Okay, y’all! As far as the weather goes, I might be jumping the gun just a tiny bit here (it was 97 over the weekend in my neck of the woods), but it’s September 23rd and I am more than ready for fall! I want to ditch my shorts and sandals for jeans and mules, and the idea of wearing a sweater or cardi makes me absolutely giddy.
In honor of the much anticipated cooler weather, I set out to find some great deals that are perfectly suited to carry us into fall. And ladies, the items I found are extremely affordable and they will have all of us feeling ready for a football game or a pumpkin patch. Haha!
But really quickly, before we get to the $50 and under finds, I had a couple of finds that I ordered for myself that didn’t make the $50 cut off. Still, they are under $100 and definitely worth sharing today. Like this fabulous dress with a split neck, ruched waist, and tiered skirt. I got it in the “Navy Multi” fall floral pattern and think it’s gorgeous. I also grabbed this khaki and pale blue textured sweater from Madewell, and I’m super excited for it to arrive. This weekend I received this ruffle chambray top and immediately tried it on. I got it in the light wash and can’t wait to start styling it! It’s a great fit and so cute.
OKAY! Time for FAB FALL FINDS UNDER $50!
1) striped cardi (camelred) / 2) half zip / 3) puffer vest / 4) v-neck sweater / 5) bow mules / 6) bracelet set (multicolored two toned) / 7) pearl earrings / 8) leopard belt / 9) hammered hoop earrings / 10) puffer tote / 11) oval stud earrings / 12) twist bangle bracelet / 13) lounge set / 14) puffer jacket / 15) denim jacket / 16) crewneck tee / 17) acid wash sweater / 18) jack-o-lantern slippers / 19) bandana (S14 lily of the valley brown)
1) striped cardi (camelred) / These “lady cardigans” are all the rage right now, and I’m completely smitten with this color combo and the gold buttons. It has excellent reviews, and I’m crossing my fingers that it’s still on sale on Monday (which is what gets it under the $50 mark). It comes in 19 colorways.
2) half zip / I love a half-zip, and I’m a big fan of the blush with the grey piping. There are a handful of color combos to choose from, and I also really like the black with the electric blue piping.
3) puffer vest / The color combo? The retro vibes? YES, PLEASE!
4) v-neck sweater / A v-neck sweater with a relaxed fit is my absolute favorite style of sweater. This one has 254 reviews, and the great majority are 5 stars. There’s a black and white stripe combo as well as 11 solid colors to choose from.
5) bow mules / These babies have 778 ratings with an average of 4.5 stars. They’ll be great with jeans, and I’ll also be wearing them with my Wit and Wisdom pleated ankle pants.
6) bracelet set (multicolored two toned) / I have this set and love it. It comes in TONS of different color combos, but the one shown is the “multicolored two toned”. I think it’s a wonderful combo of beautiful fall colors.
7) pearl earrings / I just got these over the weekend and really love them. The rectangle drop lends a modern edge to the dangly pearl.
8) leopard belt / So we know that leopard is totally back, and a leopard belt is a super easy and affordable way to infuse the leopard trend into your outfit. And this belt is under $20!
9) hammered hoop earrings / The hammered finish updates a typical gold hoop.
10) puffer tote / I’m SO EXCITED about this find! The Free People bag (and the Free People dupe) that are all the rage right now are humongous, and I prefer the size of the tote I’m highlighting today. It’s a much more manageable size, it comes in 5 colors, and it’s SO CUTE. It has excellent reviews.
11) oval stud earrings / I’ve highlighted these before, and I still love them. I love the oval shape, and they are so sparkly.
12) twist bangle bracelet / This twist bangle it’s great, and it’s UNDER $6 y’all.
13) lounge set / This set totally reminds me of the Barefoot Dreams lounge set that is much more expensive. There’s no way I would spend $228 on a set like this, but I’ll definitely spend $50! I will for sure wear this around the house, but I think I could also throw a pair of sneakers on with it and wear it around town.
14) puffer jacket / Elevate your cold-weather wardrobe with this practical combination of fashion and functionality. Crafted in a water-resistant taffeta with soft, cozy padding to help keep you dry and comfy. Features a trendy cropped silhouette and cargo pockets to go the distance, from winter adventures and beyond.
15) denim jacket / I have this jacket. I love this jacket. It’s a perfect fall layer, and I firmly believe that everybody needs a denim jacket that they love in their closet. It’s under $50 because it’s on sale. I hope it’s still on sale today!
16) crewneck tee / This navy and olive stripe is great, but it also comes in several solid colors. It’s a really good basic to have in your closet.
17) acid wash sweater / The acid wash look of this sweater is cool. I ordered this “brown topaz” for myself and hope to highlight it styled in an outfit on me next week.
18) jack-o-lantern slippers / These are DARLING. The end.
19) bandana / This bandana comes in a myriad of color and pattern choices. This one is the S14 lily of the valley brown. Y’all know I like to tie them on the handles of bags, but tying them in a cute little knot around your neck is totally on trend right now too.
That’s all for today, y’all! Treat yourself to something and look forward to a little Fall Happy Mail! xoxo

I have a question about the Gibson Top Notch blazer that you showed last week. How would you describe the material? Is it like sweatshirt material and is it hot? I have several sweater blazers from J Crew Factory so I am fine with a casual blazer, but I am trying to figure this one out. Thanks!
Sheaffer says
Hi, Jen! It’s not a sweatshirt material (it’s dressier than that), and it’s not hot (it’s a medium weight and a cool fabric). I’m trying to think of a way to describe it to you…. have you ever tried on a dress made of scuba knit? It’s kind like that. Stretchy and breathable. I’m not sure if this helps or not, but hopefully it gives you some idea! xoxo
Jen says
Yes, that helps! Thank you.
