Happy Monday, Everybody!
Today’s post is a big one.
I decided a couple of weeks ago that I wanted to do a big Amazon Home post featuring all of the Amazon home items I’d featured over the last year or so. I wanted y’all to have everything all in one place, and it was my hope that the post would be an awesome resource for you.
Well, until I started rounding things up, I had no idea how many Amazon home pieces I had already featured! LADIES. Amazon has just about everything most of us need or want for our homes! I have no doubt this post will be super helpful to many of you, so kick back and have fun seeing what you could grab for your home too!
Let’s start out with a room refresh!
Several months ago, right after my sister moved into her new house, I recruited her to start ordering Amazon home items and letting us take a peek into her home to see how she was using and styling her finds.
She was of course on board. But I’ll be honest, she was a little skeptical at what she was going to be able to find on Amazon. WELL, she’s not skeptical anymore. She’s now done two total room refreshes, and she’s purchased countless items for around her home that she’s been super pleased with (a rug, a faux olive tree, a wreath, kitchen towels, bath towels, etc.)…
Let’s start out with Conner’s newest room refresh. You haven’t seen this bedroom before, so get ready for an awesome (and easy) transformation!
BEFORE
Here’s what Conner had to say…
Hi everybody! I am so excited to share our master bedroom refresh with y’all today.
I’ll be honest, I thought I loved our master bedroom before. But now I realize how dark and dreary the décor made the room. We have dark furniture (which I still love – 15 years old from Weirs!) and had no intention of replacing it, so I decided to figure out how to do a refresh without the price tag of a total redo.
This was the before. It was fine.
AFTER
But now, it’s WOW! I love it so much!
CONNER!!!!! It looks amazing! So much lighter and fresher!
To brighten things up without breaking the bank (and without having to buy new furniture), I decided to go lighter with the bedding. I’m thrilled with how it turned out!
I decided to start with a duvet cover and go from there. (Conner is using a duvet insert she already had, but you can click HERE for one that is super affordable and has over 60,000 5 star reviews!)
This particular duvet cover has gorgeous embroidery around the edges and looks WAY more expensive than it is. The king size pillow shams came with the duvet, but I decided to order the Euro shams to add height (they come in single packages, so I ordered 3).
I knew I wanted to add taupe accents and I found this ADORABLE pom pom quilt and king pillow shams which are dupes of the Ballard Designs pom pom quilted bedding for a fraction of the cost. SCORE.
Conner, I can’t get over how plush and cozy it all looks!
art / euro shams / antelope pillow covers / taupe pom pom quilt / taupe pom pom sham / duvet cover
Check out these gorgeous canvas prints above the bed. If you know me, you know I don’t like a lot of stuff on the walls, but the wall above our bed definitely needed some love. I was slightly surprised when these prints arrived because the color is so much lighter than in the stock photo on Amazon, but I am SO happy with them. They helped take our dreary bedroom to the next level. And just like we did in the guest bedroom, I bought two in the same print and just hung one of them upside down.
These are the 24×36, and the exact ones are officially called “Ab05-2205-m01”. Conner went with the natural frames.

And then I came across these gorgeous antelope pillow covers. YOU GUYS. I LOVE THEM. These are another Ballard design dupe (click HERE to see the Ballard covers that are much more expensive). I can’t even believe how pretty these are!
The pillow covers are 20×20 and I used my old pillow inserts from HomeGoods. I highly recommend purchasing pillow inserts one size larger than the covers to achieve a fuller look (my inserts are 22×22). You can find some highly rated 22×22 inserts HERE (all sizes available).

BEAUTIFUL!

I just love all of the textures and details.

I hope y’all love these changes as much as we do. I can hardly wait for another Amazon home project!
Conner, I cannot get over this refresh! It’s truly a different room! So light, bright, and welcoming! WELL DONE, sister!
She also grabbed these towels for her master bedroom. They have excellent reviews and she loves them.

