Today’s post is one of my favorite posts each and every month. Today I’m going to share your Top 12 picks from November.
Not surprisingly, many of y’alls top picks are in my top picks for the month as well. All of the items I’m featuring today are items that I added to my own closet (except for the leopard booties), and because of that… they are items that you will continue to see on the blog (as long as they are in stock). The items range in price from $21 to $179, so the prices are kind of all over the place.
Three of this month’s Top 12 were in last month’s Top 12 as well (#6, #8, and #13), so you know they’re good!
So, what were our favorites for this month? In no particular order, let’s look and see…
1) tipped crewneck sweater ON SALE/ 2) Oh Snap sweatshirt ON SALE/ 3) multicolor earrings ON SALE / 4) leopard booties ON SALE / 5) Barefoot Dreams cardigan / 6) Ethereal Glow Serum / 7) faded black itty bitty boot cut jeans / 8) crop boot cut jeans/ 9) Colleen Rothschild Holiday Gift Sets/ 10) XL tubing mascara / 11) mascara primer / 12) oval stud earrings / 13) suede booties / 14) packable quilted jacket (certain colors ON SALE)

1) tipped crewneck sweater ON SALE / This tipped crewneck sweater is my newest closet staple. It comes in several color combos, but I was immediately drawn to the pink and navy. It’s a perfectly relaxed and slouchy fit, and it’s great for those of you that don’t love doing a half-tuck. This sweater is meant to be worn out to show off the pop of color on the hem. I would suggest sizing way down in this. I’m in an x-small, and you can see that it’s still quite roomy.

2) Oh Snap sweatshirt ON SALE / Okay, Ladies. I’m IN LOVE with this Aerie Oh Snap sweatshirt. I initially bought 1, but now I own 4. And no, I’m not kidding. And you know what else? I’m not even sorry. 😉
The one below is called “bright red”, but it’s not like a Christmas red or an apple red…. it’s kind of like a coral red. I really like the color, just don’t expect like a true red. I would say it’s a medium weight. It’s lined with a light fleece… so it’s warm, but it’s not too warm, and it’s not bulky at all. But although not bulky, it is an oversized and relaxed fit.
SIZE DOWN for sure. Had I bought it online, I think I would have ordered my regular medium… but I’m wearing an X-SMALL. I’m never an x-small, so seriously, size down at least 1…. but you probably want to size down two full sizes unless you want it really oversized (because the x-small is still roomy on me).
I LOVE IT SO MUCH. And you know what. I think this baby deserves MUST HAVE STATUS. Yep, I said what I said.
Oh Snap sweatshirt / MUST HAVE joggers / On Cloud sneaker option (love the orchid/fade )

This is my newest color I got just last week…
I wore this exact outfit all day Wednesday and all day Thursday around the house, and I’m not sure if I’ve ever been happier because OHHHHHHHMYYYYYYYYYY is it comfy. I’m wearing an x-small in the sweatshirt and the sweatpants. I do think the sweatpants are a little short on me (I’m 5’4″ with long legs and no torso), but I think the smalls would have been too oversized. So my suggestion would be to size down 1 to 2 sizes in the sweatshirt (I sized down 2) and size down probably 1 size in the pants because they are quite roomy.

And my other 2 colors…
I named these 7/8 leggings a MUST HAVE several years ago, and they remain a must have in my closet and my heart all these years later. 😉 The 7/8 length is the perfect ankle length on me. I’m 5’4″ with long legs (and no torso) for my height, but I know the leggings stretch and they work lengthwise on taller people as well. For size reference, I wear a small in the leggings. They have a high waist with the perfect amount of compression. They suck you in, while still allowing you to breathe, and they don’t roll down on you! You definitely need the black, but after you fall in love with them, I feel certain you will grab one of the fun colors as well.

And yeah, I grabbed in this light blue too. Don’t judge.
I donated all of the other long sweatshirts in my closet because I knew I would never reach for them again. I feel good about my decision. #noregrets

3) multicolor earrings ON SALE / I own them, I love them, and I’ve been wearing them a lot to add some fun color to my outfits lately. They really jazz up a plain sweater and jeans outfit. And right now they are ONLY $21!

