I decided to push it because I wanted to dedicate an entire post to these fabulous deals…

This neutral sweater is a perfect closet basic. I’m a huge fan of the neutral sneakers , and y’all know I love Mother jeans. They are pricey (even on sale), but I own 2 pairs and love them both so much (and think they’re totally worth it).

RUFFLE BLOUSE ON SALE…
How gorgeous is this floral ruffle blouse. I was surprised to see that it’s pretty dang sheer, so even though you can’t really tell here, I would recommend wearing a nude or black cami underneath. The colors and floral pattern are gorgeous, and the cascading ruffles and tiered peplum hem are just beautiful. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
The pants aren’t on sale, but if you work in an office, you NEED these pants. They are a substantial ponte like fabric, but they’re a medium weight and not too heavy at all. They are crazy super soft and stretchy, but they keep their shape throughout the day. They’ve got a double bar and hook closure with a hidden button and a functional zipper, but I’m telling you, you can just pull these on if you want to! Yes, they have that much give. Most size down in these, but I’m wearing my regular size 4.
When wearing these pants, you will look great AND it will basically feel like you are wearing lounge wear. I wasn’t sure I was going to love them because of the pleats across the front (and my tummy is my problem area), but in addition to being on trend they are also incredibly flattering. They are very stretchy, and I’m telling you, if you work in an office you will want to wear them every single day.

JEANS ON SALE…
I’ve been talking about these exact jeans for years now. Seriously, YEARS.
They are the most flattering pair of jeans I have ever owned. I named them a must have quite a while ago, and years later they are still one of my most worn pair of jeans. They are super comfortable and very stretchy (but they totally hold their shape throughout the day).
Their claim to fame? I promise you that you will look 2 inches taller and 10 pounds lighter. I know that’s a bold claim, but I stand by it. 😉 You will have legs for dayzzzzzzzzzzz. Many people size down in these jeans because of the stretch, but I wear my regular size 4.
I’ve always loved a short sleeved sweater for early fall. It’s of course great on its own, but it’s also perfect to layer under a light jacket. The little puff sleeves on this are too cute, and you know I love the stripes. It comes in 8 total colors, but this one as well as the rust/cream option just screams fall. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

JEANS ON SALE…
This crochet pullover isn’t something I would normally gravitate towards, but I actually dig it! The weave is more open than I thought, so I think many of you will want to wear a neutral cami under it (if you choose this color). I really like the zippered and high collar, and the wide band at the waist is actually quite flattering. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

CHAMBRAY RUFFLE COLLAR SHIRT ON SALE…
Okay, ladies. I’ve got some big ‘ol heart eyes for this top. It is DARLING and it is NOW ON SALE, but only the darker wash remains! It’s the perfect soft chambray, I love the wash, and I’m obsessed with the fit and the ruffle collar and neckline. Plain and simple, this top is fabulous. It’s not stiff at all, and it’s got a little bit of give to it. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
These washed black Wit and Wisdom jeans have added some needed dimension to my closet. They’re a heavier denim and have a bit more structure than most of my WW jeans, and I’m so excited to have them for fall. They’re good with booties, with flats, with mules, and with fashion sneakers. They hit at the ankle and they have a frayed hem. I actually wish they were shorter, so I’m thinking of cutting off a couple of extra inches myself.

SWEATER ON SALE…
This scalloped sweater is another great piece for the office and NOW ON SALE!. Notice the pretty scallop detailing around the neckline and the hem of the sleeves, and this “night horizon” color is gorgeous. One reviewer said it’s so scratchy, but I don’t find that to be the case. I guess I wouldn’t call it ultra soft, but I’m pretty sensitive to itchy fabrics, and this one doesn’t bother me at all. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
If the pleats on the above pants scare you way too much, then maybe these Wit and Wisdom wide leg pants are more your style. They’ve got a flat front, and I would say they are a similar fit to our beloved must have itty bitty boot cut jeans! If you love those, you’ll love these! They are stretchy and comfy, but I think they look like a tailored pair of pants. Again, if you work in an office, I highly recommend giving these babies a whirl. I’m wearing the regular size 4. I’m 5’4″ with long legs for my height and no torso.

ROTHY’S ON SALE…
I fell in love with Rothy’s last year when I got my camo loafers in the fall, and I’m now a huge believer in the brand. I think these leopard Mary Janes are precious AND GOOD HEAVENS they are comfy! They are soft and flexible, and you can throw them in the wash (and then let them air dry). In addition to this leopard, they also come in black, a wine, and even a neutral sparkle that is actually really great in person. True to size for me.
If you’ve never tried Rothy’s, they kind of feel like a thick and compressive sock when wearing them. They’re seriously awesome.
Regularly $159 (and worth every dang penny), but ONLY $79.99 right now. In addition to wearing these with denim, I’ll also be wearing them with black pants.
They are seriously DARLING.
And remember, if you don’t like the leopard, grab one of the solid color options.
I feel like everybody will love these shoes, but I feel like you NEED them if you’re a teacher.
BOOTS ON SALE…
These boots are soft, flattering to the leg, and I’m going to love wearing them with fall dresses. It’s a really beautiful boot and a really great price point. I will say that my calves are on the smaller side, and the regular width are good on me. Great news though, they have a wide calf option as well. I would suggest sizing up a 1/2 size.

I always love a poplin shirt dress, and this is a great one. It’s a crisp cotton poplin and feels and looks more expensive than it actually is. The drop waist is a great fit, and I love the flirty little skirt. The dress has a bit of structure to it, which I do like, and I think the cuffs look great rolled up casually to show a little bit of arm. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium, but I do feel like it’s a tad constricting across the chest.

The dress is 100% cotton, lightweight, and fully lined. It has beautiful lace detailing and a roomy and relaxed fit with loose sleeves and a tiered skirt (which adds some interest and volume). And it has pockets. Yay! I would say it runs a bit big, so most will probably want to size down like I did. I’m wearing a small.