CONNER’S GUEST BEDROOM
Next up, Conner’s guest bedroom refresh! If you didn’t see this before, you’re going to be amazed!
FROM CONNER:
I am SO excited to share our guest bedroom refresh with y’all today! If you know me, you know I’m really boring when it comes to color and decorating. I stick with neutral colors (white, beige, gray, light blue when I’m feeling crazy) because I tend to get tired of colors quickly.
Here is the BEFORE. I had bedding from Ballard and a hand me down nightstand from my grandmother.
I first shared this design board to show what she was planning.
colorful art / Conner’s bedding / pom pom pillow covers / pillow inserts / lamp / bamboo nightstand / fringe throw
I got a wild hair and decided to add some fun color to our neutral guest bedroom, and I am THRILLED with the way it turned out. I knew I needed to add something over/behind the beds, but didn’t know where to start. I started looking at paintings on Amazon, but all of the prints seemed too bold for the bedding.
After scrolling through Amazon, I found these framed abstract prints and immediately fell in love. The prints became the centerpiece for the room. I decided to play off of the colors and accessorize with the yellow lamp, blue pillows and orange blanket. I still can’t believe I have a yellow lamp and orange blanket in my house (much less in the SAME room), but I love how the colors play off of each other. I also added a gorgeous new nightstand. You guys. Words (and photos) do not do it justice. It’s beautiful AND provides great storage. I’m also impressed with the shipping/packaging – all I had to do was take it out of the box and twist the legs into place.
The formerly boring guest room has now become my favorite room in the house. I hope you all love it as much as I do!
Here is the AFTER!
colorful art / Conner’s bedding / pom pom pillow covers / pillow inserts / lamp / bamboo nightstand / fringe throw
CONNER! I love it sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!
It’s so light, airy, and happy!
For the art, she ordered 2 of the same print and hung 1 upside down (just like in her master).

It looks awesome!