And now see the earrings in 3 different outfits…
This v-neck sweater has a roomy fit, a subtle bell sleeve, and an exaggerated v-neck. I love the neckline and think it’s great for highlighting a necklace! It’s the perfect Christmas red, so go ahead and grab it and wear it all season long! I’m wearing it pretty casually with jeans here, but you could fancy it up with sparkly jewelry and coated denim or nice black pants and some strappy heels. Size way down in this one too because I’m wearing an x-small. If you head to the site you can see the split and hi-low hem.

And how about this Very Merry sweatshirt. The word DARLING comes to mind, right? I like that it’s fun and festive, but it’s not over the top. The color combo with navy, pink, and red is fresh and super cute. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
Very Merry sweatshirt / crop bootcut jeans / sneakers / multicolor beaded hoop earrings / bracelet stack

This adorable Merry sweatshirt is from Amazon. The quality isn’t as good as the one above (the material is thinner and not quite as soft), but it’s still super cute. I loved the pink background, but you can also get it in white, green, or red. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

And here’s a close up of the earrings!

4) leopard booties ON SALE / I don’t actually own these leopard booties, but I highlighted them in a couple of different sale collages this month and y’all loved them! They will add a perfect little amount of sass to lots of different outfits, so I totally get it. I will say that I own these in the neutral suede, and they are quite comfy and true to size.
I want them for myself, but they would also make an excellent gift!

5) Barefoot Dreams cardigan / If you’ve been a follower for a while, then you undoubtably know about this Barefoot Dreams cardigan. I think it was in my first year of blogging that I first found it. I fell in love with it, I named it a blardigan (because I thought it was part blanket and part cardigan), and then we bought thousands of them. Literally THOUSDANDS.
I think it is probably the #1 purchased items on the blog over the last 13 years. And yes, it’s that good. I’ve given blardigans to my mom, mother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, Chris’s grandmother, as well as to countless friends and readers that are going through a difficult time. I always say it’s like giving a big hug to somebody. If you give it, the recipient will love it, and they will think of you whenever they put it on (which will be often). I’ve purchased several sizes and colors for myself over the years, but my favorite way to wear it is at home on top of loungewear. It’s just so cozy and luxe.
Click HERE for all of the Barefoot Dreams items NOW ON SALE if you want to see what else is available besides the blardigan. I’m telling you, all Barefoot Dreams pieces make FANTASTIC gifts.

6) Ethereal Glow Serum / This just might be my favorite new PRODUCT of the entire year. YEP. THE ENTIRE YEAR. This Ethereal Glow Serum is truly incredible. You pretty much have to try it. You’re going to just have to trust me.
And you can use the code STMT20 for 20% OFF, making it right at just $30. And $30 for “skincare packed radiance” sounds like a straight up bargain to me.

It will give you an instant, soft-focus glow. It’s like a filter in a tube, friends! TRULY!

As you can see, it’s available in two universally flattering shades. Both are designed to complement a wide range of skin topes and styles.
The CHAMPAGNE is the lighter shade and gives a soft and radiant glow.
And below you can see BRONZE – for a warm, sun-kissed effect.
I use the “bronze” shade and mix it with my Lumi Glotion (shade medium) every single day. This combo is what I use now instead of traditional foundation. My skin looks radiant and healthy, and it’s not heavy at all like I find so many traditional foundations to be. This combo makes my skin look great and gives me so much confidence.

Remember to use the code STMT20 on anything you need from Colleen’s website!

