YOU GUYS! I’ve been wearing these slippers with these socks allllllllll weeeeeeeeek lonnnnnnnnnnnng.

These cozy platform slippers are a SUPER AFFORDABLE alternative to the chestnut Ugg slippers that have gone viral. The ones I’m wearing are on super sale right now for just $19.99, and they are a really great option especially since the UGGs seem to be sold out everywhere.

I got them in several weeks ago, and although not all of the reviews are great, I’m actually pretty freaking impressed with them. The first day I wore them all day around the house and then even wore them out to dinner (just like all the kids are doing). 🙂 And I’ve probably worn them 5 or 6 times since then. I got this affordable option because I couldn’t imagine the real ones would be worth it to me because of the price tag. But actually, I totally get the allure of them now.

DRESS ON SALE

I’ve got some sale alerts for y’all today! Some are items you’ve seen before, but there are several BRAND NEW items too!

This dress is one of the brand new items. Of course it wasn’t on sale when I grabbed it, but it is now! The muted colors are gorgeous, the small floral pattern is lovely, and there’s some shimmery threads running through it (but it’s not too shimmery or flashy at all). It’s just really pretty and super feminine. For size reference, I’m wearing a small.

DRESS ON SALE

This chiffon dress could be a good choice for all different sorts of occasions. This is the “black animal print”. The body is lined, but the sleeves are somewhat sheer. You can see the split neck is low, but it’s not too low… just low enough to be a little sassy. The smocked waist is so comfy and super flattering. I would actually prefer it to be a little bit shorter on me, but that’s great news for you taller gals! It comes in other patterns too, and some of them are on sale, so head to the link to check them all out. Other reviewers stated that they think it runs big. I didn’t find that to be the case though, so I’m wearing my regular size medium.

MUST HAVE JEANS ON SALE

First of all, I want to acknowledge that YES I’m wearing the must have boot cut jeans again, and yes they are STILL ON SALE. If you don’t have them yet, GET THEM! They make you look taller and skinnier (than you already are). 😉 I’m wearing my regular size 4, but some size down because of the extreme stretch. I said this earlier this week, but these are in my Top 3 favorite jeans that I’ve EVER owned.

I know there are tons of people out there that prefer a v-neck sweater to a crewneck sweater, so here’s an option for you! This one comes in 5 colors and is right under $60. It’s a bit boxy, but I happen to like boxy. I can’t do a half-tuck with this sweater (and y’all know I love a half-tuck), but this one hits me at the perfect spot to be worn out. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

SWEATER ON SALE

I love a cream sweater. There’s just something so classic about it. This one also has some modern vibes with the split neck collar and the shorter fit. It’s chunky, a relaxed fit, and darling. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

CARDIGAN ON SALE

Stripes pretty much always have my heart. And when you put them on a cardigan, I’m pretty much smitten. I’m wearing the tan/navy stripe, but it comes in 3 other stripe options and 4 solid options. It’s cozy, soft, and a little bit chunky. I’m wearing it here all buttoned up, but it would also be great worn over a basic tee. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

CASHMERE ON SALE

Nordstrom brand cashmere sweaters are fabulous and such a great value. This cashmere crewneck comes in lots of solid colors, but how much do you love this stripe! It’s a really great cherry red with a subtle pink stripe. This color combo is especially great for around both Christmas and Valentine’s day. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

And great news! For those that prefer a v-neck, I gotchu. 😉 This sweater is the same beautiful (and affordable) cashmere, but in a v-neck version. This is a wonderful and classic closet basic. Everybody needs a great black sweater that they love and feel good in, If you don’t have one yet, this could be your sweater. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

DRESS ON SALE

I love the tie-belted waist and the pleated details in the skirt. It’s so flowy and pretty with a classic v-neckline and balloon sleeves. This dress is effortless and would look great on most people. It’s super forgiving because you just slip it on and then customize the fit with the belt. Pair with knee-high boots and your favorite gold jewelry to complete the look! BLOUSE ON SALE

Maybe you have a casual holiday party, but you still want to be festive! This green plaid top is special because of the ruffled neck, the gathered and puffy sleeves, and the festive colors and pattern. It also comes in a red. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I actually really love these black jeans, but I need to size up in them for a more comfortable fit. These were way too tight in the waist for my liking. I do think these jeans coupled with the platform heels are a great base for a lot of different holiday top options!

BLACK PANTS

I think I’ve told y’all this before, but questions from readers tend to come in waves. Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of “remind me of those nicer black pants you love” comments.

THESE ARE THE PANTS!

When wearing these pants, you will look great AND it will basically feel like you are wearing lounge wear. I wasn’t sure I was going to love them because of the pleats across the front (and my tummy is my problem area), but in addition to being on trend they are also incredibly flattering. They are very stretchy, and I’m telling you, if you work in an office you will want to wear them every single day.

This striped crewneck is the same one I showed you on Wednesday’s post with the wash black jeans. It’s super similar to the must have sweater. It’s so so good. The fit is relaxed, and it’s lightweight and super soft. I’m wearing a medium here, but when not tucked in I do think the medium is a little bigger than I’d like. A small would be a better fit.

If you prefer to style them with a blouse (instead of a sweater), this little floral number is a great choice. And it is ON SALE right now (for a limited time). This blouse has a ruffled split neck and balloon sleeves that adds to its charm. It does run big, so I would suggest sizing down. I’m wearing a small.

This striped crewneck sweater is lightweight, but still cozy. It has diamond stitching across the chest and shoulders, which elevates it from just a regular crewneck sweater. And you know I love the stripes. It also comes in grey, black, blue, and ivory. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

I love these jeans so much. They are truly FABULOUS, and I really hope lots of you will give them a shot. They feature a higher mid-rise waist, a classic button/zip fly, and a five-pocket styling complete with a kick-flare silhouette and a raw-edge hem.They are super soft, have great stretch, and are very flattering. Since they have a raw hem, you can easily customize them if you need them shorter. If between sizes, I would size down.

The colors on this sweater are so fun! Vibrant blue, green, pink, and white come together in a classic fair isle pattern. I love the light grey of the sweater, but I really love that the pattern is continued on the cuffs as well. Such a nice detail! For size reference, I’m wearing a small and it’s still roomy, so I do think it’s oversized.

These washed black Wit and Wisdom jeans have added some much needed dimension to my closet. They’re a heavier denim and have a bit more structure than most of my WW jeans, and I’m so excited to have them. They’re good with booties, with flats, with mules, and with fashion sneakers. They hit at the ankle and they have a frayed hem. True to size for me, I’m wearing the 4.

This sweater is a heavier mid weight and quite warm. And I’m dying over the argyle! I love the chunky hem, and the length is perfect to just wear out. It is a very relaxed fit and is a bit oversized, so I would suggest sizing down. I’m wearing a small.