MY CLOSET REVEAL
One of my most popular posts this year was my closet reveal, and tons of the organizational items I have in it are from Amazon of course!
When we moved into our home (almost 8 years ago now), I was THRILLED that there were separate closets in the master. Like I was straight up giddy. Our home was a spec home, and when we moved in, the closet was just a rectangular box with rods to hang things on. There were no shelves, but there were 2 levels of rods on all 3 walls of the closet. I used it for a couple of years as is, but it wasn’t functioning like I needed it to at all, so we called California Closets and they designed and installed it for us.
Now, we did the closet over 5 years ago, but I want to share all of the details that I remember. They sent a designer to the house to meet with me and discuss my needs for the space. I remember her presenting a plan to me a week or so later, we made a couple of small changes to the design, and then a week or two later a team came out and installed everything in 1 visit! Because I know there will be those that are curious about the price, I’m pretty sure it was right around $4,000. And let me tell you, it’s been worth every dang penny.
THE CLOSET REVEAL
Okay! Here it is, y’all!
This is looking into my closet from the master bathroom. See the chandelier? It’s my favorite thing in the closet. It used to hang in my grandmother’s bathroom, and now I’m so happy to have it in this space. Mine is obviously vintage and sentimental, but I think a fixture like this would be a great option for a closet.
There’s a small wall on the right immediately when you enter. The”Be The Reason Someone Smiles Today” was sent to me by a reader very early on in my blogging career, and I still love it. The board below it was a HomeGoods bulletin board find (that I just repurposed as an earring pinboard), but there are some great options HERE if you have an open wall in your closet too.
This side of the built-ins was a perfect space for us to mount a couple of belt racks. Of course they can be used for belts, but we actually chose them for necklace storage.
You can also see the lower laundry cabinet right behind the leather tote. You might also notice the valet pull out bar with clothes hanging at the top. I have 3 of those valet bars in the closet, but I wish I had more.
belt (or necklace) storage option and another one HERE / leather tote
In the middle section on the right, you see all of my jewelry storage in the open shelving. It’s also where I store some of my clutches and heels.
The drawers below the jewelry hold undies and pajamas in the bottom two drawers, and the top draw is a segmented jewelry drawer.
I’m OBSESSED with my jewelry organization pieces.
The pieces are GORGEOUS, but they are also super pricey. I’m linking my exact ones below in case you’re in the mood to splurge, but I’m also linking some options I found on Amazon that are AWESOME and seriously cost effective.
Kendra Scott earring holders (Amazon option HERE)
Kendra Scott jewelry box (Amazon option HERE that looks FANTASTIC)
Kendra Scott necklace holder (Amazon option HERE)
I also have colorful bowls scattered about that I’ve filled with bracelets. Mine are bowls that I purchased 1 at a time from different stores, but I found a really great set on Amazon HERE.
If you have open shelving in your closet, I highly recommend these clear dividers. They help me keep things (like my jeans, joggers, and leggings) in neat and tidy stacks.
As you can see, the shelving at the far end of the closet is for tons of shoes, as well as some more clutch storage on the top shelf. I have one more valet rod coming out where you can see a couple of my cross body bags hanging, and you can also see that I have small double hooks on each side of the shoe shelves where I hang various items. Just like I wish I had more valet rods, I also wish I had more hooks. The California Closet designer was right, but I didn’t believe her. You can NEVER have enough rods or hooks. #ishouldhavelistenedtoher
Notice how all of my Barrington totes are hung on S hooks. And yes, I know I have an alarming number of Barrington totes, but I worked with them for years and amassed quite the collection because they would send me a new pattern for each new season!
These S hooks makes storing the totes so easy.
I also store my cross body bag straps on one of the hooks.
Let’s talk hangers.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND changing ALL of your hangers over to these velvet covered hangers. They grip your clothes (so they don’t slip off), and they have an extremely narrow profile, so they take up way less space than a traditional plastic hanger. Plus, they just look nice!
If you’re going to purchase one thing today to help you get your closet into shape, it needs to be these hangers. I’m telling you, they will transform your closet and give you sooooooooooo much more room. Once you try these hangers, no other hangers will do. If you’re not sure, start out with just 1 pack and try them out. I promise you that you will order more immediately.
This area could definitely be more functional, but I like that it’s filled with personal and pretty things. I will say though, after looking at these pictures, I need to edit down the “pretty things” so the area won’t be so crowded. I’ll share updates in a post next month after I’ve cleaned up the space a bit.
The rug is new to the space. I’m still getting used to it because my last rug was more neutral, but it’s growing on me.
I’m standing at the back of the closet here, looking towards the entrance.
To orient you, this is the shelving that the belt racks are attached to at the beginning of the post. You see open shelving up top for shoes and jeans, two valet bars, and a pull-out laundry hamper on the bottom. I love that the dirty laundry is tucked away so I don’t have to look at it.
If you don’t have laundry built-ins, but you would like to make a pretty choice, click HERE for some great laundry basket options.
More jewelry boards as you leave the closet…
And a couple more looks standing at the closet entrance…
I hope this look at my closet has given you some ideas for your own closet! And like I said before, looking at the pics on this post has inspired me to do some more organizing. I’m going to refresh the space by getting rid of some of the items that are in there now. I’ll be sure to show you the updated space in a future post!
Also, after sharing my closet, I feel the need to put it out there that I have more clothes, more shoes, more bags, and more jewelry than anybody needs. I know seeing it all in 1 space can be shocking and a bit overwhelming, but it’s my job to share fashion finds with y’all, and doing that requires me to purchase much more than the average person. #disclaimer #pleasedontcomeatme 🙂

JEWELRY ORGANIZATION
Inspired by items I have in my closet, I put together a collage with lots of great jewelry organization items from Amazon! All of these items are totally affordable, and they are all super functional too. If you don’t have space in your closet for these items, maybe you have a spot on your bathroom vanity or on top of a dresser somewhere!
one / two / three / four / five / six / seven / eight / nine (other options HERE) / ten / eleven / twelve
This is the the earring holder I got for my mom (#3 in the collage above). She absolutely LOVES it and now wonders what in the heck she ever did before having it. It holds 50 pairs of earrings, y’all! She doesn’t have a place for it in her closet, so she keeps it on her bathroom counter.