7) faded black itty bitty boot cut jeans / These washed black boot cut jeans are greatness. Y’all know I’ve been a lover of the Wit and Wisdom bootcut jeans for years and years, so grabbing this washed black pair was pretty much a no brainer for me. I like how they’re not shiny black like some black denim is, and they have a bit of a “lived in” look in person. They are insanely flattering and comfy (with the stretch), which is the perfect combination. They do have the brand’s Contour Shape Technology, which makes for a smooth and tailor made fit! For size reference, I’m wearing my regular size 4.
A festive tweed jacket? YES, PLEASE! I’m in love with this. It’s just so so fabulous. Black, cranberry red, and light pink all come together for the cutest plaid pattern you’ve ever seen. And did I mention TWEED? For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. If between sizes, I think you can size down.
tweed jacket / pink sweater / chunky hoop earrings / black boot cut jeans / suede booties

This sweater is a relaxed fit, lightweight (but warm), and just a great basic. I’m wearing it in black, but it actually comes in 30 colors and it is NOW ON SALE! Grab at least 1 color. I promise you will wear it all fall and winter long. I would suggest sizing down. I’m wearing a small and like the fit, but I could probably even do an x-small and still have it be roomy.
And I have to say, I’m digging the all black look here. I’m feeling really chic.
sweater / black itty bitty boot cut jeans / suede booties / hoops / coin necklace / bracelet stack

The floral smocked blouse is GORGEOUS. It is sheer throughout the body and sleeves, so I suggest wearing a cami under it. The colors and the details (the smocking, the ruffle cuffs) are absolutely stunning. Head to the website for an up-close look at the details. For size reference, I’m wearing a small in the blouse. (I originally ordered a medium, but there was way too much fabric, so I suggest sizing down).

8) crop boot cut jeans / These crop bootcut jeans have been on constant rotation in my closet over the last 2 months and they are STILL ON SALE. I’ve been wearing the heck out of them. I grabbed them because of the cropped fit and because I thought the detailing at the bottom was so cute. This was my first time buying (or even trying) Good American jeans, and I will definitely be buying more in the future. This pair is a very soft denim with great stretch, so these babies hug your curves in all the right places. The seams on each side of the bottom of each leg are my favorite part. It’s such a nice detail, and they really modernize the whole look. True to size, I’m wearing a 4. And they come in plus sizes too!

FRIENDS. I’m always drawn to fair isle sweaters. WELL. This one is EXTRA DARLING. The colors! The pattern! The fit! The soft feel! I love it all! And I’m totally swooning over how bright and happy it is.
And listen, it’s not on sale, but it might as well be because it’s under $30. And the quality is EXCELLENT.
It’s definitely more on the fitted side, which I’m not normally a fan of in a sweater, but I actually love this fit. Pay special attention to the ribbed crew neck, the ribbed wide hem, and the oversized ribbed cuffs. They all come together to make the sweater quite flattering. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. It’s size inclusive ranging from size xs to 4x.
fair isle sweater / crop bootcut jeans / suede booties / glasses / hoops / coin toggle necklace / matte gold bracelet stack

And some more outfits with the jeans over the last month…
I’ve got another oversized sweater for you that is roomy and cozy as all get out. I’m loving the chocolate brown. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. It’s a super relaxed fit and very slouchy in a medium, but I like the fit from this type of sweater. Notice that I did roll the sleeves up because the arms are long. If you’re planning on just wearing it with jeans (and not leggings) and would like a less relaxed look, I would recommend sizing down 1 size.
oversized sweater / chunky hoop earrings / coin toggle necklace / matte gold bracelet stack / crop bootcut jeans / suede booties

This oversized cropped sweater is such an easy piece to wear. Look at all of the cute ribbed detailing around the neckline, hem, and sleeves. And y’all know I love the longer sleeve length. It’s a perfect length for me, but if you have a long torso, it might be more cropped than you would like. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
oversized cropped sweater / chunky hoop earrings / coin toggle necklace / matte gold bracelet stack / crop bootcut jeans / suede booties

This puff sleeve sweater has sleeves that are puffy, but aren’t overpowering, and the fitted cuffs and waistband make it super flattering. I would say it’s on the fitted side overall, which actually makes it great for layering under a jacket. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

10) XL tubing mascara and 11) mascara primer / In this picture I’ve used both the mascara primer and the tubing mascara. They both have made a tremendous difference in my lash appearance. The primer adds some serious length for me, and the buildable tubing mascara helps with both fullness and length. My pictures don’t do the difference justice, but I really do feel like my lashes look so much better with this combo. I’m so pleased! Oh, and I’m wearing the Barefoot Dreams lounge set below (the ultimate luxury gift).

