There are lots of brands that you’ve seen on the blog consistently over the years. You see them over and over again because I have some brands that I’m loyal to, brands that I go back to again and again because they never let me down. Like y’all know that if I’m wearing jeans, they are most often going to be Wit and Wisdom. And if I’m wearing athleisure, it’s going to be Zella or Vuori.
In today’s post I’m highlighting mostly Zella because there are so many pieces ON SALE!
This first outfit? ALL ZELLA.

This tee is ON SALE just for right at $30, and I’m seriously considering getting all 3 colors. It’s a perfectly relaxed fit and a great length (you can do a half tuck easily, but it’s also a good length to leave untucked). It’s very soft, and I like how it’s not fitted, but it’s not boxy either. It just hangs really nicely. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.
The jacket is super lightweight and different than anything else in my closet right now, so it definitely fills a void. The ruched sleeves and fit give it a Free People vibe, but with a more affordable price tag. It’s a really nice pale pinkish color, but the lighting in these pics makes it look more khaki than neutral…. but it’s definitely a pale blush in real life. It also comes in a great neutral (if you would refer neutral to pink) and black.
For size reference, it runs very big. I’m wearing a small and it’s still oversized. Definitely size down 1 size, and depending on how you want it to fit, you might even consider sizing down 2.

I’m in love with this Zella skort. It’s high waisted with adorable pleats all across the back and onto the sides. It’s got shorts under it with a side pocket for tennis or pickle balls, and it’s got a zipper in the back. It’s very flattering, easy to wear, and I’m excited I added it to my closet. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium.

There aren’t many sizes left in the sneakers… but if they are still available in your size… GET THEM!
These sneakers have my heart. This is the “rosebrown/fog” color combo, and I know I’m going to wear the heck out of them. In addition to loving the color combo (you’ll see in a minute that they go perfectly with a lot of Zella in the sale), I’m a HUGE fan of the bungee cord laces. I really like the ability to slip my sneakers on and off without having to tie them. These are light as a feather and incredibly comfortable. I have a different colorway from last year and I have zero complaints about the style or fit. They’re awesome. True to size for me.

The deals were too good to pass up. And although he really likes the shorts below, he got these other athletic shorts after we took these pics and he likes them even better because he likes the waistband. He started with the navy, but he likes them so much we got the black and the grey too. And he got the tee he’s wearing in the blue fog (seen below) and the black.

SOME MORE NSALE ATHLETIC WEAR
This long sleeve slub tee became a favorite two years ago. I already own several colors and wear them alllll the time.
This is the “blue fog”, but there are 6 total options to choose from. The tee is lightweight, soft, and I find it to be the perfect top for leggings. It covers the bum, it’s obviously a super relaxed fit, and it has thumbholes. It’s a total steal during the N Sale at just under $30. Grab AT LEAST 1. For size reference, I’m wearing a medium in the blue (for an oversized fit like you see below). In a second you’ll see me in the light pink in a small so you can see the difference in how they fit.
Y’all know the 7/8 leggings are a favorite of mine, and I always grab a new pair every year during this sale. The 7/8 length is my favorite length. I love how they hit me right at the ankle without any extra fabric. They are high waisted and boast supportive mesh that sucks you in, and they have a side pocket for your phone! I wear a small in Zella leggings.

We can’t forget about the 2025 version of the blardigan. It’s chunkier, warmer, and cozier than previous year’s versions. It’s like you are wearing a thick and kind of puffy cloud. And remember, these make EXCELLENT gifts for every lady on your list… but especially moms and mother-in-laws! For size reference, I’m wearing a small.

Well I’m sad to report that this Zella crinkle jacket isn’t in the sale, but I totally thought it was because it was hanging next to all of the NSale items. It’s super lightweight and a great top layer. I’m wearing a small in the jacket, a medium in the tee, and a small in the leggings.

This textured pullover is just my style with a relaxed fit and overexaggerated collar with a half zip. I love this color, and it also comes in ivory and black. I’m wearing a medium.

These leggings are super soft, but they still have some compression. And I love how the high-waist sucks you in, but it’s still very comfortable. Full disclosure these are the regular length, and they are quite a bit too long on me. If you closely around the ankles, you can see that I have them rolled up a bit. The 7/8 leggings are perfect for me at 5’4″, but these regular length are a great option for you taller ladies. (Even though they aren’t a great length on me, I still grabbed them because they are the perfect match for the pullover.) For size reference, I’m wearing a small in the leggings.

Since I’m talking about athletic wear, I thought it was also appropriate to talk about deodorant. 😉
The 3-pack will last me until next year’s sale. I get that it’s a total bougie move to wear deodorant that’s this expensive, but I can’t help it. I LOVE IT. I think I told the story about my friend Meagan complimenting how I smelled one day (we were working side by side while volunteering at the Manda Strong Golf Tournament a couple of years ago), and I was like “Thank you, it’s my armpits“. It’s true, y’all. Plus, it not only smells great, it also WORKS.
And really, when you think about it, $72 for armpits that are dry and smell delightful FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR is actually a super deal. 😉

This outfit mixes Zella and Vuori. I’m wearing a Vuori knit hoodie with a Zella vest and leggings, and I LOVE all of it.

Let’s start with this Vuori lightweight hoodie. This color is no longer available, but the basic grey still is! In previous years, all of the lightweight stuff from Vuori has been shorter (almost cropped). I still have and love those pieces, but I was super excited to see this longer option from the beloved brand. (For those of you that prefer your bootie covered with leggings, this hoodie is for you!) It’s made of the DreamKnit fabric we’ve all fallen in love with, and if you’re not familiar, it’s incredibly soft and comfy.
I would say this runs on the large side. I sized down to a small and it is still a little bit roomy and still long enough for me to pair with leggings and still have full backside coverage.

Okay, it’s leggings time y’all.
I named these 7/8 leggings a MUST HAVE several years ago, and they remain a must have both in my closet and my heart. 😉
The 7/8 length is the perfect ankle length on me. I’m 5’4″ with long legs (and no torso) for my height, but I know the leggings stretch and they work lengthwise on taller people as well. For size reference, I wear a small in the leggings.
They have a high waist with the perfect amount of compression. They suck you in, while still allowing you to breathe, and they don’t roll down on you! You definitely need the black, but after you fall in love with them, I feel certain you will grab one of the fun colors as well.

Okay, the vest.
Off the top of my head, I think this might be the first and only vest I’ve ever featured on the blog.
Well, my review is in, AND I’M OBSESSED with this vest.
It’s super lightweight, apparently super packable, and of course super cute. I’m wearing the “purple moon” which is no longer available, but the cream color is in stock AND ON SALE!

This Calpak duffle bag is fantastic. My girlfriend Cassie started talking about it years ago, and I took the plunge last year. I was thinking it would of course be a great gym bag, but Cassie actually sings its praises as a travel bag (which is great for me since I don’t go to the gym). Haha! The back of the bag even has a sleeve that allows it to slip onto the handles of a carry-on suitcase very easily (see on site).
For me, it’s going to be a perfect bag to pack for the ranch for long weekends.
This would be a great Christmas gift for any travel lover on your list.
You can carry it over your shoulder, or you can use the detachable cross body strap like you see it on me below.

When the weather turns cooler, I will wear this on my morning walk, I’ll get some work done at home (while totally comfy), and then I’ll run around town doing errands. This outfit is a real winner. I’m so comfy, but I think I look totally put together.
And even though the olive hoodie and lilac vest are no longer available, you can grab the hoodie in grey and the vest in cream and they would look great together!
