It’s the long awaited teacher gifts post! I’ve received lots of questions over the last several week for teacher gift ideas…

I ordered these the first day they were posted to give as teacher gifts. They still have not even been shipped and this coming week is the last week of school… they will not be here in time to give to the teachers as Christmas gifts. Very very disappointing…

I also purchased the bracelet as a teacher gift on Dec 6. USPS is showing that a “shipping label” was printed in the 13th but it Is not showing as shipped yet. I see the email says it may take 3-4 business days for the link to be active but that could be Thursday, which is when the bracelet needs to be here. I live in the Midwest, so this is disappointing thinking this will not arrive in time to give as a gift. ?

I also ordered these the morning they were posted. I knew it was posted that they would ship in one week. I never imagined they would not arrive in time. They were recommended for teachers gifts and most schools finish in the next two days. My order showed a shipping label created on 12/13. There has not been an update since. Will they accept returns on these items since they did not ship in time for gifts. I’ve emailed them but have not gotten a response. Sadly, I will be out tonight trying to get teachers gifts.

This shipping issue is a problem. I also had to go out tonight to buy gifts for the teachers. It was a great idea but did not pan out. I also ordered on 12/6. I think if you consider doing another offer like this you do it in November to leave plenty of time and maybe use another vendor.

Thanksgiving being late was difficult this year, but they have truly NEVER had an issue like this with shipping, and it was beyond their control. They never could have anticipated the road blocks they have run into, and they are doing everything they can to make things right. Even after this huge shipping mishap, I will definitely be partnering again with them in the future. They have shown themselves to me over and over again to be the best there is out there. They have the best customer service and the biggest hearts (they helped me raise over $8,000 for my cousin whose son was undergoing chemo, and they wrote the $8,000 check directly to my cousin’s family). So while this has been incredibly unfortunate and we most definitely understand the frustration, they are really great people and I’m proud to partner with them! xoxo

I ordered these on the 8th – 11 days ago – and I’m headed out to buy teachers gifts today because my package wasn’t shipped until the 16th & still shows as “pre-shipment” on the USPS website. Beyond frustrated as I thought I had this done early.

Christmas and my bracelets are sitting in a post office somewhere with no chance of getting here anytime soon 🙁 I order another item from this same company & it came in plenty of time, so bad planning on someone’s part to market/offer a gift set that won’t show up on time to give……
They should offer a shipping refund for sure.

This was an issue that was absolutely beyond their control. The postmaster even met with them in person to let them know that several of their bags had been temporarily misplaced. So even though it wasn’t bad planning on their part, they do have excellent customer service and feel TERRIBLE that this happened. We both feel terrible. So again, please e-mail them.