For years I used (and swore by) the Dior Lash Primer, but a reader suggested this primer and OH MY WORD was she right. It is THE BEST. It’s officially called a “super enhancing mascara base”, and it adds length and volume BEFORE you apply your mascara. It truly makes such a difference.
This mascara is an absolutely incredible product. It doesn’t flake, it doesn’t smudge, and it adds both length and volume to my lashes.

It’s soooooooo good. Look at these BEFORE and AFTER pics! WOW!

12) oval stud earrings / I love this oval cut. Great size, great sparkle, great reviews… they make a GREAT gift!

**********
13) suede booties / Ladies. If you need a new pair of booties, I THINK THESE MIGHT BE THE BOOTIES. They are a beautiful neutral (these are the “light neutral”), and I’m happy to have them in suede, but they do come in some leather options too. They have a sleek look, clean lines, a square toe, and a tapered block heel. I love them so much. Comfy and true to size.

crop bootcut jeans / suede booties

And here they are in a couple of outfits…
I love that the wine and plum colors are all the rage right now, and this crossover pointelle sweater is just so pretty. This is actually called “beet red”, and it also comes in black, evening blue, and pink smoke. It’s great with a pair of denim, it would be great with a pair of nicer work pants (think black, grey, or neutral), and I think it would also be super cute with a pair of cords. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
As you can see, you can wear the banded hem out (like I’m doing on the left) or you can tuck it under (like I’m doing on the right).
crossover pointelle sweater / Pistola jeans / suede booties / skinny hoops / heart toggle necklace / bracelet set (teal + red)

It’s a t-shirt, but it’s so much more than a t-shirt. This scalloped peplum top is DARLING. It’s a thick and substantial and soft knit up top, but the peplum hem is more of a crisp poplin. And the scallops are obviously adorable. It’s definitely an elevated tee. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium. It also comes in tan, navy, lavender, and dusty pink.
scalloped peplum top / Pistola jeans / suede booties / skinny hoops / heart toggle necklace / bracelet set (teal + red)

This colorblock sweater is lightweight, fits great, and is a little bit luxe. As far as sweaters go, it’s thin and a little bit fitted. I happen to like all kinds of sweaters, and I definitely have room in my closet for a dressy sweater like this. I love it worn casually with jeans, but it would also like great with a nice pair of slacks or a pencil skirt. For size reference, I wear a medium. Also, this sweater is thin enough that it would be a great choice to layer under a blazer or a military jacket of some sort.
luxe colorblock sweater / crop bootcut jeans / suede booties / chunky hoop earrings / coin toggle necklace / matte gold bracelet stack

Let’s talk about this classic sweater. It’s a relaxed fit, lightweight (but warm), and just a great basic. I’m wearing it in black, but it actually comes in 30 colors, and it is NOW ON SALE! Grab at least 1 color. I promise you will wear it all fall and winter long. I would suggest sizing down. I’m wearing a small and like the fit, but I could probably even do an x-small and still have it be roomy.
sweater / crop bootcut jeans / suede booties / hoops / coin necklace / bracelet stack

14) packable quilted jacket (certain colors ON SALE) / I told y’all I was ordering this Zella jacket, and it arrived! I thought I ordered it in the light pink, but it looks like I got the black? I already have a similar jacket in black that’s a staple for me, so I think I’m going to exchange this one for the light or maybe the dark pink.
It’s lightweight, but it’s still warm. I like how it’s not bulky at all, but it is a bit oversized with a relaxed fit, so I would suggest sizing down. For reference, I’m wearing a small.
packable jacket / crewneck tee / MUST HAVE performance joggers / Ugg micro slip-ons

But this color is on sale….

That’s all for today! So I’m curious, do you have any of the above pieces and did they become favorites for you? Sound off in the comments!

Between Kensington and me, we have the Oh Snap in FOUR different colors. We trade all the time and just this morning, she left in the red one. We might need the light blue too!