SEASONAL PILLOW COVERS
As long as we are talking about Amazon home items, I thought you might want to see the new pillow covers I have on the front porch for spring! I did red plaids for Christmas, I did hearts and flowers for February, and I chose this blue stripe for spring. I’m loving using pillow covers outside because it allows me to take them off and pop them in the wash if I need to.
Amazon also has a great selection of Adirondack chairs that you can find HERE and olive buckets that you can find HERE. I always put a huge fern in the wire planter for spring, and then I get seasonal flowers for the olive bucket and the red vintage sap bucket, I’m just waiting for the weather to cooperate.
24 x 24 pillow covers / 16 x 16 pillow covers

And forget the price, THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. If you have guests coming to your home soon, have the guest bed made up with these sheets. And then buy them for all of the other beds too. And then your guests will go home and buy them as well. #theyarereallythatgood

MORE AMAZON HOME FINDS
Okay, I have even more finds right now that I rounded up…
This forsythia wreath was such a great score for my sister! I love that she stuck with the white scheme when choosing the wreath.
Look how pretty it is!
And if you want a little more color, remember my wreath that’s also from Amazon.
This is Conner’s new dining room! And the olive tree and seagrass basket are both from Amazon. Conner loves the tree, and there are lots of great reviews on Amazon. Great faux plants are hard to find, but this one is a winner!
faux olive tree / basket / window treatments (grey pattern) / rug / paxton light fixtures
The dish soap dispenser and tray and ceramic canister set were both great finds!
This marble and stainless paper towel holder was the perfect choice for this space.
So this picture is a bit awkward, but this 3 pack of mini potted plants and this white rectangular tray look like they were made for this space.
Conner wanted to add some color to her kitchen, and this rug infused just the right amount of color! This is the light grey runner that is 2′ x 5’8″. It comes in several different sizes, and it is also offered in a navy colorway.
I love the coziness and texture that a great throw adds to a space, and Conner’s new throw is NOW ON SALE!!! It has OVER 20,000 near perfect ratings and comes in 3 different sizes and 20 different color options. Conner’s is the beige 50×60. It’s soft, lightweight, I love the diamond pattern, and it drapes beautifully when thrown over a chair or sofa. It also looks great tossed on the corner of a bed.
If you are less concerned with how the blanket will look with your decor and your top priorities are stupid soft and incredibly cozy, get this blanket. We have it and LOVE it, and it’s on SUPER sale right now.
I posted this on Friday, but I wanted these to live on this post too. I love a great set of kitchen towels. I think I’ve shared this before, but a new set of kitchen towels can inspire me to clean the entire house. FOR REAL. I clicked “add to cart” the second I saw these. The pattern, the colors, the ruffle, the vintage look. IT’S ALL SO GOOD. And yes, I cleaned the house. 🙂

HOW TO SHOP AMAZON HOME
In conclusion, I’ve recently found a couple of new ways to shop Amazon home. Conner and I have always found it difficult to search and find items on Amazon, so I flipped when I found that you can click HERE to SHOP AMAZON BY STYLE. It’s so much more user friendly now!
And then just last night, I found a landing page where you can also shop by room or category HERE. AWESOME!

That’s all for today, y’all! I’m telling you, once you start shopping Amazon home, you won’t stop. Do you have any favorite Amazon home items that you’ve purchased? If you do, drop them in the comments section! I love seeing finds from others! It’s y’alls turn to tell ME to.

Sheaffer a great job by Connor! There is a dupe for her Ballard Dining room drapes on Wayfair for $72 comes in 3 colors of trim. I am sure Ballard’s are very nice, heavy quality but if you like the look and want to save some money it is worth a look.

Awesome! Thanks for the tip, Carly!!! xoxo

Totally agree on the closet makeover being worth every dollar! We used the Container Store for ours and then repurposed our DIY Closetmaid system in our teen daughter’s closet. Two closet makeovers in the last few months have been a game changer!

Hi love the bedroom! What color is the duvet and pompon quilt?
Sheaffer says
The pom pom quilt is “taupe”. I can’t find the duvet in the order history? It’s like it’s just gone! Let me reach out to my sister.
Sheaffer says
Okay, so the duvet is “white”. 🙂 xoxo

The rooms are beautiful!!! I love the color in the guest bedroom. Would you mind sharing the link (or store/name) for the large leather tote you have in your closet, the one in the bottom left of the last photo? I need a large work tote and that one looks perfect! Thank you!
